After updating my Windows OS 8.1 the blu - ray disc drive has stopped working (error Code-19).

All windows and Toshiba Service Station 6.4.4 are up-to-date (except the file 'The Toshiba Video Player' won't not very far, I installed several times).

    kindly waiting for support.

p.s.: I surfed online and came across the "upper filter registry values" (here's the link). With the help of regeditor.exe I just erased the "upper filter value" (from Hkeylocal machine\systems\currentcontrolset\class). Has nothing else.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

  • Blu - ray error: "device error" Code: "3", note: "AS-StorageError =-97060.

I just lost 2 Blu - Ray discs, try to burn a project. I tried to burn a very simple project: a chapter two Blu - Ray with two episodes of 55 minutes of a TV on this topic show.  Recently I used the exact same computer to do exactly the same work successfully, so I don't know what the problem is.
There are no menus in the project: it's just a rudimentary auto play disc with stereo sound.  Layer the watch 24.37 GB used on a single BD disc.

The files are consistent and that construction starts, the following error appears:

Blu - ray error: "device error" Code: "3", note: "AS-StorageError =-97060.

    System information:

    Windows 7 Professional

    Service Pack 1
    Intel i7 8 cores @ 2.80 GHz

    12 GB 1600 RAM

    AMD Radeon HD5870
File HD 7200 RPM WD 3 TB NTSC system

Pioneer BD - RW BDR-206 ATA burnerncore

    Adobe still CS6

I do not see another example of this type of error the "97060" in it.

I never have confidence I think remember me this, but note that the GB 24.37 may actually be 24.37 GiB, which may be too big to fit on a single layer Bluray. You should get another error, but who knows.

I would try the building to a folder to see if this succeeds. Then you can return to the question of the combustion. Many of us prefer ImgBurn to burn and not yet.

I have no idea what to do, tried everything.

If I delete most of the subtitles, and there are only several lines left it built without any problem.

Today, I limit with the project.

  • Blu - ray error - Encore CS6

    Hello

I have problems to export my Blu - ray - I used Media Encoder to export my Premiere Pro sequence, using the codec H.264 Blu - ray.

This is the error message I get, which appears once it seems to have burned the disc and on the "flow of building": Blu - ray error: "unread device", code: '3', notes: "CreateStcSequence: cannot write M2S file. »

I tried to re - export my images and the creation of new projects yet.

    Anyone has any suggestions please?

    Thank you

Try building an image. If it works, burn with ImgBurn for PC or for Mac Toast.

  • Blu - Ray error

So I burned Blu-Rays since January 2010 with still no problem. Nothing has changed in how I create these disks. I'm always by exporting the settings media "MPEG-2: Blu - Ray" first and then import a calendar with their adjacent once .wav files in yet.

But lately, I am completely unable to finish burning. I've always been able to burn DVDs with this drive, so I can't imagine that this is a hardware error, but I think he's trying to tell me otherwise. My next attempt was recently, with the blu - ray burned 12GB to 16 GB. (approx.).

It stops every time, it gives me a window with this exact message, nothing more:

"Blu - ray error:"device error", Code: '3', note:"

I tried Googling this error for more information code that looks like it is truncated after "Note:"but found nothing. " Does anyone have advice?

    It's all in CS5 btw.

Thanks for your help in advance!

    Welcome to the forum.

Errors of the device often indicate conflicts of hardware, firmware or operating system with even burning engine.  An autour way building a disk image, then burn that image to BD or DVD using the free program, ImgBurn.

    The official ImgBurn website

If you are on a Mac, then build an image and burning with toast comics are the alternative.  But the bread is not free.

You also have the opportunity to resolve the error.  Review the Windows/OSX updates and any software may have added or upgraded.  Make back these changes and restart to see if the problem goes away.

  • Blue Screen: Error Code C0000218(Registry File Failure) I have NO recovery disk, boot disk, etc. What can I do?

I have a desktop HP that I installed a new hard drive on Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3. He has been working very well. But, the other day, I took out my DVD ROM and try it switched with different DVD - ROM, and when I restarted my computer, I got the "blue screen error Code: C0000218 (registry file failure)." The registry cannot load the HIVE (file). \System ROOT-SYSTEM 32-CONFIG-SOFTWARE or its log or alternate. It is damaged, missing, or not accessible in writing. "So, back to my main issue, I guess. How can I fiw it without any sort of disk recovery or boot disk etc... I know I could probably go buy some sort of recovery software, but can't afford it right now. Can someone help me, please?

You have all the Norton/Symantec products installed and if so, do you know which ones and versions?

You start with a chkdsk/r from the XP Recovery Console.

    Here's how:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

    Hello

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Put the computer in a clean boot state, and then try to install the updates and check if it works.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: once you have completed troubleshooting, try the procedure described in step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual.

    Method 2:

Try the steps in the Microsoft article and check below if the problem persists.

The problems with the installation of the updates:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/troubleshoot-problems-with-installing-updates

    Method 3:

Try to download updates from the Microsoft Downloads Web site and check.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/default.aspx

And also to try the steps in the following Microsoft article.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/818018/en-us

    Hope the information is useful.

  • Purpose of Blu - ray: «...» ", export file not found

Encore CS 6 running on cloud on Mac. I have built several Blu - ray discs from the same file. Each file contains slide shows that worked well in the past. After making a few changes, I got this message: object of Blu - ray: «...» ", export file not found

I created simple new files with only a couple of options on the menu, but when the slide show is and you get the same crash.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I uninstalled it in the end still 6 and then re installed. That seemed to get rid of the bug, glitch or anything that was going on.

  • How to solve this? Blue-ray "device" error, code; 3", notes; "AS_StorageError = 97071.

I'm on Windows 10, I get this error at 100% resulting from the burning of a reader Blu - ray yet!

Code 3 AS_StorageError comes in several variants. You will find other reports of your 97071, but not of miracle as such. The best solution is to build an image and burn with ImgBurn.

All of them seem to have physical storage, hard drive, or media-related questions. Keep in mind that, for Blu - ray, especially, still uses a huge amount of temporary storage.

  • Blu - ray error: "file already exists", Code: "6", "Audio buffer overruns. Total too high sampling rate

I hope someon can help out me here - I'm stuck in my tracks.    I read through many discussions on this topic, but do not understand what is happening here.    CS6.  Note: I used even before I put this material on a disk.  I currently have a separate sequence paired down, with only about 1/5 of the entire production.   1920x1080i, 29.97, H.264 Blu - ray, VBR 2-pass, PCM inside PP to produce .m4v/.wav.  This is what confuses me - I tried a target of 10 and a maximum of 20, and I still get this error.   I tried different bits max rate 'default' settings for transcoding in again.    Note the timecode listed "0.000000" - maybe someone said something.    I don't really understand yet again, so maybe it's something that I've set wrong in still vs my exports?

    Capture.JPG

Good news!  Suggestion of Stan update seems to have solved the problem.  I think it was on the side of the PP, not yet.   I have updated both, but still using to try to make a comic about made export with the PP before update failed.   But once I upgraded to PP, a new rendering, etc. I am able to build a BD.

Disappointment, before I had installed all updates patches, but later everything uninstalled and ran the vacuum cleaner, try to debug another problem.

  • blue screen error code 1000008e death.

    Original title: error code?

I sometimes get the "blue screen of death"... with this error code:

    BCCode: 1000008e BCP1: E0000001 BCP2: B8400925 BCP3: AC4178B8
    BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 3_0 product: 768_1

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Since the MS Answers forum does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  This makes troubleshooting difficult unless you like to try things.

All the Microsoft Engineers do sometimes (most of the time) is just use the Bing search engine to see what happens to your error message and publish the first Microsoft KB article that appears in the search engine Bing (try it yourself and you will get the article sent you the MSE - which is unlikely to help all).  Who is troubleshooting not, is it?

Did you take a glance at this KB article?  It's a bit overwhelming, and it requires you to have an XP installation CD and if you have one, it better be the same Service Pack as your Service Pack installed or things will go back.  However, the MSE was using the word "try" and that does not sound very confident for me-, but feel free to try.

If you sometimes get only the BSOD, you provide a us with more information about your system and use something like BlueScreenView to see if you can understand what is underway.

Please provide additional information on your system:
What is your system brand and model?
What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)
The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?
You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
Your system seems to start OK and then crash or didn't he start not at all?
If your system works fine, what do you think might have changed since the last time it worked correctly?
Can you make the system crash when you want
?  For example, you would say that there is no specific system activity that coincides with the accidents (like watching videos, playing games, etc.).

The next time your system crashes, provide more information on what you see.

Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:
Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).
Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.
If there is a name of the file listed in the STOP message, don't forget to include this information too.
Ignore the boring text unless it seems important to you.  We know what a BSOD looks like, we need to know what your BSOD looks like.
Now provide more information about your system and data against more recent accidents.
Click Start, run and enter in the box:
    Msinfo32
Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the information here.
For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.
There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.
This will minimize back Q & A and eliminate guesswork.
    Download BlueScreenView here:
Unzip it and run it (BSV installs nothing) and let him complete the digitization of all your crash dump files.
If you double-click on depressed, you will get information on it (including the field caused by the driver) and you should be able to spot the problem right away - especially if you see a model in landfills where Caused by field pilot is the same (beginning with this driver).
BlueScreenView tries to find the right driver or module that caused the blue screen by looking inside the stack of the accident. However, be aware that the driver detection mechanism is not 100% reliable, and you should also look in the lower pane, that display all drivers/modules found in the stack.
Select (highlight) one or more of the most recent dump files by clicking on them and hold down the CTRL key to select multiple files.  Try to select only the most recent links that relate to your problem (perhaps five or six to start dump files).
Click on file, save selected items and save information from the dumps to a text file on your desktop called BSOD.txt
