How to find sticky notes in a PDF doc?

Several people (at work) commented on a 440-page document I created, use reminders to write their comments. When I first open the document, sticky notes are all closed. The icon of a closed sticky note is quite small and not brightly colored, so they are easy to miss when you scroll through hundreds of pages of image-heavy. I hope that it is possible to find every occurrence of a sticky note.

If there is any way to get the notes, is there a command that I can use to open all the notes in the file (in a single action) so that they are larger and easier to spot?

Platform: Windows PC 8

Version: Acrobat 8

If this isn't a feature available in Acrobat 8, is it possible to do so in future versions?

My apologies if this isn't the community just for this question, but none of those listed appeared to be the obvious choice, and there is no category "miscellaneous" or "General". If there is a better community for the issue, please let me know.

Thank you

Joyce.

On the door, you have a problem.
The Acrobat 8 product family spent several years (well before the release of Windows 8) "End of Support".
"End of Support" means - well, just right.

The Acrobat 8 product family is not compatible with Windows 8.1, 8 or 7.

The Acrobat XI product family is compatible with Windows 8 / 8.1.

Regarding the comments and Annotations to Mark Up:

With Acrobat 8 Pro using the "list of comments".
Acrobat 9 Pro, Pro X and XI Pro spirit.
May be available with "Standard version" of the different versions.

The contents of a list of comments can be exported to a PDF report.
The filter a be used to display specific features / attributes that then become the content of reports when you export a report.

With '8' the help PDF file got loaded with the installation of '8 '.
Use it to review the information provided on the list of comments.

Be well...

How can I save my sticky notes using Windows 7 Home Premium?

As the State of the discussions, there is no way to save them in a file.  But...
    (1) you can close the reminder and reopen any time by clicking on the sticky icon system tray.

    (2) you want to save the note you can copy and paste the contencts notice in your outlook notes.
They will stay there and the first line of the entry will be the title of your Outlook note.
    (3) you can copy paste it into a txt file and place them in a folder.

  • How to pin Sticky Notes 8 or reminder HD App at the bar of tasks or desktop screen?

I want to see my post-it Notes 8 or reminder HD App on the screen, but it is show on the start screen, and no options are available for either drag my notes and see the desktop or to pin it in the taskbar.

    Please help me. :)

The options of PIN to the taskbar for programs focused on the desktop (such as the application of integrated reminder that comes with Windows 7 and 8).  You might want to try that instead of these other applications.  To find the integrated soft reminder, just go to your start screen and type the word "sticky" and it will appear.

But, having said that, a recent update is achieved which allows also 3rd party store apps also get pinned to the taskbar.   For this update, press on +X and choose Control Panel, then go to system/security and Windows Update to get the update.

  • Sticky notes PDF

    Hi all
I have a project in which I have to do things more:
    1. open the PDF file in the browser.
2 write sticky notes on it.
    3. remove sticky notes to the PDF and save it to the database.

(which means it should be a button on the PDF that will be ave these sticky notes)
    4. next time, when the PDF file is opened, it must be related to these sticky notes in the same place.

Is it possible to become sticky note feature on the web browser and it is also possible separate PDF sticky notes.

    Thnaks,
    Rohan

    1. it is possible Yes (according to the preferences of the users of course).

2 is possible in the drive if someone with Acrobat has activated the file designated for this purpose in the drive. Otherwise, users will need Acrobat.

    3. only with Acrobat and Reader not.

    4. don't know what you mean by that.

    Hi question sticky.

Once you have added a sticky note, right-click and choose Properties from the context menu. Click the general tab and enter the new name in the author text box.

If you want all future sticky notes to bear this name, select use the default properties and then click OK.

Let us know how it goes!

How to make the default text size and line spacing in small Sticky Notes

    Hello

I suggest that you try the method below and check if it helps.

Method 1: analysis of auditor of file system (CFS)

System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files. To perform a scan of the SFC, check out the link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833.

Note: the steps for Windows 8/8.1, works perfectly with Windows 10.

    Method 2: clean boot

A clean boot is executed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This will eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program, an update or when you run a program in Windows. Follow the link to perform the clean boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135.
