  Thanks again for the help.  But I finally solved the problem myself by downloading a program called 'HPPSDr.exe' HP and running.  The searchable .pdf function now works very well on my HP Officejet 6600 device.

  Hi Brandonacker, you probably need to install adobe flash player plugin for sites to display video content, which you can download from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (use the windows exe for plugin installer according to browsers)

  I used Photoshop and Lightroom for years and upgraded to CC about 6 months ago.  I just got a new computer and downloaded Lightroom and Photoshop CC on the new machine.  In Lightroom, when I send a picture to the develop module, all I get is a blue screen, where the image should be.  The navigation signs and develop panels show very well, but the image does not appear on the main screen.  It appears in the browser.  What's up with that?

  Disable the CPU graph use in the performance of the LR preferences tab. Blue box will be gone, Image will show.

• How to hide a menu if one of the values of it was selected but not others?

  Thanks looking for this forum, I was able to understand how to hide pull down and fields who have no digital information in them. IE, if the user selects. or if the conversion value is zero. The element show or print on the form.  What I can't find, it's how you do it if the values in the pulldowns are text? That is the drop down menu has three options "choose an item", "ITEM 1", "ITEM 2". It is default to "choose an article" and this way, I want to be hidden or the value null, but if the POINT 1 or 2 are selected. Then it shows/prints POINT 1 or 2 POINT in place.

  I have used Firefox for years. I bought a new Dell laptop 3 weeks ago, came with Internet Explorer. Later, I downloaded FF 6.0.1 that I prefer. After a few days of normal use, the Yahoo mail page newspaper came in lower-case letters and images unreadable. I went to the Firefox Options, once again the Options, then content. All fonts have been at least 14. I unchecked the option to leave the web sites chose their own fonts but always get tiny sign in page. When I copy and past the Yahoo mail URL in Internet explorer, the Yahoo login page is normal in size. I uninstalled FF 6.0.1 and downloaded FF 7.0.1 but who gave the same microscopic text. • When I want to send an e-mail from my MAC or even just retrieve one of 'drafts' ony very often (but not always) the topic is displayed and the message body is empty, both for me and for the recipient.

  When you try to convey and e-mail or retrieve from "drafts" more often that otherwise only the title will appear and the space where belongs to the body of the e-mail message is empty. If I try several times - out and then back in to email - I can finally get and send successfully. If I send it so that the field is empty the person who gets it just email empty with the exception of the line of the address and the subject.

• Lack of BITS and WU after downloading the XP SP3, tried the ID Article: 883614 but not CD SP3

  Computer has worked fine until the update to SP3 this week. Now, WU hangs and refused to work. Distressed, I get the message that the registration for the service is missing or damaged. When I run services bits both WU files do not exist. I tried the following but I am invited to put on a cd and I do not have a SP3 cd since I downloaded from MS. I have the recovery DVD that I made with my HP Pavilion but they are XP Home Edition SP2. I should put that or there at - it another way? The machine doesn't seem to work with the given code since it requires the cd. I'm not a technical person and have found it very difficult to navigate through it all. Thank you for your help.

  sfc/scannow

  Start > run

  services.MSC - see if bits (background intel... etc) is missing

  If so,.

  Start > run

  %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe setupapi, InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\qmgr.inf

  (install from the i386 folder, either local or source of installation/sp)

  reset

  Start > run

  services.msc

  (check background intelligent transfer (bits) is in the list, but do not try to start it again)

  Start > run

  regsvr32 qmgr.dll

  Start > run

  services.msc

  start the bits service (if you the auto value, it will return to manual after the reboot, so don't bother)

  do updates

  Restart and check that everything works well

• ProRes will rub but not play

  ProRes422 CS5.5 Mac

  I made some. R3D footage outside to ProRes422 via first > Media Encoder and then it re-imported in first.  He's going to rub very well, but a few shims part when I hit the game.  It is also in the preview window and the timeline.

  I searched but have not encountered this problem, so thanks for any info. If it is a known problem.
