  The current versions of Firefox have allowed a built-in PDF Viewer that has all of the features that other PDF as Adobe Reader readers have or can not work properly otherwise.

  You can change the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) to Preview in Firefox to use Adobe Reader software or set always ask in "Firefox > Options/Preferences > Applications.

  You have probably installed a 64 bit version of Flash for Firefox plugin.
  
  Firefox is a 332-bit application, so you need 32-bit versions of a plugin to make it work.

  Take a screenshot in Windows 7 requires several actions.

  1. press the Printscreen key. This operation copies an image of the screen to the Clipboard.

  2. open an imaging program such as MS Paint and paste the screenshot.

  Services Bank web site has a "Print - Friendly View" text, on the top right of the page that displays the account information in a different format if you click on the text. Printing all other functions work ok. The problem isn't when you use them Internet Explorer. The other program is on the Aflacs website, and the problem is very similar. When I click on the text stating "Print copy of invoice", nothing happens, as the text of the Bank. Both work perfectly with Internet Explorer. The problem started about 2 days ago. When it works well, a window will open and show you what it will print and you click on the text "print", and it prints. Any help on this problem will be greatly appreciated.

  Have you looked at the article Knowledge Base, what to do if Firefox will play all of the sounds? There are many good advice on troubleshooting in there. You might have its just accidentally disabled for Firefox.

  There is also a chance it's a plugin problem. If the first article does not help, take a look at common audio problems and graphics issues.

  Example: I want to watch a video on startrek.com. You could do it either in fullscreen / but my preference is for Zoom. With Internet Explorer, you can go down to the right lower part of the screen and click on it to go from 100% to 125. On firefox to display the zoom it's just more text.   This is probably the plugin Flash and Firefox and IE do not use the same Flash plug-in. Your list of plugins shows that the Flash plugin used by Firefox is not installed.   for some time now, I have some problems with the security update. (I don't have the butI Kbnumero it can search if you need to) I searched many forums, but the solutions does not work

  I'll show you a quick example of what I live:

  The windows update say that there are some new updates. (my internet works)

  I have install and restart my computer.

  Now, I can either go to the internet with internet explore or even google chrome. I can see my e-mail with outlook and I know when there is a few new updates.

  I do a system restore to the day before (where it works fine)

  I have check the update that is causing all the trouble and I turn it off.

  For now, it is the only solution for you that I found.
