Is it possible to draw "hands-free" on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

I would like to know if there is a way to draw"free rightists" on a document. I would like to draw an arrow and hand free commentaries, but could not find a suitable tool.

Currently using version 10 of Windows.

Thank you!

Reader has a comment / annotation drawing called markup tool 'draw the freeform' (a pencil icon).
What could you give a try.

Be well...
