Screen resolution for Captivate Application

I use the demo version of Captivate and my best for my screen resolution is 1920 by 1080.  I have a laptop, but this is my second screen.  I contacted Adobe Help and all they continued to make is try different sizes.  Well I could have done that.

The problem is that I have the screen gives me all the features such as scrollbars; in dialog boxes, I can click on cancel or OK.

All of the suggestions.  I never had this problem before.  Thank you.

This is a parameter of %, not an absolute font size. Somehow, he must be a resolution problem, I use Win10 as well and see the whole user interface.

Just in case people always have a problem with this problem, pls here's a solution that worked for me...

I spent the last month trying to solve this problem, and "youemailme" (another thread here) had the correct solution for me! And so Simple!

I noticed on Blogs that this problem has existed for at least Win98 is not your computer or your operating system.

The question seems to be programs in your Menu has a different screen resolution to set startup, thereby causing the screen resolution change when you start your computer. This isn't a MicroSoft program error, but rather a question of "settings".

With me, what worked were 2 things:

    (1) perform the 'clean boot process' as advised by many to determine which granted software was causing the problem... and then.

    (2) right click on the name of the program (as discovered in above) 'problem' in the Start Menu > properties > compatibility.  For some reason, there is an option to "run in 640 x 480 screen resolution", which has been verified.  This program was in the startup folder and the cause of the problem.  Then unchecked the resolution box. No problem.

In my view, there are a large number of people dealing with this exact problem. I hope that this process of step 2 could solve their problems.

(ps, just thinking about it now, you might not even bother with the 'clean boot process' but simply go through all your programs in your Start Menu and run the 2nd step explained above. Should work?)

  • What is the maximum screen resolution for a 201 X (t) via X 200 ban & Displayport?

Since the X 201 (t) has such a small screen (when will we finally see tablets with 1400 x 1050 screen resolutions or even 1600 x 1200?) Manufacturers - wake up!) I plan to buy a large external screen.

But what is the maximum that a 201 X (t) can lead by the Displayport 200 X of the ban? I couldn't find any reliable information on that and the installation program does not say, as long as there is no such screen attached.

I read somewhere that it is capable of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Sounds great, but I have some doubts, that it is indeed the case. Could someone using such a screen please confirm that? I don't want to buy me such a screen high resolution just to watch some blury, set on the scale of resolution 1600 x 1200 (or other). Integrated graphics is actually capable of managing this resolution and this resolution will then be just unbearably slow?

    Michael

the displayport can lead a monitor 30 inches of WQXGA (2560 x 1600) resolution in its native resolution using either the displayport or if you use an active displayport to dvi converter dual link.

If you are not running any games or other graphics intensive programs, the X20x can drive the resolution max is very good.

How can I get the samsung to display full screen expanded to save my eyes of the realativively small screen internal?

    Hello!

Have you tried to update the display on your laptop driver? Check the Toshiba site for an update:

In addition, it would be interesting to know if you are running the factory settings or you have installed your own version of Windows?
And what operating system are you using? Have you installed all Windows updates?

For external LCD, monitors, you must set the screen refresh rate of 60 Hz.
And if you want to change the resolution of the screen, you must select the second monitor in the graphics options on Windows.

  • What is the current screen resolution recommended for projects/records?

My team uses a variety of screen resolutions to their workstations, so we try to decide on a standard for the Captivate projects and recordings.  Our projects must be consulted by users of laptops and desktops, with a great diversity in age and the location of the eye. What is the current recommendation for the size of the Captivate project?

We had settled on 800 x 600, but since we use a Table of contents on projects, this means that people using 1024 x 768 on their office do scroll to the right to see the entire slide.  If we use 720 x 540, everything seems to be fine.

On some web pages, I've seen 1024 x 768 recommended as the minimum resolution to develop for, but that seems to be a little dated now that more people are getting wide screens. What minimum aim for you (especially if you add a Table of contents)?

    Thank you!

In my company, we use 980 x 560 px because it fits perfectly into our LMS framework and corresponds to a screen of 1024 x 768. We do not use the table of contents so the 980px wide is the actual content area.

Most of our users run 1280 x 1024 resolutions, but we have some more using the old trust 1024 x 768 while we always aim the smallest resolution as scrollbars ongoing e-Learning will kill your course.

  • Resizing of components | IMG | SWF for different screen resolutions

It is a question of several party and could be the best answer by directing them to some good tutorials/documentation on the topics, but I will use a specific instance.  Go here: site for this example.  The three areas that I edit are (the building, pole and neon sign) logo, photo stamps, and trailer animation (history).  If you change the screen resolution to 800 x 600 to 1280 x 1024, you will see the provision corresponds to the right of the screen at least in my opinion, with the exception of these three areas mentioned above.  So what I mean, is there a way to 'scaleContent' synonym = "true" for mx:Image (s) inside panels for custom components, img (by themselves), SWFs, etc.?  For example how can I do custom component neon adapt better when it is displayed on a screen of 1280 x 1024.  Here's the code.

The neon.fla dimensions are 800 x 150, which goes hand in hand with my uncertainties.  Is there a preferred method for setting up of your images?  Would be implementation of several SWF files to load in the meantime on the user's screen resolution is the best way, and all the issues between the two?  Thank you very much for your time, understand that it is not easy to answer questions.

    SWFLoader has a scaleContent property.

If a component is too big for its location, you must decide whether he should be allowed to shrink.  You can allow the narrowing by defining minWidth/minHeight.

  • Compatibility - How can I design a screen, which should be shaped for any blackberry screen resolution?

    Hi friends,

    In blackberry so many screen resolutions are there. 320 x 240 (curve 8520), 360 x 480 (bb 9550), 480 x 360 (bold 9700)

  • Qosmio G20: Definition of screen resolution to 1680 x 1050 for external monitor

    Hello

I have a G20 running XP Media Center with a Nvidia GeForce Go 6600. I have used the setting of 1440 x 900 so far on the screen of the laptop but just bought a 22 "monitor and uses instead.

The problem is that the screen resolution is 1680 x 1050 and I can't seem to be able to define it. The only options are 1440 x 900 or 1600 x 1200. Anyone know how I can get the graphics chip at the exit of 1680 x 1050?

    Thank you very much

    Hello, William

I have no experience with that, but some share on this forum I have read similar topic. Before you wait here use advanced search option and 1680 x 1050 as search terms. I'm sure that you will find this topic where a guy explains how to set the resolution to 1680 x 1050 on external monitor.

    Good luck!

  • Need for higher screen resolution on my t500

    Hello!

My screen resolution is currently set at 1280 x 800, but I want it is a bit higher. I bought it used with Windows 7, so I'm having a little trouble with the drivers.

Any help or ideas? I have already installed the 1280 x 800 Intel Series 4, but still not get graph.

    Thanks in advance...

Unfortunately, the screen of the laptop doesn't support resolution 1280 x 800, it is a WXGA resolution screen. If you want a higher resolution screen, you can change either with a WXGA + or resolution LCD WSXGA +, but which will void the warranty. Or sell it and get another laptop with a higher screen resolution.
