  I'm building my first site of Muse and encountered the following problem: on my homepage under the heading "Projects" I want to show four miniatures, each with one picture of another project. By clicking on a thumbnail, it should trigger a lightbox showing some additional images of the project in the foreground (darken the background). Is there a way to do this?

  The use of viewers is a really nice feature Muse, but I find it a bit frustrating that when you create a viewer, it shows also all part thumbnails of the exhibition of lightbox. It might be useful in some cases, but on the other hand it would be wiser to use a viewer the way that I prefer to use it.

  Your help or advice on this issue will be greatly appreciated - thanks!

  You can do this with any composition. So let say project 1 project 2 and 3 of the project has different images you want to show when someone the thumbnail is clicked.

  Introduce a composition as a ToolTip, add the thumbnail in the trigger and slide show in the target container where you can add pictures to the slide show project. This way when users click the thumbnail image, the container will appear on the screen with a slide show showing pictures for this specific project.

  I assume that you use the correct workflow - bind to Bootstrap css by default and then file if you want to avoid linking to your own css default css stylsheet. If you do this the default bootstrap css works without danger in the background. Yes, because of course, I understand what you say - why the hell have a zillion redundant css selectors that are related to the page if you use only a few dozen.

  You don't mention if this is a cube ASO or BSO and which version you're on. If OSI, then a script to calc using a fix to erase the part of the data is what you want. There are references to him by the other prople. If it's an ASO cube, then you use a MaxL command with MDX syntax to make clear assuming you're on version 11.1.1.X or superior. If you are on a lower version, it becomes more complicated.

  I made a written tutorial on the use of track Matte Keying to "Highlight a subject moving" and with a little interpolation, you can use it. All general steps are in, but in this tutorial, I used a hard edge 'circle' to the highest point. In the case of a person, you would use a matte with rounded edges, of size on the face of the person.   You can do this by making "^ p ^ p" in search and replace "^ p ^ t ' with the Find/Replace window. This removes the extra line and set a tab to indented text.

  Is there a way to force to render all clips in the work area? All clips: not only those with horizontal red line indicating that they need rendering! I ask this because videos made preview very well unrolled, but UN-rendered ones are not! My source of the layer film (project and) imply Full HD (1920 * 1080i 25 fps).

  If a Clip has not made, it will not be rendered.

  Basically, what the rendering is to convert the Clips, that don't require not rendered, DV - AVI (DD on a PC projects). This will produce AVI in the media Cache files, make files, and for reading, pre will rely on those. If you look in the folder of files of rendering, you'll see a bunch of files named in the abstract, but these files are now linked in the PREL (project file) and will be used by the program for reading.

  If one were to remove those go files and open this project in the first instance, they would receive a message, 'where's the file 04u434ip0ow. AVI? "[Note: that is just one example of the rendered file name abstract and is not the real name, you'd see.]. Could not ignore those missing now render files, and where they were used, it would be red lines on the clamps.

  As Steve mentions, rendering files are used only for smoother playback. As I use DV - AVI SD projects files on my PC, I have no need of rendering for a reading that is more gentle, until I have changes to the Clips, as superimposition of PiP, effects, titles, etc... I could never restore the timeline, even with these additions, but sometimes, I make a small segment several times, especially with animation effects, that I adjust the settings.

  If it does not receive more smooth playback, then make all the files to be rendered usually reading will greatly improve.

  You don't have to use it. You can continue to use iPhoto or a 3rd party app.
