  When I go to this site: Adobe - Adobe AIR there is a download now button.

  When I hover over this button, the associated URL shows as: www.adobe.com (I was expecting the URL is an address that would automatically begin to download the latest version of Adobe Air).

  I tried three browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE)... same problem.

  I've tried two different computers (both running Windows 7 64 bit, with all the updates of Windows installed except those just released November 10, 2015)... same problem.

  I am able to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (which is a different URL the URL for Adobe AIR that I mentioned in my first sentence above), but I can't download Adobe AIR.

  I think that a clue to this problem lies in the fact that a generic URL (www.adobe.com) is associated with the button download Adobe AIR now.

  Whenever I try to download Adobe Air, it redirects me to the adobe.com site. I tried this in other browsers and computers and different places. I also tried on a brand new computer.

  I have an Adobe Air based application which I previously downloaded using the iTunes connect application loader.

  Today, I get the error: ERROR ITMS-90086 'Missing Support 64-bit' iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and built with iOS SDK 8 or later.

  It's weird because the 64-bit requirement has existed for some time and I use the same build method has been accepted previously.

  I tried the building without the extensions to exclude third party extensions. I have updated to the latest version of the Air SDK and use new certificate/provisioning profiles.

  We have Adobe Air downloaded trouble from the link on the home page of Adobe.  The link goes to ' http://airdownload.adobe.com/air/win/download/19.0/AdobeAIRInstaller.exe'.»»  When our server DNS Bind up the airdownload.adobe.com, it gets a CNAME "airdownload.wip4.adobe.com.".  When he throws it, he gets a CNAME "airdownload.adobe.com.edgesuite.net.wip4.adobe.com."  I think it should be 'airdownload.adobe.com.edgesuite.net.'.  It seems that the server returns a relative domain name, then the name of the "wip4.adobe.com" area is added at the end of the CNAME record.  The DNS resolution for help.adobe.com does also not our DNS servers.  I get a different answer if I ask airdownload.adobe.com leave from a different IP address.  I think there may be a configuration problem with the dynamic DNS configuration for airdownload.wip4.adobe.com.  I have packet capture showing the query for airdownload.wip4.adobe.com and the response of one of the DNS servers by authorities for wip4.adobe.com if I can get someone to take a look.

  We found the cause of the DNS problem, we knew.  Some DNS RRs in adobe.com have CNAME in the field of wip4.adobe.com (airdownload.wip4.adobe.com, help.wip4.adobe.com and download.adobe.com are the ones I know).  The nameservers for this domain (du1gtm001.adobe.com, da1gtm001.adobe.com, and sj1gtm001.adobe.com) do not seem to handle the EDNS options they expect not in DNS queries.  We have recently improved our caching of server names to bind 9.10.x and this introduces a new EDNS option called "Symbolic identity Source" or SIT.  If you use Bind 9.10, you can test it by running these two queries of your name server:

  This seems to be a problem with the servers of names for the wip4.adobe.com.  As a solution, we have disabled SIT overall on our name servers by adding the following to the section 'options' in named.conf:

  just finished a Skype session help a friend who doesn't have able to start Adobe Muse after upgrading Adobe Air. Presumable that he upgraded to the 20.0 version, because Adobe Muse suggested this. (He uninstalled Air while talking to me without taking all the Air release notes, so I do not know what exact version he upgraded to.)

  Hardware/software specifications in this case are:

  MacBook Pro
  Mac OS x 10.6.8
  Muse CC v.7.4.30

  I solved the problem like this:

  1. uninstall the updated version of the Air.

  2 uninstall Adobe Muse

  3. install Adobe Air v.16 from there:

  Find and download archived versions of Adobe AIR SDK

  Scroll down for runtime Adobe AIR 16 downloads and installed.

  4. install Adobe Muse CC of the Adobe Application Manager v.9.0.0.244

  When opening a project file refuse to Air update. Reject the message.

  I'll bring back, if he's in trouble not having no Air 20.0 not installed.

  Adobe often uses the AIR for new applications platform, because it's easier for a team of developers to start off this way and rapid changes in demand. The AIR is actually a sort of base of Flash for applications, as the Flash plugin that runs SWF files in a browser. If Muse was actually a Flash application for a ling time. However, Muse has left the AIR with version 8 of June 2015platform. (I think version 7 was the last AIR-based). Adobe has helped Muse team to rebuild the entire application in the 'official' for Mac and Windowsprogramming language that offers much more stable and faster results.

  If I look at the version historyof the Adobe AIR, I can see that the version 13 and 14 are from the same era, so Muse must be able to work with this version. Newer versions could help to smooth the functioning of the Muse, but I don't know if the latest version can do no wrong and 'kill' this old version of Muse .

  This page you can read about the requirements for versions of Adobe Muse. It clearly states that older versions of "32-bit" (with AIR) are not supported anymore. So if Adobe changed air too in recent versions, it might indeed be dangerous Muse...

  Hey guys (I'm new so sorry if I'm doing something wrong here).

  I just installed Windows 8 and while it was very confusing I accidentally deleted all of my programs (I confused with what was the reset tab) and when I went to go and install Photoshop trial version, it tells me that I have to update Adobe AIR because it is not available for my system.

  I installed it earlier, the only change has been from Windows 7 to Windows 8, and I saw other people using Windows 8 Photoshop CS5? Help, please!

  encountered the same problem... to solve, just download 'Adobe Air Installer' directly (google search > first link). Then download suite cs5 or individual program and should work.

  Right click of your win start button > click Control Panel > programs > uninstall the program and see if adobe air is installed.

  

  If this is the case, the problem is probably this game.  you could test that in trying a few other game/application needs adobe air.
