  I'm trying to export H264 for YouTube videos.

  I tried to export the same video using:

  (A) bitrate = 3 (target and maximum).

  (B) bitrate = 8 (target and maximum, which is advised by YouTube to use).

  I saw two generated mp4 files has no big difference in quality (might be due the video consists of screenshots and after effect Animations only).

  I downloaded both on Youtube and two eyes, to get the result of quality identical (or very close).

  Would be advisable in this case to work with the version with less bitrate (3)? And not with the version with 8 as the value suggested by YouTube?

  Is there any leader, as, as less flow you can work, its best for YouTube? (Since you're ok with the quality resulting?)

  I tried to synchronize a soundtrack with a presentation "talking head". I tried "Sync Clips", but could not click on two clips in the browser. When I clicked on the second the first chose is no longer. I solved this problem by putting the track sound and video in the timeline and then by moving the sound track until the sound and video have been synchronized. I want to take excerpts from the video to make a short promotional video. I selected the sound and the video on the timeline using the blade too and following the instructions of several clips Cup selected at the time the section instructions and then copy and paste them into a new timeline.
