  The guys in the service center said my private that, most likely, there is the content of the EEPROM was twisted. And if I'm going to find the same other portable executables, they could use his image from EEPROM to save my Toshiba.

  Where to find this EEPROM image that fits my phone or how to solve the problem?

  I think the guy meant the ROM module that is part of the motherboard and BIOS there maybe stored such ROM module needs to be replaced and would avoid the replacement of the motherboard
  But this is only my personal opinion

  Maybe you could buy a second-hand M100 where the motherboard is not too bad then just the motherboard could be changed and would not be expensive as new motherboard
