  You should be able to easily achieve this without all the javascript/jQuery hacks if you don't need active liquid.

  One thing to remember, {module_shoppingcartsummary} cannot be used twice on the same page. So if it's in the header of the payment page, you need to remove the header when, on the payment page.

  You can rearrange the pages of a PDF document via the thumbnail pane in format Acrobat (Standard or Pro).  Simply open it from the left side, then slide - move individual pages or selections of pages you want.

  Adobe Reader doesn't have this capability.

  Not really. You could try cut & paste in a MIF version, but it's probably just easier (and safer) to FM as you indicated.

  Otherwise, if the content is ok and it is just the order of page which is the issue, then it is much easier to drag & drop PDF pages in Acrobat in the thumbnail view.

  I understand that you don't have an option to change the order of the pages using the Deskjet 1010. If you do not have this option in the layout options, then you can not change the order of pages. What is your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?

  You can try to install another driver on your computer. If you have a WIndows computer, please follow this HP document to install another print driver in Windows 7 for a USB cable connection. Install a Deskjet 450, as it has an option to change the order of pages.
