• Open an Image in Photoshop puts a pink color on top of the Image.

  I work with the CC 2015 version of Photoshop. When I start a new image in Photoshop, everything is fine. When I open an image in Photoshop, it puts this pink color on top of images. I have a black and white image for example, and it opens in Photoshop causes the white part turn pink. Similarly just regular color images get a pink above them, as if I put a pink colored filter on top of the image. I scoured around and I can't seem to find an answer to the problem I have. Any help would be appreciated. I would like to mention that all open images mode is RGB.

  Looks like the problem fixed itself. I left on Photoshop and then re - open the photos everything was just peachy. In this case, even once, that I will remember to take a screenshot of it. I honestly don't know what could have caused this is the first place to be completely honest.

  Thanks Melissa. I also found another way to do it, if we have a video icon. Open the image you want to put the video icon on the top. After go to file-> Placed bound. Icon position to your liking and save.

• Large black (or white) box on the top of the image in Photoshop (does not record on the file)

  It started all of a sudden - a black box (sometimes white)

  appears on the top of the image & mask what Im doing. It is not present when I save the file - only when Im trying to work on it. I don't see what Im doing in the image

  Anyone having problems with black and white squares, launch Bridge and go in Camera Raw preferences and at the bottom of the window make sure 'use graphics processor' is DISABLED.

  This is a temporary work around, but it's going to at least squares disappear.

  I have an InDesign Document with a handful of images and text on the top or near the images. This should be so simple, but for some reason, I keep having this problem.   I don't see any boxes hidden or anything else for that matter. I've recreated text boxes and still have the same problem it appears then disappears or I can get only part of the Word visible on the image, then a + sign comes... It should work please help. I tried to recrete this particular image and word a handful of times its just not the text box woking sometimes added a sign which does no sense, I tried a different text alignment so +... The text appears so when I saw using the content for the Desktop Viewer, but it does not appear when I saw on the iPad, or when I update the folio article. How can I get the text?

• Export text out of fireworks at the top of the image of BG

  In Fireworks, I have a black background with the content of the text above it.  I would like to export, so that the bg comes in dreamweaver as a background image and the text is editable text.  Now when I cut the bg it automatically includes the text in the image.  How to export the text that sits on an image?

  You're welcome Jen (and Sean). Matt did a great job of reworking the original export script and I highly recommend you install update (and the new symbols).

  That said, please understand the Fireworks is a graphical application first. He won't give you the kind of control over the HTML and the CSS that will be applications such as Dreamweaver - or the hand coding. If your design is quite complex, Fireworks isn't able to export with precision without returning to a full presentation of the AP, which is not desirable.

• Can wrap you text first, and then anchor the Image then?

  Now I wonder how I can fix these images.

  It depends on where and how you do the anchor.

  Put the bearded gent as an image online as the first thing in this paragraph. Anchor the other as a custom anchored object somewhere near the beginning (could also be the first thing that) he has. Both must wrap as you displayed them.

• Transformation of manual image: lose the top of the image

  With LR3, I often use manual image transformations and observe an undesirable effect, that I just can't explain to myself: when changing the vertical Perspective to a negative value, the image will be transformed to deal with the prospect, as expected, but its Summit will be moved out of sight as well. For example, during the correction of the image of a large building at the top of the Tower moves out of sight. An example:

  The whole top of the tower is gone, on the bottom even if we see the box "out of the picture", and we can not move the image down to see the top of the Tower rather than this 'gray' on the bottom. I couldn't find any way to avoid this, until I discovered that I can change the scale factor (the loss of resolution of the resulting image :-() and that missing a part of the image will be visible again.

  Once we throw at 84% of the image above, we see once again at the top of the tower. Of course, we can show the grey areas manually:

  

  However, the size in pixels of the image is really reduced proportionately for the scale factor, here 0.84.

  I don't think it's a bug. The scale is supposed to evolve, after all. If you sclae to 84%, the image should scale down.

  I think that it is, is a lack of two additional sliders: Pan horizontally and vertically Pan. If you have these, you could move down to step 2, instead of scaling the image to retrieve the hidden parts.

• Windows Media video file insertion at the top of the image

  Can someone tell me how to get a windows media file inserted a picture on top? I did once by the image of the background of the page, but which prevented me from being able to create hotspots on the image for links.   You could add an AP (div absolute position) for your video.

• I have letters at the top of the image... want to make transparent

  I have a logo in vector format that I change to make some transparent areas. I have the letters "P4B" which part of the overlay image. Basically I want the image to have the letters 'P4B' cut out of it.

  I've been reviewing the basic lessons on clipping/opacity masks, but I can't get the effect I want. I use Adobe Illustrator CC on a Mac. Any help is appreciated!

  Regardless of the work, you can select the Type and the underlying object and in the transparency palette dialog box click do the with unchecked Clip opacity mask and mask invert checked.

  You can try to select as well the Type specified and the underlying object and Pathfinder > less before (if it works depends on the work).

• I'm trying to move pages from one document to the other but it copies the format of the entire page (i.e. Home Page, text boxes) on top of the existing content.

  In the contextual menu palette Pages, choose Move Pagesand select your second document in the dialog box. It will give you the option of where in the new document you want the pages to go, and whether or not you want to delete the first document.
