How to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as part of the creative cloud?
He asked me to upgrade, I did, but now cloud creative wonder about buying acrobat, even if I have a subscription. Belongs to Acrobat Pro creative cloud? How is it can't seem to find my license?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Yes, DC Acrobat is a part of the creative cloud. So if you have creative cloud Acrobat will modernize Acrobat DC.
Please disable all of the component of creative cloud on your computer & turn it on again.
Example:
(1) open Photoshop.
2) go to help and select Disable.
(3) it will deactivate the creative cloud together.
(4) now turn it on again.
This will activate the creative cloud together with Acrobat DC.

Hello.
Yesterday morning, I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, and because of the time needed to install, I left my office for the day and my computer left overnight. When I arrived at my office this morning, I checked my email and found Court electronic filing of notifications of PDF documents filed in two federal cases, I'm working on that. I went to open the documents in both cases, but the documents would not open, and I have lost these documents. I could look at my computer screen and saw a message from reference in order for me to open documents, I had to accept the license agreement provided by Adobe.
I'm not an individual computer, and I seriously need your help. Could you please guide me for the license agreement I need to sign in order to retrieve and open PDFs that are filed in the federal courts, I practice before? I have some papers I have to drop off this morning in Federal Court, which must be filed in PDF, so time is critically important.

First of all, I'm sorry you had trouble. But you posted in the wrong place. This is the Adobe Connect forum, for users of Acrobat Connect Pro.
How have you lost documents? If documents have been emailed to you, you should always be able to recover again from your email. Try to launch Adobe Acrobat FIRST, then using file > open to retrieve the documents where you stored the on your computer.
Hereis a list of product licenses, but I do not think that this will help you. Try what I suggested and let me know what happened please. Good luck!

Just upgraded a laptop HD to a new SSD. An earlier version of Acrobat 9 Pro is installed on the old disk, and not to make a disk image since wanted to do a cleaning settled. Not able to reinstall Acrobat since the message says already installed on another computer. I had to uninstall it because I t does not open. I don't can't find a way to reinstall it. When I go to creative cloud, it just says that I'm "up to date".

There are some left overs always available on the computer that is an Adobe application manager is able to see this request still installed.
Please use the cleanser Acrobat tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html to remove all / all the remains of Acrobat on your machine.
In the future if you need to uninstall Acrobat please visit: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cant-install-acrobat-aam.html
Restart the computer and try again.

I tried several days installing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my computer. I have a serial number for this product that I received when I bought it. I am currently using Windows 7 Professional on this computer. When I run the Setup, I get an error 28000. Installation of the Module of licensing Acrobat failed.
