Why can't convert a PDF reader to Excel

I just bought the PDF package, paid for annual subscription, and I can't get the PDF file to convert it to what it is. The document has been converted at the origin of an Excel file, and I need to change it. When I select the convert function, it is said to be "FORBIDDEN" and to try again later, or said he could not be completed at this time and try again later. This has happened throughout the morning. I need to modify this document today, so I need to get this figured our quickly!

I'm working on a laptop running Windows 7 Enterprise and office 13.

Thank you

It seems that if your business is the application of its policies. It is prohibiting an attempt, by you, to send a document controlled out of business. This is how works the PDF package: files to be converted are sent outside your company to Adobe. If you want a local conversion, consider a subscription to Acrobat instead.
