When I type regedit in Run
Press Yes to try to get in my registry editor
After about 10 seconds, an error window appears and tells me:
The application failed to start properly (0xx0000005).  Click OK to close the application.

Even though I have a moderate understanding of Windows 7
I am not very sophisticated when it comes to registry - based
So I usually try to not to use.  However, I solved registry Dodge in the past, but he's playing VERY SAFE.
So, naturally, I want to have access to it.  Right now I can't, because of this problem of 0xx0000005.

I did the range of Solutions of Microsoft Fixit (in all categories: Windows 7, Internet Explorer, and general Computer)
None of these permits.  When I solutions Microsoft google search 0xx0000005 allowed are not available.  Just pay for companies that I don't want to get involved with because it always seems that human beings humans are purely greedy and not kind enough to simply advise me how to solve the problem instead of giving them my credit card for a free trial of possible scam.  I don't want a free trial anyway, just some friendly advice how to solve this problem.  I've helped countless beginners without trying to pick their pockets.  Is there kind well educated gentlemen (or good company women) out there who can share their knowledge with me, since I live on the day the day on what I earn and have spent countless hours trying to learn how to fix this annoyance?
