  Currently, Adobe Reader for iOS does not have an In - App text-to-speech function to read a PDF document.  There are no buttons or menus to start, pause, or stop reading the content of a PDF document in the Adobe Reader application.

  You pouvez use the Apple iOS "VoiceOver" built-in screen reader to read a PDF document.  But it probably didn't work as expected.  Because VoiceOver reads all the buttons and other controls that you select on the screen.

  You can go to iOS settings > General > accessibility > VoiceOver to turn it on and navigate back to a PDF document open in Adobe Reader for iOS for VoiceOver read PDF content.

  If you are on windows, then check them if any instance is running in the background, please the Task Manager option and go to the processes tab and at the end of the software Adobe Reader forums. (Also recommend to uninstall Adobe Reader 7 to your computer and then try to download and install)

  If you are on MAC please the Activity Monitor option and complete instances of Adobe Reader.

  If still you face same issue then restart your computer and then try to download and install the same on your computer.

  I'm sorry but customize tool bar option is for the Adobe Acrobat application, not for the free reader.

  Thanks for your suggestions. After trying the ever conceivable solution, that I finally decided to get the network (EE) it turned out that they had accidentally blocked the site over some network settings. Since they have restored the settings, we can now access the document cloud!
