Instructions repeated to clear the cache

While I'm on the bridge I get instructions to clear the cache, even after I empty the cache.  What can I do?

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the reset dialog box settings is displayed. Select three options-preferencesReset , reset workspaces Standard and purge all thumbnail Cache - and then click OK.
