What happened to Adobe Echosign documents?

I changed my email address in my old account EchoSign, which made me somehow using the Document Cloud (wasn't my intention) and now all the contracts that I had to sign disappeared!

What happened to all the documents that were out for signature in my EchoSign account? They are always available for my clients? If I can't access it, how can they?

By default, if you register with the same email address, all your documents are linked to that only. If you want, you inbox me your email address and I can quickly check.
