  Your Cloud Creative applications shouldn't ask for the serial number. If they do, you can follow the article: sign activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC for repair.

• Why my Creative Suite program requires run Windows?

  I bought Creative Suite student & teachers edition today.  Just finished downloading, and when I tried to open the program, it displays an error and he said that I could not open the program because it took Windows run and I'm on a Mac.  When I bought Lightroom a few weeks ago, there was a separate download for Mac option, but I can't find that on the Creative Suite.  Anyone know anything about this?
