  I have a requirement to configuration LDAP synchronization on a legacy 5.2 iPlanet LDAP server and that seems simple enough. Now, I plan to integrate OAM with IOM. Our OAM is configured against OVD/AD (multiple areas), so that needs a LDAP sync for standing against OVD/AD. I would like to know if multiple LDAP synchronization is possible and that it is a supported configuration? Experts, please help.

  It looks like a victim of the user agent sniffing Exchange that the Gecko part changed in the user agent to Gecko/17.0 instead of Gecko/20100101 with previous versions of Firefox.

  I have an interesting problem that happens with my server ESXi.  I've expaneded a 1 logical unit number. 5 t 3 t, re-read the SAN of the host itself (not) yet ESXi always reports the LUN size as 1. 5 t and not extensible.

  SAN is an EMC VNX and Unisphere, in fact, reports the size of the LUN 3 t.  The VMFS on this logical unit number is at version 5.54.

  I did updates and renumerisations a single host and nothing does change regarding the size of the LUN as reported in VMware.  I can't imagine what is a tissue issue given that the underlying data is always available and functional.

  Does anyone have any suggestions to try this?

  The short answer is no and in my opinion the biggest flaw with the server of the API at the moment. I know for a fact that it is something that is being developed for future versions, but no idea when or exactly how it will work, but it's a major update.

  I'm working in a similar environment you describe, and that's how I've implemented our process.

  In our Dev Environment, we have one instance per developer, so each developer can work independently 100%. When the update is made and a little tested export us this subset of policies and check into our version control system. We have a responsible person to deploy the policies implemented in Test, which usually include the update of some specific environment settings (updated the URL etc.) and after that, we do some regression tests.

  A challenge to be clear of what to export and not, for example LDAP connections. We have the LDAP connection already in test and we make sure that it is not included in export, but there is always a soft reference to this LDAP connection and it works very well for a long time the connection is identical between the environments. This is best achieved if a "standard" configuration is made (including all the parameters of common flow like for example LDAP etc.) and which is used as a basis for development environments. If it is necessary to add common elements, for example a new certificate authority root that should be done centrally and make sure all instances of dev to get the exact same update.

  Looks like Splendido have properly configured the LDAP protocol, obviously, I can't comment on the custom LDAP, you have developed, but what you do in the is_config.xml ensure the correct connection string / field. This works for users, so what I think you need to do is make sure the groups that the users belong also exist under this connection string / field.
