How to make the background image for a site
Hello.
First of all, thank you for reading this.
I intend using a gradient image as background on a new site of black on the sides gradiating to blue in the Middle I created in Photoshop. The site is designed for 1024 (955) and upward. How the background image would handle so that no matter what the resolution above 1024, the visitor sees the gradient correctly, which means that Blue will be always exactly in the center of the page and the image not horizontal mosaic? (I don't want to repeat from left to right when the resolution someone is really high)
I saw a couple of sites that use strong images that seem to stretch the background image according to the resolution, but were not able to understand the CSS code. In my case, I have a single image that has say 5 pixels high, how wide I need for the (reasonable) maximum resolution, and let repeat from top to bottom.
Thank you.

To do what you ask would require CSS3. This is because that the CSS3 added support for multiple background images. What you would do, is to set a gradient to the left and the other to the right with a background color that arise in a vacuum. Basically use you the abbreviation of "substance" and separate the different environments with a comma "," See this example ( http://www.css3.info/preview/multiple-backgrounds/ ). I think it's possible the long way as well (for example: position of background, background image, etc.), but you would need to write the values and who is 1 and 2 in order when you do this.

Why States don't work not on view of Tablet for blocks of text on the background image?
I have a Macbook Pro with Top high S/W config everything up to date.
With the help of Muse.
View the site of the tablet.
Simple text box buttons with States on a picture background full width - WORK only!
The buttons of the text frame are in the UPPER layer.
Visible but do not respond to touch everything. At least I have remove the background image.
Cannot understand the days.
Help, please.
Thank you
Eli @.
MUSE STAFF!
I found a major bug that should be fixed:
For the Tablet:
A button image or text-related State should be in the upper layer to meet the States.
If a composition menu is opening and covering the button when triggered - THE BUTTON WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN IF THE COMPOSITION IS CLOSED!
Only if the button is PLACED over the composition of the layer and becomes the OBJECT absolute TOP in the layer - THEN ONLY he will answer.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GOT IT.
I tested it on a few projects and the bug is consistent.
Thanks to its fixation in the near future

I have a page that I used "opacity" to clarify the background image, but it has also reduced the text. And I want the background behind the text centered image.
Here is the page that I need help: http://www.healthquestpt.com/hpc/purpose.html
Here's how I want it to look: http://www.healthquestpt.com/homephysiciancare/purpose.html
Here is the css code:
#purpose
{
float: left;
left margin: 35px;.
top of the margin: 50px;
margin-bottom: 40px;
Width: 287px;
height: 403px;
background-image: url (.. / images/purpose_imag000.jpg);
opacity: 0.666667;
Filter:alpha(opacity=66);
}
Thanks for your help!
Right. Opacity CSS effects everything inside the container.
For a simple solution, use a mosaic of image semi-transparent.png as your background image.

Expand the background Image to cover across the region title
I have a region title that contains an image and it has a height of 2 rows, but the background image (blue image) is not growing in the region (the css contains repetition for background). The application uses the theme 2. Can anyone help?
CSS:
I created the application on the APEX. ORACLE.COM:.rc-title { background: url("../images/bg-region-blue-l.gif") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent; float: left; width: 100%; } div.rc-blue-top { background: url("../images/bg-region-blue-l.gif") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent; float: left; width: 100%; }

Select view from the menu (only choice).
You will see that the tabular forms a dog tags and an image, another tabular form has a picture but no text (nameplates), even if it is there. I live blue to cover the image and the text.
Help, please

4.2 APEX (APEX. ORACLE.COM) works the same way.

Another option would be to eliminate the problem by moving images of the nameplate on the titles of the region. There is a horizontal space within the regions that will allow these images to be rotated to the left of tabular form, that would look OK. But how to refer to the horizontal space within the regions? I looked at the model for the region:#TITLE##BODY#
and could not put the image in horizontal space.
Can you please help me by providing the details?
There are two options, depending on the role you see images of the plate by playing on the page. I used the two regions to give an example of each.
* 1. Nameplate as eye-candy: * If there is sufficient information on the region, contained region title and labels of items to make the images of the nameplate of the superfluous by providing information to the user and you are just using them to improve the appearance of the page, then they can only be applied using CSS.
/* Nameplate image as CSS eye-candy */ #nameplates-ndc div[id$="catch"] { min-height: 36px; padding-left: 113px; background: transparent url(#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#nameplate_ndc.gif) top left no-repeat; background-size: 103px; }
Note the use of the CSS3 background-size property to resize the image. If the application needs to work in browsers that do not support this so you will have to drop it and create an image of the exact size required for use in the bottom rule.
* 2. Nameplate as content: * If the plate images are necessary to provide information to the user, then they should be included in the region (and they must have an alt attribute, providing an alternative representation of the information contained in the image).
Put the image in the header area:
and it floats so it sits next to the form:
/* Nameplate image as page content */ #nameplates-name .rc-content-main img { float: left; margin-right: 10px; }

However all a links show this backdrop, rather than just the nav and the low NAV.
Perhaps, you will also need to change this code a little:
#nav li a, a:link {
TO:
#nav li a, #nav li a:link {
Your code is targeting all THE links on the page, while the second code which I gave is the targeting of specific links. Slight difference but big changes on the page.

Change the background Image on a Page of a Site.

Thank you.
div id = 'background' will work for all pages related to a style sheet.
The best way to do what you want is to re-register your stylesheet with another name. So for a page, link to this new stylesheet. Then, in the style sheet, change the background image. It was easy.
The only way to do and keep a style sheet is change the designation of the div tag that has your training, to something like the div id = 'backgroundCommon' and then create another div for just one page as div id = "backgroundSpecial".
Then in your style sheet, copy the description of div and rename it backgroundSpecial and then call on just the single page, with the other pages making up the backgroundCommon.
Make sense?

How can I change the background image of an album?

Why change the background image of the dashboard of data crash the app?
I'm changing the background image of my dashboard (on a third generation iPad). Whenever I try to make the change, the data dashobard app breaks down just. Even if I try to change to a color, the application crashes. I can insert a picture without problem. I guess it's just a bug or something but has anyone else seen this problem?
I was able to reproduce this crash with the following steps:
-Set up a background image of a page
-Copy the dashboard somehow. You can reproduce the dashboard, share by email, export and re - import OR clouds, etc.
-Open the copy of dashboard
-From the copy, change the background image (for a solid color or another image)
If you set a background image of a page, close and reopen your dashboard and then try to change the background to something else, you will encounter this error.
Solution: If you have the original background image in your Camera Roll, you can fall as an image on the same page (Photo Palette, select in the library). Then you can remove this image and change the background also image.
If you do not have the original image, you may need to start with a new dashboard. (For each page on the old dashboard, you can tap the bottom, select all, copy / paste on another dashboard).
There is a similar problem with images removed, if you shared the dashboard and you work on a copy. In this case, the solution is to copy and paste the image before deleting. (Otherwise, you'll get a dialog error instead of an accident, but the image is not clear).
I deposited cars for these issues internally. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to make the background of a control string Transparent?
Thank you

Yes. Over time edit use the color tool and select transparent (the "T" symbol in the upper right corner of the color selection dialog box) to the background color. At run time, use the property of "text color: text color: BG ' control of the chain.

Change the background image on the login page (smarthphone theme)
Hello
I would like to know how to change the background image on my login page.
Version of the apex is 4.2.4.
The theme is jQuery Mobile Smartphone (topic 50).Pls remind me if I missed some important information.
I have a model of customised area on this page. My user name text fields and password + "CONNECT" button is placed in this area.
I also have an inline css that centers in my area. My dimensions of the region are also placed here.
Not available to access the application today so bad im trying to provide the look of it with a drawing.
Also I noticed that my experience has some white color.
Ty for any information that you provide.
Hi Para,
Try the style of your page like
But if trying to define for your application color gradients extract ThemeRoller to http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller
to set the themes of all colors and gradients you want without doing custom overrides CSS jQM Apex definitions.
Everything you have requested can be configured via the ThemeRoller.
Also found what may be useful if you are going to customize your login
Kind regards
Benjamin.

I'm having a problem using the slideshow module in LR 6.3. The slideshow contains the background image as one of the images to display. Earlier, I have created a slideshow of practice and the background image was not displayed as an image in itself. How to make it behave?
Another approach, perhaps a little more elegant (?). Create a collection that includes images for the slideshow. Include the background image in the collection. Drag the background image in the Panel to designate. Then, remove this image from the collection and create the slide show. I just tried and it works, too.

I'm making a picture of the product of a product of pale whitish color on a white background without sewing (quite complex detail). I need to make the background transparent for the web and the production of catalogs, I've always used the pen tool to create a clipping path. Is there an easier way?
According to the image that you have to work with, you could try an initial with the Quick Selection tool and refine edges. Save the new output layer with layer mask.

footer on the background image
I have a site with a large different background behind each page image. I want to be stick to the bottom of the browser window, the background image going behind the footer footer.
Muse pushes the footer below this background image.
Suggestions?
Jeff
Hello, I see 2 ways to address them.
1 use this browser fill background image and it will stay behind the footer. Second, half of the video below explains how.
Add a picture to the background of the page or the browser. Adobe Muse CC tutorials
2. you can also use the tab layers in muse.
- Create a new layer in the tab layers
- Move the new layer under the existing layer (drag / move).
- Select the footer items and move them to the lower layer of right click > move to layer > select the bottom layer. Make sure that the footer is below the layer that contains the background image. Check more info on similar layers: Adobe Muse Help | Working with layers
