  I recently migrated to Adobe Stock of Club Photo of Dollar and everything goes well with the transfer of downloads, but now there is no subscription attached to my Adobe membership.

  I complained to Adobe that having accepted their offer of 'migration' my account of the Club Photo Dollar I found that all my previous purchases, licensing, collections, etc had disappeared. They referred me to the FAQ of DPC, where it says that Adobe Stock 'migration' Dollar Photo Club is actually nothing of the sort, it's simply a transfer of unused credits. You get no warning of this in the process. DPC have now confirmed to me that 'migration' result in a deletion of your account DPC fatal auto. You lose everything. Thanks for that, Adobe.

  I've lost many downloads during the transfer process. Adobe support told be to contact the CPD support... But I can not open a session of the CPD to access the media from my account is moved and we cannot create new account...  Result: I lost $ with this move if event the e-mail said:

  I took the offer to migrate when the site offered for transfer special, I knew more action needed to transfer my credits and now it says invalid connection and my connection still works on the dollar photo club although only to achieve a ticket system.

  Please disconnect from stock.adobe.com and connect again by using the same Adobe ID that you used when you migrated your image credits.  Migration was not made with the Adobe ID used to post on the forum to check other email addresses you use.

  I migrated from the dollar photo club and saw I have 111 pictures remaining for download. However, now all 111 of them disappeared in the number bar. When I tried to download some photos, Adobe obliged me to buy them.

  I already logged in and out of my Adobe account and deleted my cache of Google Chrome, but in vain.

  I can get my these as I have already paid for them under photo dollar club?

  There are currently 110 licenses available on your account.  1 image has allowed today.

  We have a problem where the number of licenses does not appear on stock.adobe.com but you will always be able to authorize the standard images using your credits.

  If you are asked to purchase an image, please could you provide the number of the image and the screenshot.

  Since you already know the stock of Adobe is not available to the Brazil, but you can always transfer your unused Club Photo Dollar downloads and license of Adobe Stock resources with these downloads. Downloads not used, transferred to Adobe Stock will be valid for 1 year.
