How do you download a profile picture?
When I go to the account settings in Behance to edit my profile, I can do things like change my e-mail address or add my birthday, but there is no option to upload a profile picture. When I click the icon by default profile picture, need me just to the general profile page. This is a feature that has not yet been added?
(It's a bit like this forum software. I downloaded an image and it appears on my page edit profile, but not here. Perhaps that the software was written by the same person...)

Photoshop Elements 10 does exist only in 32 bits. There is no 64-bit version. However, the 32-bit version will be installed and run OK on a 64-bit operating system.
If you are running 64-bit Windows, then first things 64-bit installs automatically. 32-bit first Elements 10 will not install on Windows 7 64 - bit, or 8.

The usual for not being able to download reason is that Premiere Pro (and other video applications such as After Effects) are 64-bit only what they need for a 64-bit computer and a 64-bit operating system.
If you use a 32-bit computer and operating system, and then you see the icon of Premiere Pro as the software will not work on your computer.
