  I get the popup "update" whenever I connect to my computer and it gives me an error message but no code error. The update starts at 0% and stays there indefinitely.

Now, all of a sudden the updates will not download and install and Adobe wants me to follow a set RIDICULOUSLY long and complicated steps to solve the problem? It's a complete and absolute nonsense!

  There is no Vista SP3.

  2012 MacBook Pro

  I've recently updated both the OS El Capitan and Adobe CC 2015. Since the upgrade to El Capitan, I can't open Lightroom. I uninstalled it in the hope that a reinstall should solve the problem. He did not, and now my CC Apps don't work or the other. I get a "download error" message, and no error code. Not sure if it's El Capitan, my Mac or CC which is the cause of the problem.
