• I can't set up email on the new iMac

  I don't know what is happening, but when I try to configure my e-mail account in the e-mail program on my new iMac, I get back a message that the email already exists.  However, enter the mail program to try to put in place shows clearly that he is not there at all.   Sorry, the setting for this preference has been removed a few years ago.
  
  You can try using TabMix Plus extension to add this feature to Firefox. I heard that TMP include a pref for this action.

They're all pretty a your subtle grey but that I do not see is on the page "about me". You just need to bring the gray tone to the top of a few stops.

  You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

  • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
  • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
  • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

  You can delete all data stored in Firefox with a specific area through "Forget this Site" in the context menu of a history entry ("" history > view history "or" view > sidebar > History "") or via the subject: permissions page.

  Using "Forget this Site" will delete all data stored in Firefox in this area as bookmarks, cookies, words of past, cache, history, and exceptions, so be careful and if you have a password or other data from that domain you don't want to lose then check that back up these data or make a comment.

• V6.1 - navigation bar in model - how to copy to the new site

  With the help of V61. patched uptodate: in the past, I created a page template that had only the navigation bar. Later, I created a new site and wanted to just take the already built on the old site navigation bar and use it in the new. I have either:
  -copied the page of the model to the new site
  or
  -the navigation bar copied and pasted into a new page in the new site
  I remember is no longer. I then modified the various images/up/down/etc. to reflect the new site navigation bar needs.
  
  This worked very well, but now I need to change the bar. When I change this model, click on the navigation bar, select Edit, Navigation bar, it brings information on the navigation bar Original with all properties and the old button elements. Given that the two sites are on the same machine that I suspect it is somehow the link back to the old nav bar and I dare not play with it. I looked in the code section, but I don't see info here on what he thinks, what is the default for this navigation bar / model page and I can't find anything in the menus, help or KB on how to change what DW's default navigation bar.
  
  Clearly the way in which I copied it was bad and maybe at this point there is no way to recover. But I wonder if I can somehow copy or record the esscence my new navigation bar, remove the entire model and a new, and then paste in my navigation again without having somehow remember all it's illicit past.

  Heh, heh. Sorry, I recommend an NSAID and call me in the morning.

  The entire site was "an exercise for the student" and started through tutorials of DW which indicated that I really should be using templates and cascading style sheets. Needless to say, say it anyway, it wasn't a total success. Leaving all that behind and the thanks bye for the advice, I'll look into your suggestions, my problem is that I can't change this in DW's navigation bar. If I select and try to change, rather than the navigation bar that you see on the site of solar data, the basic dunwellguitar.com site navigation bar happens instead. I had hoped to find a way to migrate or change the problem without having to rebuild. Give what you have already said, it seems that it would be prudent spend time-time to rebuild properly.

  Yes, how the code page tab, you cannot return to the new tab Firefox's built-in page or a page that you want to substitute for it.

  Since this is your home page, you can use the usual methods to return to your home page:

  • Click on the home button in the toolbar
  • Press Alt + home keyboard

  Or you could try a different extension for the new tab page see if that solves it. For example:

  After installing, you must use the Options page to set the new desired tab page (instead of use subject: config).

  You don't mention which provider of messaging or a program that you use, so I think you use hotmail and look at the new interface.  If Yes, click on the small "arrow down" next to "Reply" and select "forward."  I think it was a design decision bad because it seems to be confusing a lot of people (because the 'RESPONSE' is NOT what you do when you want to "Send this to someone else").

• Set preferences to circumvent the new PDF Viewer

  My Firefox preferences for all types of PDF files are set to "always ask" which is what I want. What happens instead, is that they open automatically (very slowly) in the new Firefox PDF viewer. I want to have what I used to have: the ability to decide if you want to open or save, if I choose to open, taking place in Acrobat or Reader. I realize that I can (at least theoretically) set preferences will automatically open in Acrobat, but this isn't what I want. Is it possible to set preferences if I still get the functionality I had before the upgrade to Firefox 19? (I use Firefox on Mac 19.0.2). Thank you.

  Please also make sure that the default action for the entry named portable document (pdf) format in the preferences > applications tab is set to always ask. Then it should work as expected...

  I'll try from Firefox Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode. If you do not have the issue so that all your modules, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the guide to troubleshooting Extensions and themes and article troubleshooting issues with plugins like Flash or Java to solve common Firefox problems as well.
