If I can't navigate to a "private hotmail forum" to get a response to my email; and if the technicians e-mail can't me and doesn't work when it is not, how to solve the lock-out of e-mail? A cat live would be the best solution. I understand that pay for MSN email comes with live phone support, but I have not yet registered for this service. Yes, there is a live chat page that can help with the problem of hotmail? Is there a way that I can read a specific answer to my specific problem? I still have to find an answer to this question. And finally, the fact that SOMETHING is put out that my Security Essentials at random times doesn't help. Security Essentials scans aren't picking up any viruses. However, this problem is recurring and has been for about the last two months. Even MS technicians checked the system configuration settings to ensure that engaged, and it is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Today, I have not checked remaining two hotmail accounts that appear to have been recovered. So, maybe I can receive e-mail from MS in my hotmail alternate accounts. However, the main account which I use only for correspondence of Microsoft, is still inaccessible and probably still not guaranteed. Advice appreciated.

  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons
