LMS vs ICC

We have LMS 3.x in our network and we want to evaluate what is the wiser as a decision and the future more evidence to move to version 4.2 of LMS or Cisco first Infrastructure?

Are the current version of ICC good enough or we should wait out 2.x.

-Thank you

If you manage Cisco wireless devices only: then first Infrastructure

If you manage wired only Cisco devices: do LMS

If you manage a mix of wireless & wired Cisco devices: then the first Infrastructure

Don't get me wrong, first Infrastructure can handle a single Cisco devices wired, but you will not quiet the LMS features currently offers...

    Hello

I put t know why you need this profile, but to my knowledge you n t need this option to use the laptop properly.
The Windows operating system and the graphics driver choose the right color management. You n t need to install anything.
But still, in my opinion this information you will find in the manual of the user of this laptop.

  • Required ICC profiles

Hi, I give up. I want to follow this procedure as found on the site of HP:
HP printers - using ICC profiles for the Photos in color in Adobe Photoshop. However, after two days of searching, I was unable to locate the profiles ICC from HP for my printer, type of paper and ink, all HP products. They do not currently appear in the drop-down list of profiles of step 3 in the article above. Some old deskjet models are all that are there. I'm looking for ICC profiles for:
    Printer: HP Photosmart C6380
Paper: HP Premium Plus Photo Paper soft shiny Q5450A
    Ink: Ink HP Vivera.
Someone at - it a link to where they are? Thank you!!

Creation of ICC profiles customized for color Photos

    1.
Select file, then print with preview. (Photoshop 6 and earlier versions: Select file, then print.)
    2.
Select the checkbox show more Options and the management of the colors in the menu drop-down.
    3.
In the profile menu, select same as Source.

Also, the printer driver must be configured to correctly use custom profiles. Follow the steps below to set up the printer driver.

    1.
Select the file, print, then properties, color.
    2.
Select managed by application in the color management menu.
    3.
Click the paper/quality tab, and then select the type of paper in the Type's menu.
    4. click OK, then OK again to print.

NOTE: The paper type must be selected in the software of the printer even when you create a profile. Maximum ink volume limits are determined by the selection of the type of paper, not in the ICC profile.
With these settings, will perform a printing without any intervention from management of color of an application or the printer driver. This impression is suitable for the creation of profile and measure

  • How can I add an ICC profile to El Capitan?

Sometimes, one wonders just what think Apple...

In OSX 10.11 El Capitan, the location of the profile used for twenty years is not accessible to the user. Therefore, it is possible to try to stick a profile in the standard location! It of really insane and makes absolutely no sense!

  • Problem of ICC and MTS files

I have the HDR-CX100 camcorder. Last summer on vacation, I recorded 32 GB of video and it installs on my netbook. Now the problem is that I can not burn these videos on DVD more.
    Why?
First of all I didn't I need to use strictly PMB program to do this. I've used Windows Live Photo Gallery. Windows Live Photo Gallery has transformed this videos in format ICC camcorder videos in MTS format on computer.
When I came home, I got only 2 GB of videos stored on camcorder. On computer, I instaled PMB aplication and everything worked fine.
PMB does not work on netbook, so I tried to put videos in the same folder where they are stored on the camcorder (they stayed in MTS format), then of the camcorder to the computer using PMB. But camcorder simply does not recognize this format and therefore does not have the PMB.
So, now, I have this 32 GB of video in a MTS format I have is unusable, unable to write to DVDs and cannot deliver the camcorder. So, please, can I get some tips what to do, because I'm out of ideas. I found some programs which convert MTS to AVI or MPG, but I still want to convert back to ICC and write DVDs directly from the camcorder, using PMB. Can I program here? Or there is another solution?

Please help, it is very important. Thank you.

    Hello
Welcome to the Forums of Discussion of the user
I have helped clients before renamed records, but had not moved the files and just restore folder names (exactly) they had before was sufficient. also the names of the video must be returned in a format of naming IFCD.
they only provide that your files have never been manipulated should be enough to let the PMB to import your video from the camcorder to a PC with PMB installed.

    Structure of file as follows
    AVCHD
    > BDMV
    > 00000.CPI 1 file CLIPINF KB
    > 00000.MPL STREAM file, 3 KB
    > PLAYLIST00000. File MTS 96 096 KB

Note There are three different files. MTS. MPL and. CPL if there not your video is damaged.

Good luck, hope this helps you restore your video

  • ICC profile is no longer installed

All-in-One printer C6180, HP computer HP Desktop Pavilion P6000 Series, model P6710f, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit 6.1 (Build 7601) Service Pack.

Error (CCI profile is no longer installed)

I received error messages related to the HP Solutions software.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software downloaded from HP.  I didn't see no problem after installation, until I went to print an image in Adobe Elements 9, when I received an error: could not print because the ICC profile is no longer installed.  I first thought that the problem may have been related to the Adobe program so I uninstalled and reinstalled only to get the same error message.  Reading the information from Adobe on this problem, suggested the problem may be in the printer software.  I went to HP print and Scan doctor, is through the uninstallation and reinstallation of the AIO software and Solution Center software.  Checking the installation with doctor Scan once again, he said that a later version of the software is available, and whenever I try to download the latest version, apparently he won't take that after whenever I do that, I get the same page telling me that there is a newer version available.   When I skip this step and go to the test printer, everything also checks good.  I also went to a backup of my dll software, for the previous month, nothing helps.

I am for a quandry here about the absent ICC profile and hope that someone else has had this problem and a solution.  I've not found anything when I did a search on this forum.

    Hello @JoeSea,

I understand that you encounter the error "could not print because the ICC profile is no longer installed. As this is an error with Adobe I would advise you to ask for help on the General Adobe Photoshop Discussion Forum that you would have a better chance to find a solution.

I hope this helps. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • apply the equation of variable step size lms filter

    Hello world

can someone apply equation of step size for lms size filter variable step using labview. snapshot of the equation is attached with question

Yes I can - can you?

Sorry to say, but nobody here is going to write your code for you. You have to have a go at it and then you can ask questions when / if you get stuck.

The LabVIEW basics are a good place to start if you are really new to LabVIEW.

  • PIXMA Pro-100, ICC profiles, etc.

I will try to make a long story short.  About 5 months ago, I bought a camera Canon T3i.  Is not only the prints that I got at department stores, bought a PIxma Pro-100.  Little did the research, visited account I need to calibrate my monitor, purchased a Datacolor Spyder Pro 4.

My questions concern the software used to get prints.  I do not have PhotoShop, and I don't want to buy it.  I have PaintShop Pro, but realize that I can't use it.  My computer is Win7.  I do not know cameras, but I've been in it for 30 years.  I know that computers.

I'm not happy with the impressions I'm away until now.  The colors all are low (for lack of a better word).  Everything I've read about the Pro100 said colors should be rich (saturated).  Mine are not.

First, I tried the software that came with my camera.  Digital Photo Professional.  It works with the plugin from Canon, Print Studio Pro.  It seems that he has acknowledged, or charges, ICC profiles for Canon paper I use.  It does not recognize or give me the option to select an ICC profile for my monitor.

I called Canon support.  The guy I spoke to Easy-PhotoPrint EX software recommended.  Said that he should have come on the CD with my Pixma.  He did not.  This software does not use the plugin from Canon.  And appears to be more limited.  He said that it works well with Canon cameras.  Honestly, it looked like it was BS'ing me all the time.  If you don't know the answer, it's ok to put it simply, it's my feeling.

OK, it turns out be a long story.  Can someone help me?  This printer I have does not measure upward for what I've read about it.  I spent a lot of money to get good prints from my Canon camera.  I don't have this, not even close.  What should I do?

In DPP, go to tools-> Preferences-> color management and you can select a monitor profile.

  • When printer ICC profiles are stored on a Mac?

I have Pro - 100. When the ICC profiles are stored on a Mac? I looked in library/Colorsync and couldn't find them. Thank you

You ask where to put third party profiles or you ask where are stored the profiles provided by Canon?

I do not know where gun stores, but I have no reason to access. They are likely stored as well as the driver files because they are not intended to be referenced as a third party profiles.

  • Pro 100 ICC profiles - where are the default values?

Hi there - I can't believe I'm asking this, but just had to replace an old mac & just cannot figure out how to get the default ICC profiles for the PRO-100? Downloaded the CUPS driver and all other garbage on the site Web of canon and zilch in profiles. Nothing for Canon papers. All 3rd party are thin and easy to handle, but where do you download Canon Communications?

The internet search just says they should have installed automagically...

    Thank you

If you install the driver on the Canon Web site, you will get the Canon profiles installed.

When you added the printer through the System Preferences window have you added the printer version IJ or Hello?

You want the version IJ. When you click on the + to add a printer, it might take a little time - usually the Hello version appears first.

  • Could not locate the downloaded icc paper profiles from Ilford.and installed on the computer.

Hello. Have a Canon s PRO-100 printer. I would like to use Ilford Galarie Pearl paper if I can. Downloaded icc profile at the site of Ilford and installed according to the instructions provided. Have a Yosemite iMac running. Have Lightroom and Photoshop installed CC. Installed the HD/Library/Color/sync/Profiles and Lightroom profile restarted. Cannot find the profile in the print dialog box or the Pro printing Studio. Plugin. Used utiliy ColorSync and it is said that the desc keyword is incorrect, what it is. Anyone else had problems with Ilford this printer icc profiles? Any advice would be very welcome.

Sorry for the delay! Palouse thanks for your response. I think the problem is the profiles of Ilford. Their PRO-100 s profiles are not where it should be, but PRO-100 profiles do. On their icc profile web page, they list the 100 s using pigment inks! No dye based. Their profile icc PRO-100 page gets the right ink. This is probably why they don't show up where they shouldn't. Even of Canon own profiles for various paper manufacturers don't list profiles for the 100 s. side in Ilford, and they are wrong. ! I'll use the PRO-100 profiles, as suggested by ebiggs1. Thank you everyone for you answers.

  • Best ICC profile/setting for ThinkPad T430

    Hi all

Recommendations for profile can ICC I use with my ThinkPad? While I managed to get rid of the blue color cast at a point using color corrections to the display driver and update the driver to monitor itself, I wonder if anyone can suggest some ICC profiles? I have a basic HD (1366 x 786) display. I am sometimes in photo and video editing, and even though I know that this view is not perfect for these tasks, I would get maximum out of it.

    Bravo and thanks,

    Srdjan

I just changed the display Nvidia settings until I got the desired result. Now it seems decent, much better than the factory setting.
