Workout activity statistics

After a workout with my Apple Watch, can I see information such as maximum heart rate achieved, average heart rate, maximum speed or speed average speed or pace. I don't see the information in the application of the activity. I know that I can see some of this information immediately after training, but I would like to see a history of my workouts to view data at a later date... Thank you

Hello

To see the training data in the implementation of the activity on your iPhone, go to: history (tab) > view monthly (if necessary, tap on the month at the top left of the screen) > tap on activity in the upper right corner > select workout sessions.

  • Statistical system

    Hello
    I'm spending HPUX PARISK for HP - UX iTANIUM my 10203 instance.
    I'm planing to collect system statistics, and a dictionary based on oracle metalink note:

    How to collect statistics on system objects and fixed_objects? (Doc ID 457926.1()
    To gather the dictionary stats:-

    SQL> EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_SCHEMA_STATS ('SYS');
    SQL> exec DBMS_STATS.GATHER_DATABASE_STATS (gather_sys=>TRUE);
    SQL> EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_DICTIONARY_STATS;
    Gather_fixed_objects_stats also gathers statistics for dynamic tables e.g. the X$ tables which
    loaded in SGA during the startup. Gathering statistics for fixed objects would normally be recommeded if poor performance is encountered while querying dynamic views e.g. V$ views.
    Since fixed objects record current database activity; statistics gathering should be done when database has a representative load so that the statistics reflect the normal database activity .

    To gather the fixed objects stats use:- EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_FIXED_OBJECTS_STATS;
    I have two questions:
    1 show that I run every 4 orders mentioned above in order collect system statistics?
    2. How can I restore those statistics in the case of performance against the dictionary table poort?

    Thank you

  • Question about AWR

    Hello

    I have a few question about AWR:

    (1) which means the metric % CPU Non-Parse?
    (2) the wait time event CPU means: the total amount of time CPU used during snapshot, is that correct?
    (3) indicating the Parse CPU to analyze Elapsd % ratio of 200.00?

    Will be grateful for the help.

    If you can not make sense a report, check the underlying data. In this case, the Instance activity statistics: "parse time cpu ' and 'analysis elapsed time '. I think you'll find that time cpu is greater than the time - suggesting that the see you a measurement error, especially if times are both very small anyway. Having done this, you can compare the "analysis time cpu" with time CPU anyway to see if there is any point in worrying about the time cpu spent in analysis.

  • Statistical support

    If anyone can clarify this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

    Collection of statistics can be classified into 2 groups, optimizer and Tuning Performance (AWR)? I ask this question because I read Oracle 10 g workshop Admin I, Chapter 12 "Proactive Monitoring" and did not make a clear distinction between the areas mentioned above. As STATISTICS_LEVEL seems to apply to both and the location of the collected stats differ (dictionary for the optimizer) and WRx$ for CWA I just want to be sure I understand correctly.

    If you look at the view v$ statistics_level, you will find this setting, the level to 'ALL' active "Statistics Timed OS" and "statistical plan Execution. I don't think one of these are used by the Tuning Advisor.

    The cost of active 'statistical plan execution' (also called "execution rowsource statistics") can be very expensive - where some classes of query may use two or three times the CPU to run. The CPU for query time system, although this depends on. Additional statistics, you get speak you of the work and the time spent in each plan execution line as a query is executed.

    How to view the monthly/annual statistics in terms of time past/calories burned, broken down by each individual activity such as run elliptical/outside etc. Y at - it a third party application that can help me to collect and display these data?

    Hello

    It is not currently possible to review the data the application integrated in activity or training on this basis. If you want Apple to consider adding this feature, you can suggest here:

    https://www.Apple.com/feedback/watch.html

    However, health and fitness data from other sources, iPhone, and Apple Watch are registered and grouped within the health on iPhone app. These data can be exported, which you may find useful to track the cumulative progress and/or analyze your activity more in detail.

    IPhone app activity also has a button for sharing (top right of the screen) that allows to share data - including social media, Messages, Mail, Notes, and a printer.

    Include third-party applications that can be useful, for example:

    Access to QS

    -"Access your HealthKit data in a table so you can Explorer using numbers, Excel, R, or any other tool compatible CSV."

    - https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/qs-access/id920297614?mt=8

    SpectaRun workouts

    -"View from the workouts of your Apple Watch on your iPhone and to export these workouts so you can download them to your favorite online running community."

    - https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/spectarun-workouts/id991723862?mt=8

    Data can also be exported directly from the application of the health (Health Data > All - Share at the top button on the right).

    Check the descriptions and support resources for third party applications for supported details of import and data analysis features.

  • Can I share my workouts with the application of the activity?

    I got the Apple Watch and love, that the design of the application of the activity, it is nice to remember to get up every hour to my work.  The problem is that I use a lot of apps to track my training because one size does not fit all, and I don't wear my watch $400 so I exercise (I have a striped Mio Alpha 2 for that).  So I have training in the gym followed my pace heart with Wahoo Fitness and followed my weight training with Strong.  After I finished my training, I synchronize Wahoo health or myfitnesspal app.

    Then I put on my Apple Watch and I do not see this workout on the implementation of the activity.  I'm just ignoring the activity app because it does not recognize the exercise I do.  How to share the workout with the application of the activity data?  Or, at least, how can I push workouts to my application of health for the purposes of the activity?

    Hello

    It is not currently possible to share training sessions with the app of the activity in the way you describe.

    The application of the activity titles activity undertaken while wearing Apple Watch. He that follows in general everyday wear and also reflects training sessions which are recorded through the application of integrated training (or Apple Watch of third party apps, if they are able to update the rings of progress).

    Health and fitness data (including training sessions) of Apple Watch, iPhone and any other source is grouped within the health on iPhone app. These data are not (and cannot currently be) back in sync app Apple Watch activity.

    If you want Apple to consider changing how data is shared between the health app and app activity, you can do so here:

  • can I manually add a workout to the application of the activity (e.g. swimming when I'm not wearing the watch)

    Can I manually add a workout (such as swimming when I don't wear the watch) to the application of the activity?

    Hello

    It is not possible to add workouts directly in the implementation of the activity.

    Health and fitness data Apple Watch, iPhone and any other source are rather grouped by health on your iPhone app. Combined data is reflected in the application of health dashboard, which adjusts the results to avoid any double counting of data from different sources.

    To add a workout:

    -On your iPhone, in the application of health (icon: red heart on a white background), go to: data on health (tab) > Fitness > training > tap Add a data Point > enter the result of your workout.

    Hello, since I did the update to watch two days ago, my app is not tracking calories during my running training sessions.  Was I struck a framework?  How can this be repaired?

    Hello

  • Apple Watch follow elliptical workout Cal

    Apple Watch follow elliptical workout Cal, I did 1 hour workout and the elliptical machine displays about 722 cal. But my 2 of Apple Watch watch 0 cal in an hour workout. Someone knows why? Thank you

    Hello

    The following steps may help:

    • Check that you have configured the application of activity on your watch:
      • When you view the time on your watch dial, press the icon of rings of activity / complication, or;
      • Go the home screen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) and tap the app of the activity (coloured rings).
      • To begin, you will need to enter personal information.
    • Check that the wrist detection is turned on and that, if the access code is activated, you will unlock your watch after placing it on your wrist
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > detection of wrist - turn on.
    • On your iPhone, go to: settings > privacy > Motion & Fitness - check that fitness and health monitoring are enabled.
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > privacy > turn Motion & Fitness - Fitness and heart rate monitoring.
    • Make sure you wear your watch sufficiently snug on top of your wrist (if it is worn too loosely, your watch may believe that he had been removed from your wrist).
    • Check that your personal information is accurate:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > health > edit - tap and adjust the settings, then press on in fact.
    • Calibrate your watch improves the accuracy of various estimates associated with the activity. Instructions on how to calibrate your watch are available via the link below the support article.

    Hello

    To mark a segment (for example one lap) during running exercise using integrated workout app, you can double-click the screen. The display briefly shows the stats for this segment. Segments can be examined after training through the activity on the matched iPhone application:

    You can also find that a third-party application meets your needs. To learn about the characteristics of third-party applications, I suggest you consult the descriptions of app developers and their support resources. For example:

    If you don't find the specific information you're looking for, you can ask the developer directly. This is usually possible through their support resources (you may need to create a free account in order to be able to connect). They may also be open to feature requests.

  • 1st gen Apple Watch, OS3, workout card routing

    After updating my 1st Gen Apple Watch to OS3, I started a workout. He asked me to put my iPhone along for the calibration. I ended up taking a 4km walk, and after I saved a workout I noticed that in the summary of the workout he captured a map of my route to market together.

    I repeated the same 4km walk with the same way the next day and the following days (still wearing my iPhone) but is no longer provides a map of the route I took. No settings have been changed since the day 1 (e.g., location services, data enabled, etc.).

    Thoughts?

    My works fine as long as the iPhone captures GPS. Try going in to the workout on the activity of the app on the phone, check the time in the outdoor market, make sure it's your name and place an arrow of tracking. If this is not the case, try to repair your watch. and you check location setting on the phone too when you have the route that you will have time as well!
