The space between the 2 images?

Hi evryone,

My problem is the following:
I am trying to display 2 images without space between them using a vertical arrangement as follows:

<? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "utf-8"? >
"" < mx:Application xmlns:mx = ' http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml ' layout = "vertical".
low = '0 '.
left = '0 '.
right = "0".
Top = '0 '.
paddingBottom = "0".
paddingLeft = "0".
paddingRight = '0 '.
paddingTop = "0" horizontalAlign = "center" verticalAlign = "top" >

"" < mx:Image source = "... / assets/img/bandeau-haut.jpg" width = "960" height = "184" top = "0" low = '0' / >
"" < mx:Image source = "... / assets/img/bandeau-haut.jpg" width = "960" height = "184" top = "0" low = '0' / >
< / mx:Application >

The problem is that I have a space between the images.
What Miss me?

Thank you
Vincent

Yes that's right: verticalGap = '0' in the application tag.

Thank you very much

  • How to reduce the space between text and Image

    I am trying to wrap text around an irregular shape in InDesign CS4. I used the pen tool to mark the outlines of the image, crop the image, then selected the outline of the pen and pasted the image into the outline. With parameters defined for the TextWrap is in this dialog box, text wrapping seems in good shape on the right side, but he has too much space on the left side.

    textwrap0.png

    If I try to reduce the space even further away, it is only on the right side of the image, not the left:

    textwrap1.png

    It's the same thing for all my irregular images where I try to wrap the text. How can I reduce the white space to the left of the picture?

    You can use direct selection and the pen tool to change the skin path in repositioning of anchor points and guidelines and adding more anchorpoints etc. In this way, you can move the path of the scarf to the inside a little more to allow the best fit of the text.  To lock breaks in a bit more on a line-by-line, take into account settings composer to composer Adobe single-line (Control Panel menu)

    You can also try to allow hyphenation. With the text aligned to the box on the left will always left a little look gappy I think. However allowing hyphenation will get InDesign to cut the breakpoint to the left of the object with the text, as well as at the end of the line wrapping.

    Also if you change the alignment for Justified, you will also get a better result.

    On a related side note, I had usually advice my trainees do not to wrap the text on the left and right sides, when the object with the scarf is placed in the middle of a sentence. It makes reading more difficult phrases.

    Hope this helps,

  • How can I get the images sit side by side without space between?

    No matter what I try, my social media buttons are spacing themselves more than I would!

    Here is my reference page http://www.gogographics.ca/HH

    See top right and I used a span class with margin 0 on them as a last attempt to stop their spread.

    I want to get rid of a few pixels between the two to close their place - I have a background on my Connections to a very small width, but are not butting against each other.

    If anyone can help, I would be very grateful!

    Thank you!

    If you delete the spaces in your HTML code, they get closer together as planned. You can have them on different lines, but you seem to have added in a space between the tags.

    I use Photo Story 3 to make a video.  I've imported all the photos and added 7 different pieces of music.  The program automatically leaves a silent space between pieces of music.  If an image has no music to accompany it.  How delete/erase this silent space for songs by each other.  Help with Photo Story 3 tells me how to add a silent space between pieces of music by selecting Silence in the list in the dialog box create a music Genre, but it don't tell me how to do the reverse.  Here, any help would be greatly appreciated.  I need step by step help, thanks.

    Thank you, I already look at this link to the frequently asked questions for photo story and has not found a solution.  I have done several video reports using photo story for windows in the past and never encountered this problem before.  There are no breaks between different songs that I added.

    =========================================
    Maybe you could use Movie Maker to edit music files...
    It has an option for file sharing.

    (FWIW... after having been edited each individual piece... you could also)
    Add all the music files to the timeline and save them as one
    single music file.)

    Import a music file in Movie Maker and drag it to the
    Audio / music. (Make sure that the file is moved all the)
    way to the left).

    Split the file and click right/remove the unwanted parts.

    When editing is finished... go... File / save movie file...
    and follow the instructions... the resulting file will be a. WMA
    Music file.

    If you are unable to import music files into Movie Maker you
    may have to convert them to the. WMA format to
    the compatible.

    There are to many converters available on the net...
    Some are free - some details... the following freeware
    is but one example. :

    (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
    Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Freemake - Free Audio Converter

    (Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8)
    (* Read * all * the installation screens... it)
    may be a few items you want to unmark *)

    When you have installed Freemake... Open Freemake
    and drag and drop your music files on the main screen.

    Or... Click left on the Audio button, then navigate to the
    your audio files are saved in the folder.

    Select (highlight) the files you want to import into
    Freemake and left, click on the button 'open '.

    When your music files are imported into Freemake,
    On the left, click on the WMA icon at the bottom of the screen.

    The "Output settings" screen opens.  Choose
    ' Save in ' file so you can find the converted files.

    On the left, click the "Convert" button and the files must be
    converted very quickly.

    That should do it...

  • How to remove the spaces between the textfield in a horizontal layout - ADF Mobile

    snip.png

    Please tell me how to reduce the width of the 1st two textfields whose number of 971 and 50 and increase the width of the textfield "mobile".

    My code is given below

    < amx:panelGroupLayout id = "gp1" layout = "horizontal" >

    < amx:inputText value = "971" hintText = "Country Code" id = "it3" inputType = 'number' simple = "true" inlineStyle = "width: 70% margin-left: 5px" / >

    < / amx:panelGroupLayout >.

    Width of the 1st two fields should very less that we will get that 2 or 3 numbers. Where are mobile, the width must be more as we enter the 10 numbers.

    This means that for example alignment must be as shown in the picture below. And the space between them must be equal and uniform as shown in the image below.

  • E10 adding white space at the top of the footer image

    I tried to create an email that has a text box that is white in the Middle, surrounded by images on all 4 sides (which was an image, decided on). I have included the email below

    http://app.na.agcocorp.com/e/es.aspx?s=1524474208 & e = 697 & ELQ = 6d4fc785f9a74a2ab3c46566bfbb0908

    Anyway, no matter what I do, e-mail seems to add a 30? PX white space between images on both sides and the background image. Everything was aligned in Eloqua. I even tried to create a text box and use the following code for the background image:

    < table border = "0" cellpadding = "0" cellspacing = "0" >

    < tbody > < tr >

    < td > < img elqtitle = "" src =" " http://images.na.agcocorp.com/EloquaImages/clients/AGCOCorporation/ " {1ca5dc18-f6cd-4abe-a72d-23d0065e74c0} _PTS_FieldCheck_Footer.jpg" style = "display: block;" >

    < table > < /tr >

    < / tbody > < / table >

    Still having the same problem. It shows fine in Firefox/Chrome, but when actually sent via Outlook or Gmail, the white space appears

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Hey Brandon,.

    Just before starting the maintag for your footer image you have anothertag that contains 3 empty columns)tags). All 3Tags have a height 60 attribute. In fact, if you go to your code and use browsers find function (usually Ctrl f) and type in id = "emtpy16" it takes you directly to the first of the 3Tags (i.e. id = 'emtpy16' id = 'emtpy17' id = 'emtpy18'). Delete this height and you should be good. Also, make sure that you reset your image in the style = "display: block;" or you will get space in gmail around your image.

  • Why space between the divs?

    First of all I am more than a copier and paste person then a web site designer.

    I created a page layout, but have a space between the header which contains an image of the logo and a background image.  The logo is in the html code and the background of the header is in the css.  I put the css in the head section, so I wouldn't have to upload a separate .css file.  Also, how would I make the navigation menu appears as soon as the last link or nexus 7 sample is pushed to the bottom of a line?

  • Need a Script to the space of images on a total gap, then tag each image with the percentage of the total image space

    By editing the other scripts, I found here and other sites (including the labels size rorohiko), I worked on a script that will each image with the dimensions of the label and calculate the percentage of the spread of everything (including the text, white space).

    Now, I was invited to a script that tagged the images with the percentage of total image on a gap space. This script is so space images on a total gap, then tag each image with the percentage of the total image space. For example if there is an image that is 10 x 10 inches and four pictures that are images of 2.5x2.5, 10 x 10 would be tagged with 50% and the 2.5x2.5 would be tagged with 12.5%.

    This is the script that does the percentage of total circulation. Can some clever person get to do what I need?

    Suze

    (Sorry, I don't know how to post the script here with line numbers!)

    //

    This script adds printing of information labels to each graphic image. The labels are on a separate layer

    named "PercentageLabels" so that all these added labels can be removed again by simply removing

    the layer.

    //

    If you move or resize items, simply re-run the script to update the labels.

    //

    Before (re) start the script, you can define a paragraph style "SizeLabelStyle".

    This style will apply to all content on labels.

    //

    Before (re) start the script, you can set a style of object 'SizeLabelObjectStyle '.

    This style of object apply to all executives of the label - so if you want a specific background

    fill out or frame, do it through this object style.

  • Can I borrow a space between the previous paragraph?

    Can someone help me how to get the following provision in a convenient way (see image)?

    Each has its own verse begins paragraph by a number superscript. The italicized text are references that appear at the end of the verse they cover. If there is room at the end of this verse (see verse '7' in the image attached), the cross reference is placed on the last line of this paragraph. But if there is no room for all of the last line of the verse reference I put below, either completely (see "3" and "6") or partially (see ' 1 'through ' 9').

    Given that paragraphs are justified with the last line aligned to the left I put now a hard return before all that go not the cross reference, a soft return (SHIFT + ENTER) would cause the last line of the verse thus justified. But this creates an inconsistency that bothers in my styles. Sometimes, cross-references will be part of the same paragraph for his verse, sometimes it won't and sometimes will separate the cross-references between two paragraphs. Is it possible to have all the cross-references in their own points and let them "borrow" the amount of empty space between the previous paragraph to make the appearance of the image? Or should I fix this manually from verse to verse?

    SFB-slimline.jpg

    Bibles exist a specific plugin or a system for InDesign. Problem, it is only available for the Bible societies, I forgot the name.

    But I often have to put in place the texts of the Bible, I do so:

    Nested style up the letter for the verse number, Normal main text

    Shift tab before the reference part, that changes the font for the character for the References style.

    can I use a space m with references

    The space m is used as the distance between the text and reference support.

    The base style uses a smaller font and no break, that is kept grouped, except if it becomes longer than a line, I have to use a manual line break followed by an another tabulator shift, but I think that it would be possible to automate more.

  • Could not apply the background image available to the Group Panel in demand for space

    I tried to apply the background image available to the Group Panel class css as well as with the style inline like below

    background-image: url('/content/conn/intra-dot-content/path/mywebcenter/lever/backgroundmain.jpg'); background-position: center; background-repeat: repeat-y;

    The background image is not displayed. but it works with the layout of the border Panel. Does work around the issue

    You can style the layout of the group with combination adf skinning and css as a performer below

    . My-in-head-container {}

    Background: # 4 7800 url(/portal/images/website/header.png) high horizontally at the Center;

    position: relative;

    z index: 600;

    }

    {AF | panelGroupLayout.Content.Banner}

    margin-top: 0px;

    padding: 0;

    border: none;

    margin-bottom: 0px;

    padding-bottom: 15px; / * to fix the space between the header & content - min * /.

    background-color: transparent; / * to fix the space between the header & content - min * /.

    position: relative;

    overflow: hidden;

    }

    Then, you can see the style only

    styleClass = "my-in-head-container banniΦre" rendered = "#{! composerContext.inEditMode}" id = "pt_pgl2" > "

    Hello everyone, I have little doubt on the trail. I have this problem every time, I searched and found no answer.

    sscayir,

    It seems that the artifact/Anti-Aliasing screen problem so often discussed here.

    You can get rid of it by uncheck work of Anti-Aliasing in Edit > Preferences > General, see more of pixelation on screen, but you will probably find that the artifact remains the same size when you zoom in and that he will not appear in the PDF files, print, and images raster created by export or save for Web. and again, it can be a real problem.

  • Remove the space between the title and the content

    Does anyone know how to remove or reduce empty space between the header content and written in the body?  My position is only 22px but always creates a huge gap or empty space above and below.  I don't know if you need this little information but I also insert an image of a horizontal line after the title that is normally as underscore.  I don't think it makes a difference, but can you please, please, please help by providing a code?  Thank you.

    Looks like the margins of default browser for me.

    Try to add to your CSS.

    H4 {margin-bottom: 0}

    p {margin-top: 0}

  • Carriage returns in the HTML Code, creating additional spaces between elements

    I looked everywhere online and cannot find the solution to my problem. I found several pages explaining a similar event, but no solution.

    When you put several divs side by side, I would like to visually display the code as a div by line: (see image) to do this, I have to use returns in my code (this method makes editing much easier visually). But doing so adds an extra space between the divs that turns a game of 3 columns of thumbnails to 2 columns. I can fix it if I adjust the physical margins between the divs, but this isn't the only solution.

    with-carriage-returns.jpg

    The other difficulty is that if I put the code back to back to back (see picture): what makes the div behave and appear as they should, but now the code is a Visual disorder because it is very crowded.

    no-carriage-returns.jpg

    What I want is to be able to use as many carriage returns in my code and for browsers to ignore these types of line breaks in the code. So, basically, how can I get away from these extra spaces when you use returns in the code?

    I think that your two pages have a missing at the end somewhere.

    OPPS... it happened when I was stripping down the page to create a working example of my question. I set the div missing and re-uploaded both pages. The problem is still there.

    Change display: inline; float: left; and add margin: 0 0 4px 4px; (as shown below)

    I had already tried to use floats, but something else in the code forced the columns to 2 instead of 3.

    'Apply Source Formatting' did you use?

    I use that religiously. I'm quite anal about visually clean code.

    Well, I just fixed the problem while responding... funny... I removed the margins of the element img real (.imageThumb img) and placed on the div that surrounds the img (.imageThumb). I also reapply the float. Thank you all for the help - it helped me rethink. But I could have sworn I had once placed the margins on .imageThumb before and it didn't work.

    {.imageThumb}

    Width: 100px;

    height: 75px;

    display: inline;

    float: left;

    margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px;

    cursor: pointer;

    }

    .imageThumb img {}

    / * margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; * /

    }
