• Lenovo Vibe Shot network problems

  Recently I bought Lenovo Vibe Shot (Z90a40) in India. It is updated latest Android 5.1.1. He continues to lose constanlty network. I use 2 SIM cards, which is GSM (sim 1) and the other is 3G (sim 2). The two network signals are weak and often phones loses network completely. I'm not having similar problem when I put those sims to other phones (2 Zenphone and motorcycle G2). With these phones, the network is always full and I always get a 3G signal. But kick Vibe guard switching between GSM and 3G and intermittanly loses signal. I do not use the coverage or keep any screen.

  The setting I use for sim are:

  SIM 1: GSM only

  SIM 2: Auto WCDMA/GSM.

  I don't have a LTE network at my place.

  Can someone help me please?

  I gave my phone to the local service center. He has not found the reason for the problem though. He said he will replace the motherboard and see if the problem is resolved. Now, I don't know what's next.

  I use Lenovo Vibe X 2 since 11/11/2014 and my overall experience is not very good,

  Thumbs up:

  1. go to blowdry - phone is very thin and light weight, better in design to this day.

  2 Lenovo UI is very good with TOC TOC, capture camera directly when the phone is locked, shortcuts on the lockscreen wallpaper desktop changes and many others.

  3 vibe UI 2.0 is ok, but needs more improvements with occupant less RAM & other topics.

  NEEDS to WORK IMMEDIATELY on:

  1 camera with 5 mp before and 13 mp is very poor. Camera is always blurred. You will need to maintain that very still and pictures over 10 metres are blurred.

  Seized documents get blurred if not flashed.

  2. battery works only on a day of 16 hours on wifi / 3 G with only gmail and whatsapp. I have not played the games or movies. I need to carry Extension battery Lenovo.

  3 Kitkat is bad with lots of Bugs.

  4. the phone is 2 GB of Ram but still more 1.5 is then used, phone feels a bit slow. Phone comes with the kernel of the Octa, but you don't feel the speed. Some applications require restart.

  5. Lenovo must remove App Security Lenovo and needs to work out the bugs on Kitkat.

  6. received 2 updates to 12 MB and 111 MB, but can not analyze what has changed

  Overall a good phone at this price if the above issues are resolved

  What version of software is on your phone? (Settings > about phone > the device information > Build number)
  If your phone has an available update, install it.

  Point 1,2,3:
  Generally, the 'network falls' and "telephone-outs" are caused by the SIM, not the phone itself.
  You can try to change the SIM card to your phone service provider.

  Point 4:
  What is common in the contacts, which are not shown? (same source as SIM or Google, etc.)

  Point 5:
  Not a problem, it is not supported right now. (In November, will be just the update which allows VoLTE).

  Point 6:
  Camera phone, it's not the best on the market, it is a mid-range phone.
  You can try another camera since the Google game application, some of them can improve the quality of the images.

  If you want the full support of 4g in Greece, you should buy the international VIBE P1 (P1a42) version, because, as Pavlo wrote, the P1c72 has been performed on the Chinese market (no available language, only English and Chinese GAPPS, China only apps pre-installed).

  It's weird... I used many devices different bluetooth, including headphones and stereo speakers. A connected with bluetooth BMW and mercedes. Sometimes look a little longer and matching is always a concern on ANY bluetooth system.

  u just have to switch the selection of your data to sim 1 for 3g or 4g on the SIM access networks 1... both 1 single sim card can be used for 3g or 4g!
