10.1.2 crop tool does not work
10.1.2 iMovie... I am not able to move the crop selection box to create a culture. I get yellow guidelines that appear when I move the mouse as to create a culture with the selection box. It makes me mental. until I updated it worked fine. I tried to change my preferences (adjustment, crop to fill) and we tried to select as well in my area of media and chronology. Help, please.
The cross in the center of the collection area allows to position the crop area. The yellow lines indicate the center of the frame. Enter the corners highlighted the culture box and drag to resize the area of culture. Use the culture to fill the selection to your cropping.

Crop tool does not work on PES 11 (OSX 10.10)
I have a problem with the crop tool in Photoshop elements 11. Whenever I try to used, it crops the photo to 1 by 1 pixel.
The different Modes (Easy, Expert...) all have the same problem.

If your program is Photoshop Elements, you posted in the wrong forum. Somehow your thread got posted in the Forum Adobe Premiere elements (video editing). If this is the case, please re-post your thread in the Adobe Photoshop elements Forum or wait for a moderator to see your thread here and move it from here to there.
Just some thoughts... you have explored all the options under the Options Tools tab and have you hit tools reset?

Crop tool does not work in PS CS4
The crop tool always sizes down to 1 pixel square image.
Hardware: G5, OS: Tiger with patches of lates.
Is there anyone out there who have experienced the same problem? Any suggestions what to do?

Crop tool does not work in Photoshop CC 2015
Just bought the Adobe CC package last week and other programs that I downloaded seem to work well.
When I try to crop photos in Photoshop, it will appear as if they have been cut off, however, when I try to move the image, the outline of the original are highlighted. Despite after selecting the option to remove pixels cropped out, they stay in the background. My main use of this program is to put on the front foot and after the photographic stories and the inability of these photos sent cultures is extremely annoying and frustrating.
I tried redownloading the program. I have the reset tool, I reset all of the tools, I have reset all preferences. I did everything that I can think of to try to solve this problem. Unless I'm missing something so simple, I don't know what to do to solve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

The crop tool does not seem to work. I use the latest version of Muse in a Mac.
Only, you can crop the images, which are placed. You cannot crop rectangles using an image as a fill.

The error message "the snipping tool does not work on your computer right now. Restart etc. "comes when I select the Snipping Tool icon. However if I select snipping tool in the menu start nothing happens at all.

Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.

Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

After pasting an image into a new model, it is impossible to move around, to position the image on a desirable location. The photo is back in the middle of the model as soon as I leave the mouse.
This is a silly question, I know... I'm sure that some button is locked or not well placed, but I can't find the solution.

Quick selection tool does not work after last update Photoshop CC
I've updated to the latest version of Photoshop CC, and the Quick Selection tool does not work. I am able to make a choice, and then when I try to make multiple selections, I receive the ball well filled, and then nothing is selected.
I have preferences in the performance, the value Panel "Big & Flat" in the historical and 'Basic' Cache in the settings of the graphics processor. Thus, the operating system is up-to-date.
I restarted my computer, and now it works. Don't know what it is, but it works fine now.

At the same time recording tool was not possible and if you install Adobe Scriptlistener plugin Adobe will disable the recording of the tool its never an option.
I use and record the actions all the time and was looking forward to the registration tool when Adobe announced it. But I found what they delivered was very limited because of the restrictions. I don't like that Adobe disables the registration on my machine tool.
The amount of data that gets reorganized also seems to vary between machines. I found that Action recorded on a fast machine are not usable on a slow machine. Recorder fast machine too much data.
You use this action on the documents must also have the same size and resolution as the document that you have saved the action on. Quite a restriction.
You can also be foxed in 2014 CC sett here Photoshop CS6 - recording of the clone in an action tool works incorrect on replay.

I recently got a new computer (pc) and decided to download 11 elements instead of the old version that was on my old computer. I discovered that the image resize tool does not work, even if the other functions seem to work well.
I tried an online chat with Adobe. Their suggestion was to buy another picture of them for $10 service. / month!

I'm going to blur a painting that I do and he don't not blur and I use the Tablet wacom Intuos 5 Med.
and I even put the sensitivty tablets for low pressure and then by default and still not get the blur tool to do its job.
I even adjusted the brush settings too to be able to scramble even more on hard settings, still nothing.

It could be that your picture is too large with respect to the dimensions in pixels for the well blur tool run.
If you zoom in to 100% you see no change when you use the blur tool?
What are the dimensions of the image in pixels?
(Image > Image size)
If you try a small image, the blur tool work?
What happened when you use the mouse instead of your Tablet?
Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop with your?
