4.7.0.113 for 9530 blackBerry smartphones

Crackberry Forum is on fire on a version 4.7.0.113 for the 9530. They say that this will be the official release from Verizon and it's out running 4.7.0.114 and 4.7.0.109. Can anyone confirm that this is the case, or if it's true? I know that they frankenstein a lot of hybrids out there...

You just download and install on your computer, and then install as for most official or leaked OS.  Rumor is that it will be the official released Verizon OS in the next week or two.

You can wait another day or two to see what the reaction is to use it for a while.

This has not yet been posted on the cover page, because the leak came not through Mods as they often do.  I don't know where it comes from.  Another reason to wait a day or two before the installation.  But it sounds promising.

N.. completely different. For your mobile network, with a strong network carrier (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

For the wireless, there is no sort directly 'reset' nothing beyond removing and reconfiguring of the WiFi network configurations. Beyond that, things as device WIPE, reloading the OS, and other very drastic measures would be required. And, important to note, I have no way of knowing if this is really necessary... you did not no matter what description of what happens, so it is not possible to understand your situation and you give more targeted recommendations.

    Good luck!

Do you have a data Plan BlackBerry enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You have to, to get the push RIM email functions you are looking for, as well as services of BlackBerry data such as the Web browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger and much more.

Then, call your carrier a inquire to have the BlackBerry data Plan added to your account.

  • Help for BBM blackBerry Smartphones & Facebook does not not for 9320 - problem with "host Routing Table? -Virgin

So, today I received my new 9320 at Virgin Mobile, first Blackberry & love the phone! but I can't use the BBM or Facebook app...

At first I could not even access the browser while that connected to my wifi... then I phoned Virgin & they helped me to reset the settings on my BB that I could use the browser etc...

I thought it was problem solved, until I discovered BBM and Facebook, use app world separate service? Anyway, I phoned up to Virgin because I wanted to do this job, they are included in my package & I did not understand why I can't access any of them...

After a long phone call the problem has proved that the "host routing table" was empty and (according to in Virgin) there is a problem with new BlackBerry receiving these details... they said this isn't a problem on the end there & told me there is nothing more they can do so to click 'register now' and wait for the details...

24 hours later and nothing, so I hope someone here can help me, make me a BB the whole point is things miss me actually lol and I feel now I'm paying for a phone contract I can't really use it, without any help from my provider?

    Any help?

    Or

Anyone with a new BB knows something like that recently? Thank you

Wow... Virgin you gave really there. You see, you PAY for 100% of your services and 100% of your formal support... at the moment, they seem to be or you deliver. Only they have the ability (in fact the RESPONSIBILITY!) to degenerate RIM requiring improved support of cases (from your description, it must be that... with a HRT empty, nothing that anyone here can do). End users have no free path to receive assistance from the RIM at all - only via the escalation. So, what I would do if I were you, is their ring back... but this time do not let you fob OFF... insist that, because you HAVE them, you have a contract with them and they are about to be in violation of this contract - they must solve your problem, degenerate into RIM if they wish.

    Good luck!

  • Features for 2 blackBerry Smartphones have appeared under the screen

I had the phone for about 2 weeks and now 2 thin lines of about half a centimeter and centimeter quarter appeared side by side on my screen. They are not surface scratches, and I have not dropped the phone at any time. The eBay seller is unwilling to learn, and I have no paper guarantee provided with the phone. Just contact Blackberry UK?

    Hello

To answer your question... is not likely. RIM services no guarantee (or anything else, for that matter) directly. On the contrary, authorized dealers are 100% responsible for all support of the guarantee. If your eBay seller was not an authorized dealer, then it is most likely that you have actually no guarantee. However, some research by you on this page may be useful:

Do you think that it is simply not available for the curve of 3300, but is available for other blackberries?

    Hello.

Select the ringtone on the PC, you will get a dialog box open or save the file.

Save the file. Close the connection. Right click on the file on the PC and send it to an email address on the BB.

  • Recording for BIS blackBerry smartphones

I have a new curve on Orange UK. It was an upgrade from a 'normal' phone so maybe not implemented because it would be in a store. This is the device that uses my teenage daughter.

Have finally sussed that the daughter of reason cannot use Blackberry messaging is that the device is not registered (although normal internet access works!)

Have been to the orange page to register for design... used PIN and IMEI to be say this device is registered with another carrier. I followed the instructions to go to the tables of routing host and then on "Save". I did this several times, you can see the message but nothing changes host still empty routing tables. I rebooted several times including removing the battery and still nothing.

I can see on other forums that there may be a problem with some curves on Orange and it's something to do with Server profiles (?)

Anyone can do the light because it's frustrating my daughter and in turn drive me to madness. It should be simple, but seems to be a horror.

    With our thanks.

    Ian.

Solved! It was orange. It seems that for some reason any despite dispatching and allowing an upgrade that they provided only the Blackberry Internet stuff from the next billing date in this case so almost two weeks. The tech said that they needed to "open a door" to an end.

The telltale sign was that 'gprs' at the top right corner is lowercase! If TI active Blackberry it will be at the top of case IE "GPRS".

Normal customer support said nothing they ould I would just have to wait. I pointed out the stupidity of this especially that my rate will in fact at the time of nextbilling, so I'm not tryingto get services without paying! Finally, they put me through a helpful guy in their technical support from blackberry and it sussed and solved the problem. We were running within 5 minutes.

    Hope this can help others.

    See you soon,.

  • On a VZW 9530 blackBerry smartphones # and a 9500 on a Vodafone.de #.

    Hi all

I'm a Bb Newbie (and a newbie 'Forum') which has already kitted out with a 9530 on a number of Long Island but I live in Germany.

This account is opened in the world by the Association.

Most of my time, I'm roaming with the Bb.  .......  All over the world

I get emails pushed? 2 accounts Hotmail for Bb.

I get the 'Outlook' Advanced mail company? from this account to one of Hotmail accounts, and which also happens then on the Bb.

    TO REDUCE ROAMING CHARGES...

    Question;

If I had another machine of Bb here in Germany with some Germans she would also get the same treatment as VZW one about mails sent to it?

If so, I could cut the receipt of data roaming with the number of Americans in Germany and do the same with the number of Germans when in the States.

    Comments welcome.

And excuse me if I put the wrong kind of question for this forum. As stated, I'm a 2 x Newbie.

I'm going to need more technically inclined info later if that's all what the forum is all.

    THX,

    Mike

I think I'm following up with you.

'Yes,' wanted to say that you have proposed in general, be a good solution...

As you said, Yes, it would work.

American BB data all - Germany

(Look on your Storm > Manage Connections > Mobile Network Options > Data Services, you have options for ON, OFF and OFF roaming this is where you define the data on or off.)

Data from German power off when BB you to the United States.

Now, all that being said... the Storm 9530 you have you should cover almost "overall" for calls and data. Maybe a unit you will find us Verizon with the overall package could be cheaper in the long term than the two devices.
