  • Cannot change the size of the Page using Document format

    I created a working document which is a long page, 800 px by 4000 px. It's a document that has grown as it has been assembled, and I would regularly change the page size by using document format to lengthen the page so I could make room for additional content.

    Now I'm trying to reduce the length of the page, because we have removed some of the content. I need to change the page size of 4000 px long 3380 long PX. I'm going to the preparation of the Document, type the new page size, click OK and nothing happens. I tried to resize the page to 6000 px, and nothing happens. Leaving the page set to automatic file size is usually more effective.  Any improvements you might see by increasing the size of the file would be minimal, at best.

  • Possible to expand the spaces by changing the size of the page?

    Greetings.  I use Acrobat 10 pro now, but in 9, it was possible to expand the white space around the text by changing the size of the page under the command crop.  It was very convenient to create a large enough area for the comments text box.  I can't find this capability in 10.  I'm, hopefully, wrong?

    Select: Tools > Pages > culture

    and then double-click the page. You will then get the Crop dialog box and you can select a superior page size field of the change Page size.

  • Help! Need to change the size of the video in the sequence of project...

    When you create a project last month I accidentally created as 1280 x 960 in the sequence settings, but to create as a 1920 x 1080 which is what all the video clips are of size. Now, I have this well-edited project, but must convert it to a 1920 x 1080 in the sequence settings so I can export as this size. When I go in the sequence settings now this option is grayed out and it won't let me. I read many forums and they say it's easier to create a new sequence with the right settings and import the old sequence but when I do that it's always like 1280 x 960. So my question is other than the re-release of this project together, how can - I take this ongoing project with the sequence like 1280 x 960 settings and change the size of the video up to 1920 x 1080 (which is what the video clips are initially and when I right click on the videos it says 1920 x 1080). Please help, I use CS5 PP! It's so frustrating!

    A big thanks to everyone! I followed all your advice and got to work, the only thing I had to do was to manually resize the titles but everything else was perfect, thank YOU!

  • I need to change the size of my image file, but keep the same pixels. Possible?

    I'm trying to upload an image on a mobile advertising platform (Adfonic) with the following requirements: the dimensions of the Image 216 x 36 pixels; 3.0 KB maximum file size; GIF, JPG, PNG supported file formats. I figured out how to change the pixel size, but now my file is too large. I have Photoshop CS4 Extended & Vista.

    I changed the resolution of the file but then changes the size in pixels. What can I do?

    Thank you!

    I tried as a JPG & a PNG, GIF option was not available or I would have tried it too. It was originally a JPG and when I saved it as a PNG, it was a bit smaller but not enough.

    Try saving your document using "Save for Web" use jpeg and lower quality and all the metadata of the band.   Think that should generate the smallest file possible.

  • I need to change a number of bookmarks (in a simple way) and wonder if it can be done simply, other than to change the properties of each one, one by one?

    A site has been moved. I have a lot of bookmarks pointing to the site, with added information for each of them. Is there a way I can edit these bookmarks, simply by changing the common information, without having to do it one by one.

    IE: I can change the bookmarks in the form:
    www.oldname.com/uniquestuff to www.newname.com/uniquestuff in a fast and effective way.

    You can use a text editor to modify the most recent backup of JSON and do a search and replace for this URL.

    A JSON backup is a long line without any line break, if you need an editor that is capable of managing such a file.

  • change the size of the page in the batch

    Hello

    I use Adobe Acrobat DC to work with thousands of PDFs that were wiped out over the years, some being letter size and other much more in the dimension. I need them all to letter size in order to allow the addition of a cover page that can be read properly on the web. Right now I've been using a new pdf of print and the narrowing of the pages oversized for larger files, the deletion of the old file and insert the cover with an action page, but obviously it takes much time given the number of documents that I work with. Also, when I print the new PDF file, OCR that had already been performed on documents is lost.

    Is there a quick way to standardize the dimensions of a batch of PDF files?

    Thank you

    Courtney

    Print a PDF file in PDF format is almost always a bad idea and (as you discovered) will always degrade the quality of your PDF file. Which version of Acrobat you have? Acrobat Pro DC, you can resize a PDF page using a preflight feature. This preflight profile can be called from an action, so you can then use the wizard of Action to treat multiple files with just a couple of mouse clicks fe.

  • Pro XI: How to change the size of the page?

    I have a letter-sized document where each page has extremely significant margins and the text in lower case characters. Can I use the function "Remove white margins" (crop pages > Set of boxes to Page) to remove the margins and then resize what remains to 8.5 "x 11" by using the function "Change Page size"?

    When I try this, I can take the first step and I find myself with pages about 5.5 "x 8". But the function of the change Page size does not allow me to resize the page.

    It is this possible?

  • Need to change the size of police Ben automated number (watermark)

    I used javascript code following by Try67 to add page numbers and the name of the file in my documents:

    for (variety p = 0; p < this.numPages; p ++) {}
    this.addWatermarkFromText({)
    "cText: this.documentFileName.replace(/\.pdf/i," ") +" "+ (p + 1)"
    nTextAlign: app.constants.align.right,

    nVertAlign: app.constants.align.bottom,
    nVertValue: 14,.

    }

    However, I would like to change the font size to something a little less.

    I tried to guess the correct code before posting ("' textSize: 4,", "this.textSize: 4", etc. "), but nothing has worked.

    Can someone help me?

    I'm also not sure where I can get a list of text settings (nHorizAlign, nVertAlign, etc.) so if anyone has a reference page, it would be much too.

    Thanks in advance!

    I thought about it. the correct property name is nFontSize:

    The correct code for Acrobat 9 is:

    for (variety p = 0; p)

    this.addWatermarkFromText({)
