Visibility line thickness

I've recently upgraded to MX and am finally beginning of ween (sp?) me off FH10.

Having a hard time with the consistency of the operation panel objects, but somethg I can understand not everything is the behavior of the thickness of the lines. Even in a new doc, a hairline is a 1pt above and sometimes a 1pt resembles a pt 2.

I noticed a postg JA re a bug in beta which I suppose is not fixed in my version. But I wonder why my layers all look the same or thicknesses of evil to smaller lineweights in a new (dissociated doc)?

Am I missing somethg? Visibility of lineweight setting maybe...?

THX

Judy

Yes, I see what you mean and that Obj box is now (some) sense.

Thx again for your help...

  • Microsoft Paint and line thickness

    Is it possible to increase the maximum line thickness in Microsoft Paint?  The usual palette has only 5 selections and I have a drawing that requires maximum two times.

    One of the 'brushes' is called marker, this is a very thick line, but you can dilute it by selecting a width smaller than the "size".  Apart from this, it could be a case of what you see is what you get.

    You could look for a program more suited to your needs.

  • The custom shape tool - can I make the line thicker?

    I use PSE 10 and trying to insert a circular form, I can add an image in various locations. The custom shape tool includes a circle that would be ideal for this purpose, except that I can't find a way to make the line thicker.

    Is it possible to do this please?

    Thanks for your help, John

    You can use a contour layer Style to go around 'thick '.

    Go in layer > layer Style > Style settings and check the stroke

    You can adjust the size at any time by double-clicking the fx on the thumbnail of the layer to bring up the Style settings.

  • Tool lasso CS5 has no visible lines

    Hello, I hope someone can help. We have a laboratory with CS5 installed. Most computers have this problem, but some are not. All computers are the same under Windows XP SP3. When I was testing a the latest updates from adobe, as well as the graphics card updates.

    When you use the lasso tool by dragging an image, there is no visible line, so you can't see what the tool is an exhibitor. After release and stop dragging, the outline appears. I also tried with the rectangle tools and sphere, and lines appear only when you drag, even if they seem to flicker. Again, once you let go and stop dragging, they appear as expected.

    I thank in advance, hope someone can give me some advice so for this.

    Be sure that OpenGL is set the same on all systems.

    I've personally seen bugs in the implementation of OpenGL with the Radeon X 600 card with the latest drivers.  One of my beta testers plug-in ran this card, and it would break the XP system under certain conditions, which we traced to flaws in the implementation of the pilot.  Apparently, they stopped developing for this card with a bad final version (which is generally unlike ATI).  I don't know if older drivers may be available, but I would say that you are looking for.

    You may need to replace these cards.

    Hello world

    Thought to myself, so I was wondering how I would get the rectangles of the correct size to ensure that it has joined all the...

    (1) calculate the horizontal and vertical difference between CRA internal and outside.  Let's say the portrait is one pixel and horizontal b pixels. For circles, one will be equal to b.

    (2) int previousColor = g.getColor ();

    g.setColor (arcColor);

    g.fillArc (x, y, width, height, angle1, angle2);

    g.setColor (g.getBackgroundColor ());

    g.fillaArc (x + b y + a, width - 2 * b, height - 2 *, angle1, angle2);

    g.setColor (previousColor);

  • How to make a visible line on TreeTable

    With Oracle Fusion Developers Guide book excerpt, I managed to find a row.

    Now, I want to make visible once it is located.

    From what I've read, I have to use setDisplayRowKey, but couldn't find more information about this

    Any advice for me to get there?

    Here is the code:

    {} public void onSearch (ActionEvent actionEvent)

    Get the reference to the JUCtrlHierBinding of the PageDef

    JUCtrlHierBinding treeBinding = null;

    treeBinding = (JUCtrlHierBinding) ADFUtils.evaluateEL ("#{bindings.") XxSoDismantleItems1}");

    searchAttributes = new ArrayList (1);

    searchAttributes.clear ();

    searchAttributes.add(0,"DismantleSequenceId");

    isMatchFound = false;

    Read the attributes to look for in the variable 'searchAttributes '.

    referenced from the value attribute of the SelectManyChoice element

    String [] searchAttributeArray = (String []) searchAttributes.toArray (new String [searchAttributes.size ()]);

    Define a node to search in. In this example, the root node is used as

    the starting point

    Root JUCtrlHierNodeBinding = treeBinding.getRootNodeBinding ();

    Get the tree node keys that match the search criteria

    System.out.println ("searchTreeNode:" + searchAttributeArray [0] m:System.NET.SocketAddress.ToString () + "" + this.searchType + "" + this.searchString + "Level =" + this.searchLevel);

    RowKeySet resultRowKeySet is searchTreeNode (root, searchAttributeArray, Searchtypes, searchString);.

    generate a list of fixed line for the full path that leads to the

    nodes that match the search condition

    RowKeySet disclosedRowKeySet = buildDiscloseRowKeySet (treeBinding, resultRowKeySet);

    Expand the tree using the JSF component tree binding reference to

    display the found nodes

    tree.setSelectedRowKeys (resultRowKeySet);

    tree.setDisclosedRowKeys (disclosedRowKeySet);

    need to scroll, below does not work

    tree.setDisplayRowKey (resultRowKeySet);

    PPR tree to indicate the amended disclosure statement

    AdfFacesContext.getCurrentInstance () .addPartialTarget (tree);

    }

    I found the answer, it is to the last object in resultRowKeySet using an iterator.

  • How to make a visible line in the background object?

    Hello

    I have a new for Adobe products, lately I've been experience the same problem with the visibility of the object.

    On the left, I used the line tool to draw an additional line to add features, I think it should be a better way to make objects of the visible background. On the right is how the subject looked before. What other ways to make the lines visible without drawing?

    Enjoy

    Screen Shot 2015-12-05 at 7.21.52 PM.png

    The top image is made with objects that have a fill and stroke. Filling blocks the features below. The bottom image is done with suddenly, then grouped objects (Cmd (Ctrl) g). The appearance panel shows the new filling added to group objects and settles below the content.

  • Impression of the scale and line thickness

    I need to print a Wallcovering that will be about 17 m long. I've created several images more small (about 4 m square) and they have narrowed it down so I could make a plan for how they will join together to create a single image. But I'm unable to identify ways to print at the right scale. My plan is to do the last piece that I send to the printer at the 10% level and then ask the printer to print to 1000% - which would be correct? In addition, the thickness of the line drawings in the 4 m, those are the right size I wish they were, but by reducing my images - the thickness of the line remains the same. How to do this? What is the best way to expand all?

    Thank you very much

    If the thickness of the line remains the same and you want to scale, double-click on the scale tool and turn on the features of the scale and effects, before scaling.

    Yes, 1000% woful be correct for a 10 x scaling.

  • Flash line thickness with the line/pen tool

    Hi all

    I'm starting work on an animation project where I'm very straight lines of vector, not something designed by the brush/pencil tool or things like that which are normally used in Flash animations. What I was wondering is, is there a way to transition smoothly between the weight of the line between 2 points?

    For example, I can set A point to a line of 1 weight/weight, then point B a weight of 2 and have thick smooth the transition between two different weights? I can't find a way to change the process of creation, I can't find a way to change it later.

    Thank you.

    HA aman that you don't need that you will find as more complicated for something like that!

    I think your right on with what you do I think that the pen tool is probably your best bet, or if you like to make art in the other tools you can always import it into flash if the creative tools in Illustrator or other better tool works you flash is really good with the import of art as long as you don't need to animate the actual art that might be easier.

  • visible lines in PDF files

    I noticed several times now, I can see lines knockout in PDF files from text box or objectbox that should not be there

    As you can see it in the screendump from a file below HAVE the line crosses the text placed objectbox and this is visible in the PDF file

    Concerning

    Flemming

    26-01-2012 08-52-44.png26-01-2012 08-54-34.png

    They are commonly in the form of seam lines and is an artifact of the resulting display of the transparency flattening. The more precisely to determine is to zoom up to 4000%. You should notice that they do not change when you zoom in.

    The design incorporates transparency in the mirror image of genius, and this image overlaps the text on a path. When the export, backup or by writing to the format PDF using any arrangement that does not live transparency all objects interact with transparent objects is affected.

    Common methods to eliminate the effect include creating layers separate, higher for Type (and as many layers as you need). Objects on unique layers are not affected during the flattening process.

    More current and probably better is practice use PDF settings which preserve live transparency. (Current RIP adapted management of live transparency). PDF X / 1a is not appropriate.

    You could play with acrobats display preferences to minimize her sting, but it's a compromise to other display options. Smooth fine lines, Aliasing, etc..

    Injection lines, often, and rightly, concern in the display and can apppear using output devices low resolution, but do not print on high trade flows of range.
