• Pdf creation from Word 2007 with the layout, the 'Landscape' Orientation and document Pages, 'two pages per sheet.

  I am trying to create a PDF from a Word 2007 document with the layout, the 'Landscape' Orientation and Pages, 'two pages per sheet.  The document was created in Word 2003.  The entire document is four "pages" long, but each of these "pages" is half of an 8 1/2 x 11.  So it's really a pages document two and prints on only two sheets of letter size paper.

  Acrobat does not seem to 'see' this document is set up to have two pages per sheet, is it really just a two-page document.  He created a four-page pdf file.

  It arrived not with Word 2003.  The pdf file created from this version is an exact copy of the document word - two pages.

  Any ideas?

  I'm writing an application of this provision completely changes when the device is rotated (adds and deletes fields). I have a custom handler that I'm writing, my first attempt was to use the width and height of sublayout parameters to guess if I was horizontal or vertical and add buttons accordingly. This allows the initial page layout work perfectly. However, as soon as I rotate the screen, (which would be to add a touch more for sublayout, as a test), it causes the Simulator to freeze. When I run it on a physical device, it does not freeze, but it stops at the screen drawing completely.

  Two auxiliary questions: is it possible to print statements to debug somewhere on the Simulator? I had no luck. Also, is there an alternative to restart the Simulator to try a new version of an application? They are not invasive, I see no need to restart

  System.out.println () statements will send their output to your debug window in the Simulator. You can also view the latter on the device if you attach the USB cable and select Debug / home to / device in the JDE.

  Always restart the sim card when you change or add a program.

  I'm scratching my head trying to understand what you're trying to do with the field, and how to do it. The first thought that comes to me is this: If you are feeling the change the layout by substituting a method of the screen, it's probably be reached during page layout, which is not an appropriate framework to add or remove fields. Addition of a field for the provision would put the UI in a thread loop, probably having for result a lock-up or a stack overflow, since the process of adding the field causes the Manager screen to rearrange the display.

  I've never really tried, but given the way the QML syntax usually works I would try something like this:

  You can only call layout() setPosition or sublayout().

  Try this...

  Subclass sublayout() and put your good standing in position one.  Once you update your x / call updateLayout().

  You can call Manager.setVerticalScroll (int) to set the current scroll position.  You can do this when your screen to produce similar results.

  So the question is, what is the best way to replace these parameters? And where can I put the Style width = 180px instead of put it in the HTML elements?

  Check your application. Added CSS following in Page attributes-> section-> Inline CSS:

  NOTE:! important is to override the margin css rules and defined already by apex theme css width.

  If you want to apply CSS to multiple items at the same time, there is no need to go to each item put a style attribute in each element. You have the means to apply CSS rules to elements using CSS selectors:
