• How do you store your photos on an external hard drive?

  Revel recommends storing your files on the computer 1. None of my friends have sufficient storage capacity. The fact only my external hard drive. How can I move where Revel is to store Photos on a Mac to an external drive? I am a teacher with many different students to the storage aid and my Mac crashes because of this problem. When I bought the award-winning teacher and student of Revel version is unlimited storage capacity.   We do not have the possibility to designate a different location to store photos on the Mac. Has been suggested and we are looking for in a future version that we realize that many of the recent macs have only flash memory and it is limited. If you're runnign out of space, you can disable save originals and use an external hard drive to back up photos from your computer and other devices manually for now. I currently have a better solution for you.

  I'm not aware of any version techer or student of revel, just a free version and a version of subscription.

  I see no place that indicates how many photos or movies are to Revel.

  You can go to adoberevel.com and look at the bottom of the album or the library and it will show how much evidence is there.

  I received a message saying that the move to Photoshop to Revel is completed.  There are 173 of my latest photos jpg, dated July 2012 - March, 2013, that have not been moved. It seems that these photos were not automatically saved and synct the way in which they should have by Photoshop. How can I get these pictures moved to Revel?

  Photoshop.com is always open, your migrated files are still there as well as in Revel. Take a look and see if the files you want to revel are there or not. As I've described above, it seems as if you have files in the elements that have never uploaded to Photoshop.com and therefore never have been migrated. It is likely that the process has worked as intended and you need to download the files remaining from your computer to Revel.

  Mov files are grey-out when I am tempted to choose to import.

  The Mac app version 1.10 is released before that we supported the video, this is why you see a fixed version of your video there. We have released video first on iPhone/iPad and adoberevel.com.

• my subscription will increase from revel to lightroom?

  I had to pay for a monthly subscription to Adobe Revel since July this year and there is now a "big move" in Lightroom. My subscription moves with it as I am all online instructions sent me email and I now have 11 days left a "free trial."

  Can someone confirm please if I have to cancel my subscription to Revel or this will transfer to Lightroom. If this isn't the case, I would like to help on what to then please.

  If you were a monthly subscriber through Adobe, we have not billed monthly people currently so if you were a monthly subscriber you have been given the time to Revel release.

  If you subscribe via Apple's iTunes you will have to turn off your automatic renewal of Apple to make sure you don't get charged for another month.

• A few questions about Revel pour a French...

  Sorry not enough to speak English. Help on REVEL is very limited and as it seems not to be direct support, I confess not to find answers in the forums on a few topics:

  (1) I sync from my PC to the images that are on a network. I changed my PC and suddenly he raises a full synchronization. I can't know if I should let her do or if I can stop it. Since I nearly 40000 photos and video, it takes more than a day and do it again every time that I raise REVEL on the PC.   1 synchronization 40000 photos at the same time can take a while. Depending on your network connection, it could take more than a day.

  2. If you have duplicates, Revel will not download duplicate images.

  3 revel will post the originals.

  4 revel will not download images duplicate in the same library. If you have an album IN this library, it will not re - upload the image. If you create a second library then you can download all the same pictures again if you want.

  I'm afraid I'm not be clear. I'll try to find someone who speaks French language because all this is complex to explain but easy to use, once you get it.

• How to prevent my organizing EINIRE of Revel catalog synchronization.

  I use the EP 13 Evaluation Version.  I have an iMac 2009 Mavericks 10.9.5 running.  Yesterday, I shared a video test of Revel.  Last night, I checked organiser a little more and had terrible problems.  After that I tried to get the Organizer to access album Revel test with test inside video, the organizer has crashed.  He took an inorginate of time amount to access a small video test.  I stopped the program.  Organizer then crashed on launch every time.  I had to use the tips in this article of organizing elements crashes at launch to recover.  The only way first make it work was to create a new catalog.  I repaired then the original catalogue, but failed.  Then, I changed the default settings and authorized online services.  The original catalogue then worked.  I tried again to access the video of test on Revel.  This time I didn't stop the process, but even if run.  Finally, it worked and the organizer do crash more.

  I was shocked today to receive an email saying that I had exceeded my quota of 2 GB.  Test video was only 86.9 MB.  On verification of Revel on the web for the first time, I had only checked the link shared album of test, I found that everything in my catalog was being transferred to Revel!

  I didn't know this.  When I first connected to Revel in Organizer I rose a pop with "1, 2, 3" as the title saying that it was a process in 3 steps to start.  There are 3 pages in this window, I recall, and I don't say anything about synchronizing all to Revel.  Now if I disconnect and connect again I get this window, and it disappears once I log in.

  I unchecked the box in Online accounts in preferences "Automatically access all media my account online catalog", which I now see is now checked!  I stopped the officer on the page and it came out.  I've disconnected and insert it again.  Check the preferences page again, this checkbox is now checked and the agent runs again.  The switch for the agent box can once again 'on '.

  It is a nightmare.  If I remove all the album test except for the video test, how do I know that everything in my catalog is not deleted?  If the media catalog is deleted, there's no guarantee that the underlying files be ransacked for this?  Feeling rather scared right now.

  I must say that EP 13 is quite impressive and a good editor, but I've been very disappounted to find the Firewire capture was abandoned in 13.  On the forums, there was a program called Lifeflix which has been mentioned can do, but this is not shareware, so I can not try to check if the quality is the same as my old PC with Pinnacle Studio 9, which is better that what I can get on the mac, even an old copy of iMovie HD 6 I managed to download It's much better than the horrible iMovie.

  I am also impressed by the system help or lack of.  Yes, Adobe has a lot of help available, but it is on the Web!  When you go to the Help menu and click PE 13 Help you go to the site!  This I expect to free programs, but not for paid programs.

  I am in two minds about to buy 13 given PE it captures Firewire.  I can not count use this camcorder, but I thought EP 13 could do everything and define myself for the future.  I found a link to a trial version of 12 EP, that I have not yet installed.  I don't know if it will work with my PE13 of the trial, or if I can make it work at all.  12 PE works with the Mavericks and Yosemite?  And is it really worth wile buy it?  I don't have answers to these questions.  I'm going for a duel with linux start to run kdenlive which can make the Firewire capture, to test the quality.  I am impressed with the clip of PE 13 rotation function, which was more of a point, much better that kdenlive.  Another point in EP 13 is that he will separate scenes in a movie, once again like Kdenlive.

  I'm leaning towards the capture on the PC, containing the captured video to the mac and the other edition with EP 13 or kdenlive in a virtual machine.  Not sure if EP 13 worth it in light of all this, and I don't know if I'll do pretty video with my new camera to justify the creation of Blu - ray discs.  If PE 13 seized FireWire, I think that I would have said yes and bought.

  Sorry for the long post, but I really want the problem of Revel, sorted and I need all the rest out of my chest.

  Thank you very much for this.  I deleted everything outside the test video to Revel, and everything in the catalog has been cut.  Subsequently, I found the option not to do.  He was not quite in the catalog anyway.  I have since imported from iPhoto.  It works now.  I think that I have will get rid of it and stay with not much in the catalog.  Not very impressed by the Organizer, without file names of the pictures. iPhoto import does not import iPhoto event names.  At least the junk of Revel went.  I don't use Revel again.  He is useless Revel asking you the title of the film that you load, since it is never displayed!

  Hi, I just installed revel on my android phone and indeed moved to my 8 GB sd card. I currently have zero images in my library, but when I try to add a single image, I get the message "import was stopped because it doesn't have enough storage to revel on this device", this in spite of having more than 5 GB available. I would like to use revel, but not because of this atm. Any suggestions?

  It seems that you have not enough memory on your device to download using revel. Generally, we recommend a minimum of 500 MB of free space to revel to function well.

  You can manually clear the cache to free space by clicking on the library info-> empty the cache for each available library. This command removes full size files that have been cached during download or editing, as well as the larger preview.

  Although you can move revel to the SD card, photos and videos are still in the phone memory. The app is on the SD card. A warning should appear when available memory is<500MB. the="" cache="" is="" purged="" as="" needed="" to="" maintain="" 2="" gb="" of="" free="" space="" in="" the="">

  I don't remember the move from photoshop to revel... or I forgot... are my videos always there, have they migrated to revel... or they are lost forever?

  At the time of migration, revel supported only jpg photos, only jpg files migrated from photohshop.com (as long as you had not chosen). For this reason, the videos you had would not be migrated. When we sent e-mails to users before the migration, we also offered an archiving utility to upload your files to Photoshop.com. I hope you have taken advantage of this opportunity or had backups of your files. Unfortunately the option archive was available for 6 months during the transition to revel.

  Storage service which items 8,9 and 10 used online at Photoshop.com has been abandoned, this is why you are unable to connect. Your old version of elements will continue to work for editing and organizing the files on your computer, but can't access files to photoshop.com.

  Adobe customer communicated by email on 2/22 on the option to the photos of the transition from the Photoshop.com to Revel. He was also posted to Photoshop.com and social networks. Follow-up of additional emails. Some users had sent our emails for spam and so I saw the news later than others.

  Because it has been decided to stop storage and sharing of Photoshop.com, Adobe gave users the ability to have their jpg-files copied in Revel (different Adobe Cloud storage and sharing option) rather than having all their efforts deleted. Users with files on the site of cloud storage that had not opted out and Adobe Photoshop.com sharing, had their copied files in Adobe Revel (another cloud sharing and storage service Adobe).

  This was done as a convenience to the customers so that they did not go to the download site and download to another effort, because this can be very time consuming. Revel is a free account that you log on with the same credentials that you did on Photoshop.com. But Revel is not a replacement for Photoshop.com (it has more emphasis on sharing between devices), it is an alternative.

  We did not move anything directly from the elements. Many users think wrongly that move us the files on the computer or the organizer directly to Revel. • I'm desperately trying to Revel works for me.

  I bought Adobe Creative Cloud to see if that would help me with the things I lost when I lost PhotoShop Elements 9 (which was perfect for me). Adobe CC was way over my head. I looked at a few tutorials and it is for many creative projects in addition to the photos that I intend to cancel it. Now my question is will Adobe Photoshop elements 11 & Adobe Premiere elements 11 quote with Revel and do you think it would be easier and more info on photos and movies at home compared to Adobe CC? Are there any plans for the future to close, too, because it's a part of Photoshop? It would be easy to work with my photos in these programs and always store them to Revel or not?

  What happened to your Photoshop Elements 9?

  Items currently jpg files downloads and downloads of Revel.It should be fairly straightforward. It will extend to other types of files in the future. Revel and elements are intended to be easy to use, very user friendly.

  Photoshop.com is what closes. Revel and elements are not on the same infrastructure and should not be going away any time soon.
