Buy a micro better use - one with noise suppression.  Sounds like inexpensive material.

  • No sound coming from my laptop

I have a laptop of HP2000... I have no sound coming from my speakers... can you please help?

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download the Realtek Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp64001-64500/sp64443.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the Realtek device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you are finished, stop the laptop - it by holding down the button SHIFT left click Shutdown to temporarily prevent a hybrid boot.

Then disconnect the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the installation of Realtek Audio program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  Left click 'Speakers and headphones' (or speakers/HP) once to highlight and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    Kind regards

  • Re: Weird sound coming from USB using the Panel mixing Audio on Satellite C870-1EX

    Hello!

So, my sister has Satellite C870-1EX and she uses new Audio Mixer with integrated sound card sends its via USB cable to the computer (computer recognises as external audio device and map). It's the device: http://alesis.com/multimix8usbfx.

A few weeks ago, she began to notice a very odd sound, sort of high-pitched, whistling, like a very fast electronic beep. Something similar to what good old modems of the internet when they were connected to the phone line, just not a little faster and strong.

First of all, of course, we tested every single setting on the Audio Mixer Panel.
Then, we got new USB cable and it traded.

After that we also took down all the material, checked all cables, if necessary, detangle swapped the power supply, check a different recording software, even tried a few other recording devices USB etc etc.

None of this has helped. The drivers are all there too.

Here's the catch. I used the same equipment with the same settings on my computer and no hissing noise at all. The thing is, any parameter, we tried, only the hiss remains the same, nothing changes.

Even if you apply a few sound effects which should either accentuate or reduce any type of noise in the signal that is sent to the USB port on the computer, this whistling noise remains the same.

What worries me is that something is wrong with the material of my sister's laptop.

The noise does not appear if we use, for example, microphone that uses 3, 5mm taken or the built-in microphone of the laptop during the recording of the commands in the same session with the same software and similar settings (given some must be different because of the different entry).

However, the noise is if we use an external USB recording equipment on any of its ports.

Windows on his laptop were resettled some time ago (now it is on Windows 7), but the problem appeared a few weeks later.
As I said earlier, the drivers are all there and to date as well.

So, I hope that one of you will return with a software sollution (single)... and I hope we will not need to take his computer back to the shop.

However, as it seems now, the last is more likely to occur.
Please, tell me I'm wrong :)

    Thank you!

    Hello

One of my friends had a similar problem with a DJ controller: Traktor Kontrol S4
There was not a sound, but he noticed a few dropouts stuttering and audio.

The problem was the background processes that were open when you use the controller.
To resolve this problem, it was necessary to disable all possible devices in the device as WLan, LAN, Bluetooth Manager, etc.
In addition, he had to Disable Antivirus software and firewall that was running in the background.

I put t know if it helps you, but I think that its worth a try

  • New computer wants me to combine Skype with the Microsoft account to connect. How should I not do this?

I have an account to both personal and professional for Skype. I use the business account more. In the process of setting up the account company on my new computer, I asked for the connection information for the Microsoft account. After that, he wants now all merge so I sign in Skyp with connection to Microsoft. I don't want to do that. My business account is actually "owned" by my employer and I want to be able to make sure that everything is separate. How can I work around by using Microsoft information in Skype?

The only case where Microsoft Account is an absolute requirement is when dealing with the modern app from Skype (metro) for Windows 8/8.1.

  • Satellite Pro A60: strange sound coming from speakers

    Hello.

My brother has a Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 - my old laptop. However, it has a strange sound question. I wiped it a few months back, and the sound worked fine. However, after a week or two he suddenly started to sound like the speakers were blown out.

I made the assumption that stakeholders were indeed blown and connected to external speakers - but they made the same noise! I was wondering, this sounds like a card his fries, or a drivers/software error?

If it is a mistake to sound card, the sound card can be changed?

    Hello

without changing the card its couldn t, it s on the motherboard and if you want to Exchange, you must exchange the motherboard together.

First question: did you always guaranteed on this machine?

    Then my suggestion:

Back up the data on the machine, the recover with the recovery CD and then the noise should be gone. If not, and if you still have warranty on this machine, so it would be better to bring the machine to a service partner for a checkup of material.

Give some feedback if you have any additional questions.

    Welcome them

  • HP laptop - 15-ac158dx: squeaky sound coming from computer speakers, headphones are not affected

Earlier this week, I received and downloaded the latest update of Windows 10. It went smoothly as planned and everything seemed fine until yesterday, I started to experience a buzzing scratching of my laptop speakers. It was intermittent at first, and then it escalated. Some music and audio as dialogue and certain songs feels this scraping sound along the coast the audio ordinary much.

To test fade the cause is physical (speakers themselves) or software related (because of update) I did the following.

I tried what has been said in this issue; http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/HP-15-audio-crackles-unless-headphones-plugged-in/td-p/5....

I created a system on the laptop restore point and backup all data and uninstalled the audio drivers from the Device Manager and reinstalled.

It didn't work and now I'm assuming it's a physical problem with the speakers themselves. If this is the case, what should I do? A check appears to show that my warranty is still applicable; should I go with him?

    @cannonfodder-14

Thanks for joining the HP Forums.
I'll be happy to help you

If I understand correctly the helmet function correctly, however, the speakers create excessive noise and in view of the fact that you have already reinstalled the drivers, tried a backup & restore, but the problem persists.

  • Series of beeps sounds coming from the laptop when windows starts... (connecting to the computer)?

Ok... I recently bought a laptop that had some viruses... So, recently, I have completely swept away my laptop Sony VAIO (model name-VPCEH1AFX) and started from the factory settings. It seems to be back to normal, but he's doing a quick series will beep when I turn on the computer. Randomly, he makes noises in two quick beeps and beeps extended. It sometimes lasts a minute, but it can take up to 5 minutes at a time.

The only difference with before reboot (that I have noticed so far) is... (1) I can't use the mouse to copy and paste... it is as if the mouse settings are pushed. (2) some games do not completely load right... as the option menus are able to be seen but not used. (3) on the beep. (4) it seems that I've lost a driver or something.

I have read a few forums and studied the * outta this noise and have read that this could be the BIOS, or a harddrive out or something of this nature. I scanned everything I could think of to analyze and what she says goes and is up-to-date. I'm not an expert in computer science and REALLY need some (simple as possible) record... lol... I use this laptop for personal use and linked work use... Please help...

Alright. You can try to control your system and see if it will produce freeze any error, momentary, or everything that happened around a minute before or after the sound signal will sound. Also, try to reset your BIOS to its default settings. Good luck.

  • Very low Volume in Vista microphone

    Hi people,

In fact, I have 2 questions using my microphone in Yahoo Messenger in Vista that I didn't have when I used XP.

    (1) I used to use yahoo messenger to talk to the family on my XP operating system. But now, in my new PC with Vista, the microphone volume is so low that my family complains that they can hardly hear me. I literally have to scream so that they can hear something. The mic is the same and I have tried the mic in my brothers PC which has XP and it works really well.

    (2) in addition, in XP I could talk to a PC in yahoo messenger as in the two-way communication system, is that I was able to interept while someone says something to me about voice chat. but now its impossible, I have to wait until the other party has ceased to speak so that I can talk to. Know-how as a half-duplex communication.

Please help me to solve these issues.

    Kind regards
    Zorro.

I am so excited! My microphone in my headphone works! And I can use in MS and Skype! After playing with all the combinations of audio settings for 2 days solid includes one night at midnight, I finally found the solution. I signed in my PC (gateway) manufacturers and provided the serial number of my PC and searched all the device drivers for my computer. Low and behold there was one available for the Realtek microphone and a speaker that came with my PC. I downloaded and installed and everything works now! Wonderful! For users of the gateway with Windows 7 or Vista, the file was Audio_Realtek_ALC888S - VC2_6.0.1.5901_W7x64. I downloaded and saved on the PC. Then I went to control Panal-> All Control Panel Items-> Manager-> sound, video devices and game controller (Double click)-> Realtek High Definition Audio-> Action-> update driver software. From there you will be directed through the following steps to search for updates on your computer and they will be installed for you. A message came that this updating process can change my current settings and I said almost thank God for it! In any case, I'm as happy as possible. If you are not a user of gateway, the only difference for you would be to look on the Web site of the manufacturer of your computer instead of the site of the bridge. Good luck to all of you sick poor frustrated.
