  Rather than enter a default text in the field, get rid of any script, you have for the field and use the following custom format script:

  Custom Format script

  If (! event.value) event.value = "your default text goes here.";

  The string that you specify here will be displayed when the field is empty and the text that is entered in the fields, in the opposite case. It will also disappear when the field is selected, which is what you want.

  You can create exactly shape of vector graphics in Muse. Muse is a website, software design and can not do graphic design. However, if you use the system font in Muse or add a text and do rotate, then the text is converted to an image on the publishing site or export the site. If you really want to use the graphics in vector form, I suggest you to use Illustrator and import graphics in Muse.
