  Hi Angie, you use the WYSIWYG editor to create pages? If so, if I'm reading this right, you are looking to change the background color of the different page elements? You should be able to select each item and apply the color as below:

• Fill color of the rectangle does not?

  I have a document where I'm trying to draw a simple rectangle with a fill color using the Rectangle tool. All of a sudden the fill color will not be displayed. I can't understand why he did this. I tried to create a new layer for the rectange but it will not always filled correctly. It is not hidden behind whatever it is, it is already 'arranged in front."  I enclose a screencap in order to explain my problem.

  As you can see from the pictures, I tried trawing a teal rectangle, but only half of it is met (note the blue frame, showing that half left of the color of the rectangle is not displayed).

• Remove the fill color of the field box on the deselection.

  When a user selects a check box, the field is colored yellow. Unfortunately, when the user disables the check box, the color remains.  I know that I need a statement to remove the color from the deselection, if/else, but can't quite get the right script.   You had a few errors in the script:

  (1) in condition you should you use == instead =.

  (2) if (condition) but not if {condition}

  It's working script:

  Your layers of color must be between 0 and 1, like this:

When I click 'OK', popup goes you and I can use the color that I took. When I pick a color for the background color, there is no problem. When I switch the front - and the background color, I get the popup again.

  I use Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro also, I have no problem with these programs.
