michaelp70541244. I have converted a word to pdf doc, but none of the embedded fonts.
Anyone know the answer?
Hi michaelp70541244,
What did you use to convert Word to PDF doc? Whatever the method used, however, some fonts will be never incorporated, if the licenses for these fonts.
Best,
Sara

I have previously a POWER1) product allows me to digitally sign a PDF document? (2) convert a word to PDF doc?
Hi robertb48724220,
I checked your account. You have an active subscription to Adobe PDF package, which allows you to convert files to PDF format, both signing (the fill & sign on Acrobat.com does not require a subscription). You can access your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/. Just sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello:
I'm trying to convert a Word Doc from MS to a PDF file using my new 64 bit Windows 7 system. When in the Word doc, I go to print, then choose PDF and then after the 'conversion', he goes to the notebook with the following message:
%% [ProductName: Distiller] %.
Cambria found, using Courier.
%% [Error: invalidfont;] [OffendingCommand: show] %.
Battery:
()
%% [Flushing: rest of job (end of file) will be ignored] %%.
%% [Warning: PostScript error.] No PDF file produced. ] %%
I'd appreciate someone is able to help me with this problem.
Thank you
Aida
I don't know what PDF "virtual" printer that you use, but you can simply add the free Microsoft SaveToPDF complement for your installation of Microsoft Office and avoid these 'virtual' PDF printers. Your assistant head of household can already do.
Office 2010
Office 2007
These add-ins are explained, as well as other things, to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/?CTT=97

Convert to PDF from word, the fonts are not included, the word doc record embedded fonts, but conversion does not incorporate fonts? What should I do to get the embedded fonts?
I used times new roman in word 2013. New file. Apparently the version of adobe that I use will not incorporate. I use the version line. I was told that I have to upgrade to Adobe Pro. I'm dealing with a patent application, so I can't share the document. The patent office cannot accept that documents with embedded fonts. My drawings that have been scanned and then converted are a problem too because I get an error based on the size of the page (23.6 "x 32.4") and I am unable to reduce this size in files from Adobe.com.
Unfortunately I signed up for this product that get these two converted documents and uploaded only to discover that the conversions will not download.

How can I convert a publisher in pdf doc using Adobe ExportPDF
How can I convert a publisher in pdf doc using Adobe ExportPDF
Hi Mrs. Darcy,
ExportPDF wouldn't convert word documents, it is only used for covert PDFs to other formats (Docx, xlsx, RTF)
For the conversion of the document in the editor, you can buy Pack PDF or full solution PDF: Adobe Acrobat
I would like to know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards

Is there a way to 'batch' record as very? We have a customer who regularly sends files without all the embedded fonts. To clean the files for digital printing, save us as Postscript and pass them through Distller. "Save as Postscript is the longest part of the process, then I would be able to automate it. Any ideas?
This is the worst absolute way to embed fonts for PostScript through deletes dynamic transparency, color management, bookmarks, hyperlinks, etc. Yucck! You are in many ways to ruin the files, do not clean them.
Acrobat Preflight has a correction for embedding fonts. Takes only a few seconds per file PDF. And if you have a bunch of these files, you can create an action to do this.

Vijaya is a typeface that was designed for Microsoft and came with Windows 7 and 8. https://www.Microsoft.com/typography/fonts/family.aspx?FID=386
It has nothing to do with Adobe products.

I bought the PAK and always impossible to convert a word in a PDF doc. He repeated to me that I need to register and pay the $9,99... what I have done. Help!
wavchsr22,
I'm sorry for the problem that you are experiencing.
Would that you do the following so that we can solve the problem?
* In the Acrobat DC application, make sure that you are connected with the same identifier Adobe that you used to purchase the service Pack of PDF.
* Check the status of your subscription via the web interface.
- Open a web browser.
- Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/
- Tap / click your name in the upper right of the page to open the menu.
- Select "My Plan...". "in the menu.
That accurately reflects the current plan you have?

How to keep the correct margins/page size when you convert a Word 2010 PDF document?
I searched the Internet far and wide in order to understand why, when converting a Word 2010 document in PDF format in Windows 7 (via Adobe Distiller 9.5.5316), the top and bottom of the resulting PDF margins are automatically increased (which reduces the content on the page a bit) despite having consistently and everywhere the value paper A4 in Word 2010 and Adobe default PDF settings. It's almost as if distilling is stubbornly scaling the document to a different page size any of the parameters are specified.
I solved this problem in previous versions by simply unchecking scaling print in Microsoft Word or distill. "In Word 2010, do you this through: file-> Options-> advanced, and then clear the paper sizes 'Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11' setting ' in the Print section.
Today it is not so simple. I suspect that there is some chipping page or by default will sizing on but where and how to change it?
I have to say that the years of updates Adobe seems to have two different products Adobe for creating files PDF. the above mentioned distill as long as Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended-(v. 9.5.5). However, they use the same default settings of PDF from Adobe by specifying the format of A4 paper.
I think I have seen/inspected all of the parameters available to specify page sizes and scale - Adobe used to provide the add-in PDFMaker for Word, which manifested itself in a Word called "Acrobat" tab, and, we could see PDF settings, but this tab disappeared for a long time with a previous update to Acrobat. I tried to make this tab reappear in Word, but nothing helped.
I also confirmed the size settings for correct page for Brother printers both Adobe in the dialog Windows 7 "devices and printers".
The stones left to chance? Thank you.
Print scale is always an option in Acrobat. Adobe continue to change the name. Look closely. Looking for options like "fit to page".

How to convert a word in PDF file?
How to convert a word document into a .pdf file?
Hi wertheca,
If you have Acrobat (full version), you can convert a file to PDF by choosing File > create > PDF of the file. You choose your Word document, and then click open to convert the file to PDF format.
If you do not have Acrobat, you can use a subscription of services online in Acrobat to convert almost any file format into a PDF file with a simple click or two. For more information, see more Acrobat, PDF package, PDF Export & more | Documents Acrobat solutions
I hope this helps.
Best,
Sara
