  Hello community,

  In the last days, I was doing a crash course in Adobe acrobat and JavaScript. One of our clients asked us to make a PDF form with fields to fill and a button that will make a new copy of the form.

  I have text fields, model, and javascript for the button to load the model.

  My problem is that text in the fields on the first page is copied to the extra pages when they are made.

  I did a ton of research and found a lot of answerrs talk about having the renamed domain. I've included the part bRename to my JS, and text fields indicate that they are a differnet name, but he always pulls data from the first page.

  Here is the script I use. I'm also runing Acrobat X standard.

  You can reset the fields on the newly created page. All fields on the page will have the prefix "Pn", where n is the number of the newly created page. Since your code adds the page at the end, the code to reset the fields that you can use after the code that generates the model can be:

  resetForm (["P" + (numPages - 1)]);

• Same radio buttons (groups) on two pages

  Two PDF pages with forms: for the most part the same - first of all the page for company, second for the customer. Contains the same forms (differences above, marked as copy for the customer or for society + some additional images on companys copy).

  In Acrobat Pro MS I did and copied shapes from the first page to the second, so they have the same names, and after completing their on the first page, same forms are automatically filled on second too (as expected).

  OK to the check boxes and text fields. Problem with just the radio - changes buttons are not copied to the second page. And when the radio button is checked on the second page, radio buttons in the same group on the first page will be disabled.

  For now, I removed radio buttons copied on the second page (3 groups with 2 to 4 radio buttons) and created new ones (with new names). They can by completed independently (variations on a single page will not register/unregister radios on another page). Better, but not perfect.

  Is it possible to make radio-buttons work even in the text and checkboxes? Thus, when filling on the first page, the changes are automatically copied to the second page (and when someone make changes on the second page, they are copied to the first page too).

  Go to the properties of one of these boxes and option under the tab tick box Options "buttons with the same name and the choices are selected in unison.

  I read Community Forums of discussion of this date of the 2009 and 2011, but I wonder if a solution may have been added to Acrobat for the five years that have elapsed since the 2011 community discussions I read?  Ive downloaded the latest Acrobat Pro DC, and I use a PC with Windows 10 I scanned the stories of magazines and books to my computer in the form of PDF files. Books and magazines onto the tray of the scanner so that each test and each page of the PDF contains two pages (one double page) of the book/magazine. Is there an automated/simple process that will split each page scanned in two, so that the PDF contains now correctly sequenced images of a page each page in the book? (The 'perl' suggested solution in 2011 is beyond my expertise in it.) Thanks in advance if anyone can suggest a method that a person may not use computer savvy. I have over 200 pages, each parsed as a double page, I want to divide it into single pages, I have to then 400 correctly paged pages. I need to change these 400 pages and print them as a book-length document. -Wier has.

• Two pages view problem

  I developed a form Acrobat X Pro. JS code runs when the user reaches certain page number to perform calculations and display the results on this page.

  If I open the form in Acrobat and Reader in mode Single-Page form works as expected. But if I go into two pages or two pages of the form scrolling does not run the code and calculate as before, even if the page in question is exposed. If I switch to the display of a Page, then no problem, everything works fine.

  Is there a reason that you are triggering the calculations in the open event page, instead of the event of one or more fields calculate?

  I have a letter of request that has two choices for our agents to choose. If they choose approved by, then it opens a dropdown menu with 6 other choices but they all appear on a page. If they refused, the information spans two pages.

  How do without putting an extra page in the document that is being wasted on an approved response? Please don't say make the page subform sank because they try to do, I locked up twice to LiveCycle and gave my computer a copy of blue Θcran.   I don't know how it worked on this form. This is where the first page does not print. This is where the agent between the information in the fields of this new provision in hidden fields on the next page, which makes it a letter type. But if the agent chooses approved, there are six subcategories (one at a time, not all 6) which can be chosen to become visible on the form. So the layout is already on page 1 and the hidden fields are on page 2.

  If you drag a standard print on the page button, you will see that there are eight parameters:

  xfa.host.print(1, "0", (xfa.host.numPages -1).toString(), 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);
  

  The second parameter specifies the '0' start page, like page numbers use a numbering system of zero. The first page of your form is '0 '.

  The third parameter specifies the last page to print. It is a basic calculation where xfa.host.numPages counts the total number of pages AND-1, the numbering system which brings to zero.

  All you have to do is add a line to find the page number that the "print" key (for example second plast page) and then use this information in the parameters 2 and 3.

  var vPage = xfa.layout.page(this);
  xfa.host.print(1,(vPage -1).toString(), (vPage).toString(), 0, 1, 0, 0, 0);
  

  The vPage will get the page number, counting from 1. The print settings then use this information to set the start page and the end page. No matter how many pages is ahead of the last two pages, this script will still display the page with the "print" button and the next page.

  Add, remove and rearrange the pages of book

  You can add, remove, or reorder pages from the book. You can insert new pages anywhere in a book, except between the cover on the outside and the inside cover page.

  Note: A book must have an even number of pages. If the change in the number of pages creates an odd number of pages, Photos automatically adds or removes a blank page to keep the number of pages to an even number.

  Click project on the toolbar, and then double-click the book.

• A full justification and display two pages do not work correctly on iOS 10

  I have installed iOS 10 yesterday on my iPad 2 Air but have found that the two functions do not work correctly in iBooks. First of all, full justification does not work when the font size is brought to a certain level. In other words, a complete justification works only when I reduce the police to a size too small. It then automatically left justification when I increase the font size to a comfortable level. This feature, however, works perfectly on iOS 9.3.5. Secondly, as already posted by a member of this community of support, the option to display two pages does not work correctly. Also, this feature stops working when the police is increased to a certain size.

  Someone at - it solutions?

  It is not a solution. Apparently, it's just how it is in the new iBooks. I would say that we all leave comments that we do not like it. This is a feature of iOS 10, so it won't go away unless we do a big noise about it. I just got my Mini iPad so I don't have to deal with.

  I've upgraded my iPad to iOS 10 2 Air tonight, then went to continue reading a book that I bought recently through iBooks.  Display two pages, when the iPad is in landscape mode, does not appear now - unless I do the police really small.  If I increase the font size, while in the landscape to something more readable, I get only a single page view.

  I deleted and re-uploaded the book, but the behavior is the same.  I signed up in iBooks on iPad an another running ios 9.3.5 and display two pages work properly, with normal font sizes - sizes that won't let me see the same book in two page mode on iOS 10.

  Apple - help!  I really prefer the reading with the fashion landscape of two pages in iBooks.  I can't, however, seem to get this to work with anything other than tiny fonts.

  Hello, this can happen when firefox is not able to correctly save preferences in the profile folder. Please try this: click the menu button

  > troubleshooting information > profile folder - 'display the folder '. then a new window will open. in this search on a file named user.js window (it can be used to overwrite your custom settings). where it is present, delete or rename this file and then restart firefox.

• How can I make one large image on two pages in PAGES

  When I use the updated version of the Pages for Mac (Pages 09) I can see the pages side by side. However, when I put an image on the left page, I can't see it on the right page. Why not?   Pages ' 09 v4.3 offered face to face pages and Pages v5 (all versions) do not support this feature.

  You may need to change the printer to "Long Edge binding" setting to "short edge binding." My printer Brother (different) this setting is on under page setup in the print dialog box.
