  1. so I just follow the instructions on the Microsoft page at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215 on how to fix the error "the user profile service has no logon. I executer run in Safe Mode, follow the instructions in method 1, reboot and it worked again. After that things return to normal, I open the directory in the registry editor to see if anything changes. And Yes, because when I start Safe Mode and open the registry editor, I don't see that a file ends with .bak, however there are two. Is this a problem?

• Problems with the Acrobat PDF acceptance of the EULA in Safari Viewer

  We are currently having problems with our Acrobat PDF Viewer in Safari. When users open a pdf file in Safari, he is invited to the first open Acrobat Pro and accept the EULA. We tried a variety of different things, but we have been unable to remove it.

  Here's what we tried:

  Adding a FeatureLockdown to the com.adobe.acrobat.pdfviewer.plist and the com.adobe.acrobat.pro.plist blocking EULA, EULAAcceptedForBrowser and bLaunched to true.

  Repackaging Adobe Reader with the EULA accepted again.

  Remove the Adobe PDF plugins (it had marginal success, but it defines an extract to the default pdf viewer outside of Safari as well.) It takes Acrobat to stay by default.)

  I can provide the plist files edited if they are needed.

  I managed to solve the problem by applying the following preferences for all user accounts (our deployment toolkit can do for new users and profiles set cache):

  These profile settings user as well as the file plist in the folder/Library/Preferences/Adobe/have solved our problem.

• Trying to solve a problem with the list under display properties screensaver!

  When I try to put my screensaver, gout dwon displays a completely blank entry followed by (None) & the list of available screensavers.  Every time I choose (none), it is up to the last installed screen saver.

  An example: the last installed screen saver was ArcSoft Photobook screensaver.
  So, when I select (none) for no screensaver, it is up to the ArcSoft Photobook screensaver.

  This happens each & everytime I have add a new screen saver.
  (None) option always returns to the last screen saver installed.

  There are moments that I need the option screensaver set to (none).

  Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  Not sure as to what I did, however, my problem with the screen saver has been fixed.

  I've been messing around with a number of things that I thought might have caused this problem.  And wala, suddenly the problem existed no more!

  Acrobat forms use a variant of JavaScript and adds a few objects, properties and methods added.

  You use is not the correct syntax to remove the element of the personStats object.

  Get the element that corresponds to the name of the person the subject form;

  Event.Value = personStats [this.getField("PersonName1").valueAsString];

  I created the text file in the memory of the device "file:///store/home/user/sample/mytext.txt" with a text using my application. He created the file with the extension "mytext.txt.rem". While I couldn't able to read the same file.

  I tested the same application with 8520 and its works very well... It creates the file "mytext.txt" only.

  I don't know why the name of the text file adds extension ".rem" in 9530.

  I used Corel Draw X 3 yesterday (12/12/12) to make a simple business card text only. Today - the file open and something is there, but the text is invisible. Further investigation revealed that this affected all fonts and Type 1 fonts from OTF, TTF fonts are immune to the problem.

  What has changed between yesterday and today? A Microsoft update that I shut down the computer last night. I uninstalled the update via Add/Remove Programs, and the problem was solved.

  Any suggestions as to who should I report this problem?

  Then try to start Photoshop again and check if the problem persists.

• Problem with the pdf export: text box becomes visible

  When I export to pdf format, sometimes a text box lines become visible. In Indesign, I put them in transparent, so you don't see them here. But after an export to PDF, they are visible in the form of thin white lines. I tried to export to EPS and also here it gives white lines: the borders of a text box. Seems not all the text boxes. • OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premium on Mac OS 10.6. Two problems with the scanner.

  1. for the use of ADF for scanning, the charger will pick up paper when "scan to PDF" but not what 'scan to JPEG.  New unit fresh out of the box today.

  2 PDF scans do not pick up color - out as shades of gray.  JPEG scans are very grainy and faded.  Are there settings to correct these problems?

  Items 1 to 7 solved the prob of color PDF.  Re the jpg, tho, the 'source' bar is gray, but indicates 'flat', which explains why the ADF has not been activated!  Change JPEG format 'Type' 'Document' (the default value) 'Photo', the Source became automatic and gets the ADF will!

• I have problems with the resizing of text box. I can only display width or height not both

  I'm new to Flash, I was able to create the text box and adjust the width and height, but now can only set the width. The box height is unusable. Did turn something off? I use the horizontal mode.

  If you have the textfield value "Static Text", then the text space extends vertically so that it contains the text that you type in. You can adjust the width and height will change to accommodate the text content.

  If you change the "Input" or "Dynamic" textfield, then you will be able to resize the textfield that you want.
