Web banner

I'm about to create web banners that I didn't for a while. I've always used flash for this, but as I am much more comfortable to work in After effects I was wondering if this is possible from there? Since it is not possible to export FLV more, what formats are recommended?

I wasn't saying SWF.  I suggested H.264. I mentioned SWF only to say that you can also use this same file H.264 in Flash Player, if you want.

    What is a tween engine? I know basic scenario animation and generally make the web banner ads. Can I learn more about without being an ACE pro?

    I think they are third party plugins and reduce the size of the interpolations. Is it simple? Old school? Is motion guide, a better way to tween than that?

    Tween engines are collections of code used to create animations.  Examples of tweening engines would be TweenLite, Tweener, Tween Max, and I suppose there are others (not sure if Tweener is still there).  Flash has a built-in tweening engine called the Tween class... so it is something that you could start by just to get a taste for working with interpolation coded instead of the interpolation of the timeline.

    Since 'Interpolation' only research will probably show versions of the timeline... I suggest Google search using terms like 'Flash tutorial class Tween' to get some information on using the Tween class.  Once you have an idea of what it does, you might prefer to go the engines of interpolation of third parties who are supposed to be better performing implementations.

  • Needing a stop and proofreading for video web banner button

    I created my first web banners using full-motion video (flv). Must be less than 40 KB by the requirements of the site.

    I could finally go down the size of my file avoiding the FLVplayer and using ActionScript (not my area of expertise).

    I managed to get the basic work and play video, but I need to add a stop button and a play button (or go back to the original static image with the play button) at the end of the video.

    Here's the code I managed to piece together thanks to Google.

    I was recently hired to make web banners (for most GIFs) but I was also invited to make flash banners.

    Click on the tag to implement
    (Flash version 6 or higher)
    (release)
    {
    getURL (_root.clickTAG, "_blank");
    }

    GOLD

    (Flash 5 and lower version)

    I have no idea how add it and copy and paste it into the script window does not work.

    Please help.

    I am in urgent need of help.

    Thank you

    Errors are an indication that you do not have your publication settings implemented for AS1/2.  AS1/2 will not produce these types of error messages.  Go to the Flash of your publishing settings section and change your AS3 to AS2.

  • Web banner of Adobe Air

    Hello

    I'm developing a desktop application in flex, Adobe Air, I want to show an ad.

    The announcement must come from a website... If they change the announcement in this wesite it should change automatically in the office appication...

    Is this possible to do?

    Thank you

    Shanthi.

    Yes. Just check each time you start the application or in certain intervals of time ad in the website. You can compare the ads in the website and announcement in your application in sizes in bytes or more security - set some (highly variable) flag on the Web site. If size in bytes or just changed flag download this image/swf in your application.

    Best way:

    Just write audit work side server in php (or anything else) and call this function. If the true return just download this image/swf. There are millions of ways to do

  • Conversion a flash banner for Adobe Web, animation in a loop and ending the endframe

    Hello

    I have a web banner Flash 5.5 I want to convert in the file "adobe" to the output as HTML5 canvas.

    The banner must loop for 30 seconds and ends on an endframe.

    To do this in flash I have on the first image. :

    if(Count == undefined) {}

    Count = 0;

    }

    Then this action script on the framework that I wish a loop from (122 frame)

    Count ++;

    if(Count == 4) {}

    gotoAndPlay (124);

    }

    123 frame I have:

    gotoAndPlay (1)

    Frame 124 has my end frame melted to the top and frame 131a:

    Stop();

    How do I do this in CANVAS?

    Thank you

    Here is a simple loop:

    If (! this.looped) this.looped = 1;

    If (this.looped ++ == 3) this.stop ();

    For what you want, you can change it like this:

    Section 122:

    If (! this.looped) this.looped = 1;

    If (this.looped ++ == 3) this.gotoAndPlay (124);

    Section 123:

    this.gotoAndPlay (1)

    Section 131:

    This.Stop ();

    Although I recommend actually using the labels image instead of chassis numbers so that your code does not break, if you change the length of your timeline.  Which would look like this:

    Section 122:

    If (! this.looped) this.looped = 1;

    If (this.looped ++ == 3) this.gotoAndPlay ("end");

    Section 123:

    this.gotoAndPlay ("intro")

    Section 131:

    This.Stop ();

  • Video not showing in Web browser

    I tried several ways to import a movie and create a web banner. I have created a project in After Effects and exported as a flv and f4v a. I imported into Flash with no skin and set the project to the same size as the content. When I test the scene, all right. When I do a preview publish, all right. If I find the html file published on the computer I created it, functioning. If I try from another computer on my network, or send the directory with all the files to others, it shows nothing - just a blank with the object flash here, but no movie.

    What Miss me?

    Thank you

    Brian

    The video didn't attach to your message, so I grabbed one of my own FLV and changed its name to match.

    When I open the file on my computer, it works as expected, open the FLV file directly and play without the skin.

    Are you sure you sent the FLV with the SWF and HTML file when you move to other computers?

  • Animated banner. Need advice.

    I am building a web banner, the feature which must be quite identical to that on the next of the http://www.perfectblue.co.uk/homepage. The only difference is that I use static images, not FLV files as in this banner. I'm sitting here planning how to build but its going right over my head. Can someone give me advice on how to script something that works like that? At first glance, I thought possibley onRollOver / deployment functions but now I'm not sure. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you.

    Michael.

    I see nothing of going on about deployment activity, you probably only to address the reversal, then click activities in your code.

    You should look into using interpolations coded for the sliding animation, where each Tween starts from the current x position and goes at the end x position.

    You probably only a function as the tweens of all items at the same time, every time, where the current position of one or more may already be the end position, so while the interpolation for those who would still be executed, it would not actually moved from the beginning and the end are the same values.

    You just need to define all positions ending every time a reversal occurs, based on which item is reversed and then call the function as the tweens of all.  I didn't think to the method by which you describe/store/specify the end evaluates for each item (each have two possible end values), but I hope you can come up with something after a bit of thought.

  • Eliminate the popup

    I have suddenly acquired a benthic popup. It is certainly NOT on the sites I visit (which are all kept in my company). I think some sort of add-on installed without my knowledge.

    It appears on every page; When it is not, it occupies about half of the wallpaper, caught in the Middle, about the size of a standard web banner.

    I see nothing in the Add-ons that seems suspicious, with the exception of this SweetPacks thing, but I don't see how to remove that.

    Any help appreciated.

    I seem to have failed to run the version of the current Firefox 17.0.7 ESR, so no need to update.

    Extensions that do not have a "Delete" button are installed by other software and are not under the control of the Firefox extensions Manager.
    These extensions installed in the world are usually found through an analysis of the register or are installed in a place where Firefox search extensions you installed.

    The extensions installed that need to be deleted via the parameters (options/preferences) of the program, which has added this extension or you must uninstall this program via the control panel.

    In Firefox you only disable this extension.

    There are other things that need attention.

    Your system details list shows that you have obsolete preferences in previous versions of Firefox that are no longer supported (SSL2 and many checkCompatibility pref).

    You can delete the file prefs.js and possible numbered prefs-# .js and a possible user.js file reset all default prefs or modify the prefs.js file to remove the corresponding lines or to reset these prefs by default via the context menu.

    Your system details list also indicates that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize some preferences at each start of Firefox.

    The user.js file appears only if you or another software created, therefore, normally, he wouldn't be here.
    You can check its contents with a text editor if you do not create this file yourself.

    The user.js file is read whenever you launch Firefox and initializes the preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences that cannot be changed temporarily for the current session.

  • Delay starts it CC banners with 10s

    Hello guys,.

    We are going to have problems when working with CC animate banner web delivery.

    When we test the local files, they work fine, but when send us them to a server, the animation delays of 10 or 15 seconds.

    Nothing happens, no charger, no message, just a white background and after 10 seconds, the animation starts.

    Any idea on what it could be?

    Not to do not quite agree with just.emma, but I think a preloader animation inside a web banner would be sad to see something!

    In your HTML code, find this line:

    var loader = new createjs. LoadQueue (false);

    Put this line after that:

    loader.setMaxConnections (6).

    I think it will load a lot fast enough.

    The TinyPNG suggestion is a good idea and will help a little bit more. The main slow is just a single image at a time downloading. Download 6 have both literally can do 6 X faster.

  • How to place the html file in adobe muse

    I created a web banner with animation (html file), how do I put in my website?

    Concerning

    Ivar

    You must call these files in an Iframe in Muse. You can try following steps.

    1. export the files create in Google Web Designer and put in the folder root of your hosting server.

    2 name the folder as "Animation1" and according to the name of the html screen shot file is nfisk.html. (Remember to include the assets of image as well in this folder)

    3. go to Muse and open the page in Design view.

    4. go to object > insert HTML code and paste the code below and click OK

    You must change the values of width and height according to the width and height of the html that you created in the Google Web Designer.

    review of customization over the tag iframe HTML link that shows more iframe properties.

    5. Overview of the site in the browser and you should be able to see it.

    Kind regards

  • Playhead moves do not

    I used Adobe Edge animate before but not CC 2015. In previous versions, I'd "seen in the browser" and move the playhead along the timeline. This is not the case. I'm doing something wrong? I have to add a game action or something to get the playhead moving? Is this a bug? I don't want to go forward with this web banner until I put it into motion.

    I finished copying my items in a fresh edge paper and things are changing. Weird.

    I'm trying to export a gif animated image for a web banner on our home page. The background is supposed to be white, but every time I export it via SOUL the bottom seems slightly blue. Don't know what to do.

  • Create a button link URL in AS3 when outside the class is used.

    I need help!

    Quick background - I'm the guy at work who has the most basic understanding, base, base of Flash and was installed.  Makes me the guy ' go to ' now.  I've been avoiding AS3 for a few years now because I'm not a software engineer and my coding knowledge is quite limited. I have googled around for an hour and get something in AS2.  Not so much with AS3.  We have recently upgraded to Flash CC and had removed all previous versions, so now I have no choice.  I can follow directions but the technical jargon associated with AS3 is a learning curve steep for me when I do something like that, maybe twice a year.

    Now, what I'm trying to accomplish:

    It is simple stupid.  I have a flash web-banner.  The background is a static image of the PNG.  It has a countdown to a date.  I need the whole banner to function as a button so that when you click on it, it takes the user to a Web site.  That's all.  That's all I need.  I was able to do this in AS2 before without much of a fight.

    So I did the countdown using the script from this site:

    http://blog.anselmbradford.com/2009/08/03/creating-a-date-countdown-timer-in-ActionScript-3-Flash /.

    It works by referencing classes by external script.  It took me a bit of tinkering, but I got it together, no problem.
    So I'm going to make a button.  I create a button object.  Invisible, place it on a layer above all the rest.  I apply this code in action:

    MyButton.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, f);

    function f (e: Event) {}

    navigateToURL (new URLRequest ("http://www.adobe.com"));   Use the url of your choice.

    }

    And then it breaks.  The SWF up errors and will not compile.
    First of all, he says:
    1180: call to a method may be undefined, event.

    So I import flash.events.Event. Then, I get:
    1180: call to a method may be undefined navigateToURL.

    1180: call to a method maybe not defined URLRequest.

    1180: call to a method may be undefined addFrameScript.

    1120: access of undefined property MouseEvent.

    So I add:

    import flash.net.navigateToURL;

    import flash.net.URLRequest;

    import flash.events.MouseEvent;

    Who clears all errors except the 1180: addFrameScript.  What I've read, when there is an external class used, I can't apply action in a frame on the timeline script?
    It is so far above my head.  I tried for hours yesterday to find a way to add the script to the button to the main class, but the closest I had been set on my button never compile errors.  I don't know what I'm doing here and why it is so difficult to do two things at the same time in AS3.  I'm just frustrated with all this now.

    Could someone take pity on me and tell me what I need to do to get this working?  Try to use small words and talk to me like I'm the fool of the village, which is how I feel right now.

    Thank you!

    change this to the following and retest:

    Joshua Fowler wrote:

    I think you're right. Under the parameters of the publication, that's what 'Class' is pointing.

    This is the first main part of the code:

    package com.anselmbradford

    {

    import flash.display.MovieClip;

    import flash.events.TimerEvent;

    import flash.utils.Timer;

    SerializableAttribute public class Main extends MovieClip

    {

    /**

    Create a new object of Countdown, listen to updates and pass the date to countdown to.

    */

    public void Main()

    {

    var cd:CountDown = new CountDown();

    cd.addEventListener (CountDownEvent.UPDATE, _updateDisplay);

    CD.init (new Date (2015,3,9,20,00));

    }

    /**

    * Update the display.

    */

    private void _updateDisplay (evt:CountDownEvent): void

    Does this sound correct?

    Thanks again!
