  Hallo,

  I bought CS 3 Suite including Acrobat 8 Professional, a few years ago. Acrobat Pro has crashed for a week. After opening the program, the computer informs me, that the program ended unexpectedly. After a reinstall of Acrobat from the CD it also not worked. That I tried to install Acrobat from the Acrobat home page but they offer only this programm for Windows. Who can help me with some information? I need the version of program in German. I have a serial number.

• Problems with Acrobat 8 Pro license

  I installed Acrobat 8 Pro for downloadable images of CS2 and it worked OK.

  Then, I downloaded all updates to 8.1.0 with 8.3.1 and installed.

  Now, I get the screen download E-License of horse, which I don't think I should get this version shouldn't need license servers that are now closed.

  How to solve this please?

• Problem with Acrobat 9 Pro and Word 2007

  I just installed 9 and cannot print on the Distiller I was able to do with 5.  Word generates the error message: "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the installation of the current printer."

  I reinstalled the software and updates, etc.

  I think I posted this issue in Windows Server, which would be probably wrong... Please forgive me for double posting.

  This is because the name of the printer is the printer Adobe PDF, not the Acrobat Distiller printer. It is a name change so that confusion does not exist on the print driver and the program to distill. Create the PDF button is a Preprocess to the printer, as it was in use with WORD AA5. This key, officially called the PDF Maker, adds a lot of functionality, but can add things that are unnecessary and cause bloating. Check the preferences to see what you add.

  You should be able to create PDF files in Acrobat 9 that the feature was not withdrawn.

  On the other hand, you can surely upgrade to ACrobat pro XI, and that will surely lets you create the PDF as well. Buy a prepetual licence or a subscription would be until you'll have the option or the other. Please use the link below to discover the structure of prices.

  Don't know what you're asking. A download is a download. What to do with the file later is entirely to you. If you want to install software Mac on Win, no, this cannot be done. In addition you should also have a good set of Win.

  The answer is you can't. The only versions of Acrobat software eligible for upgrade to Acrobat DC are 10 Acrobat and Acrobat 11. Unfortunately, your only option with Acrobat 9 (or any other previous version of Acrobat) is to buy a full license (not updated). Please contact Adobe customer service (which is not here) for a refund or Exchange.
