  I currently use the simplified form for a Division.  the equation is - (fintotal/month)

  I would like to turn this field to 2 decimal places (100.23)

  I'm new on this and know very little.  I saw the "Math.round" feature but cannot figure out how to make it work with my need.

  If this is my current code "simplified" (fintotal/month) - what is the custom script which will also complement the field?

  I would like to send an interactive PDF to thousands of students. They will complement the major part of the form, including details about one of their tutors (including e-mail address).

  When the student submits their form I filled in the email address to be entered in the field "To" on customer given students of e-mail.

  Is this possible using InDesign CC or Acrobat Pro? I don't know about J/S.

• Automatically fill in the days of the week in a single field

  I am trying to add a script that is automatically filled in the days of the week in a single field. I have an example script that will populate the fields of today's date, but not what I'm looking for. I need the date to fill from an earlier date which came from a separate field. Any help is appreciated.

  Here is the script I hacked:

  You can use the opposite of "printd" to analyze a text representation of a date and convert it to a date. See here for documentation:

  All you need to do is replace the first line of your code, where you set and the value of the variable today with a routine that initializes the date from field data. In the simplest form, this may like this:

  var someday = util.scand("mm/dd/yyyy", this.getField("TheDate").value);
  

  Then, you would just use the variable 'someday' instead of 'today' in your code.

  Remember that this complies not any error checking, you can add a control to "Survive" actually containing valid data, so that the calculation of the other fields, you can jump in case you have for example a string empty, or at a date not valid.

  Thank you. I came across the solution for Auto-filling in a PDF file. If you use Acrobat 11, just right click in your field and copy it. Then paste it into the field that you want to automatically fill. What you enter in the original field will be displayed in the copy field.

• How to force alpha or numeric inside text fields - LiveCycle Designer 9.0

  I have created a form that requires City, State and Zip.  I need to make sure that users do not City, State and Zip in the field of the city; how someone so well pointed out as a problem with the form.  In any case, what I'm looking for is a way to force the user to be able to enter alpha characters in the City field.  I had looked at the OOTB 'Modes of Validation' feature, but I couldn't find anything about this to be listed that would complement the requirement.

  You can use regular expressions in the event: change of the textfield object to limit the characters that can be typed in.

  Allow only numbers and the characters A - Z and a - z

• Missing bookmarks in the smart search field in Safari

  Since the release of El Capitan 10.11.6, favorites are missing from the smart search field in Safari to new Windows.  If a Safari any page web (so far), clicking in the search box if poster is Favorites to view icons, as is expected.

  Is this a bug, or can I make some adjustments to bring them new windows?

  Hello Dick Huitema.

  If I understand your message to the right, when you open a new window in Safari, you do not see your favorite icons in the smart search field.  When I use Safari, I always like to have my favorites available and ready to use, so I can understand why you would be tender for assistance with this.

  You probably feel that if Safari is set to open new windows in an empty page. If yours is configured in this way, there is a very easy way to get these favorites icons to show without actually changing any settings. When you open a Web page, you should see a blank webpage with your top search bar and a cursor blinking in the search bar. Instead click inside the search bar right away, click anywhere on the empty Web page and then click on in the empty search bar. You should then see your Favorites icons appear.

  Another option is to set your homepage to your Favorites. You can do it in Safari > Preferences. On the general tab in Safari preferences, select the drop-down menu next to "new windows open with", and then choose favorite. This should ensure that when you open new web pages, all your Favorites icons show immediately. Favorites icons always appear in the smart search field when additional tabs are open as well.

• How to get back to 3 text fields in the footer

  When you open a new document pages, the footer contains three default text fields.  I have a document where I removed somehow 2 3 fields foot leaving only 1. I would like to add the other 2 fields in the footer, but I am unable to find a setting that would let me. My search terms are apparently useless because I can't find any thread on point in a search. Any ideas?

  You can not remove the tripartite fields in a header or a footer. If you visit the view menu: display invisible characters, you will probably discover tabs or spaces that forced each cell to the right in your footer. Just remove these external characteristics and you will restore the three cells to your footer.

  It will come as a software update. Everything you need is in place on the iPhone Plus 7 buy it whenever you want.

  For some reason any change automatically if change you it online. Today, I changed my password through my office and I went to change the mail and she had already changed.

  You can try to delete your account your unit off and add it again.

  Pressing this icon small keyboard should work (done on my iPhone 7). Until someone answers with more information, another thing you could try is to open the keyboard when the phone is vertical and then put it too horizontal.

• Search in the comment field in iTunes no longer works

  I use the latest version of iTunes. For each song, I wrote different types of information in the comment field. Suddenly the search function does not include the comment field more. It's very frustrating. I searched this forum and searched through Google. Unfortunately, without success, none of the tips that I found can solve the problem. Hoping to find some help here.

  The deposited comment is actually displayed in the playlist when you're looking? Some fields do not appear in a search if they are not displayed.

• Upgrade: numbers can not find the field to change!

  Sorry if I am dense here, I'm sure that there is an obvious answer, anyone here know, but I can't imagine it or find info already online.

  I just upgraded from Cougar to El Capitan.  Then, I upgraded a previous numbers spreadsheet to edit it in El Capitan.  After the installation, I printed it and a field I can't see anywhere on the new version, or find any path, spell on the print-out (immediately above the table and text on 2 lines).

  I think that this field used to be editable in Mountain Lion in a sidebar on the left, but I don't remember the name of it so I can't find how to access in an upgraded version.  I don't know, however, is not the name of the table or sheet name because I can see where to edit those.

  Can someone please help me find the way to access this hidden field so that I can change it?

  I just answered my own question!   After hours of searching in the Inspector, I had an idea more now after I had posted this question here, of course.

  In the case where it is useful to all of you who don't know already (jumped several major improvements to the operating system, so I'm exceptionally behind with new features/functions): it can be seen and edited in the print dialog box.  The 'invisible' text appears and zoom in for a better view, you can change it.
