  lease try the following:

  1. Download uninstaller uninstall Flash Player | Windows
  2. Download the installer of Flash Player for Firefox, posted at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Windows page in the ' always having problems.
  3. Launch the uninstaller
     • This will remove all versions of Flash Player installed on the system except the control ActiveX for Internet Explorer
  4. Restart your system
  5. Install Flash Player using the installation program downloaded in step 2
  6. Once the installation is complete, launch Firefox, go to The Flash Player Help and click on the "Check now" button
  7. Results should indicate that you have the latest version, 17.0.0.134, installed.

• Windows 7 IE, helping get the 32-bit flash player

  Windows 7 said that he had a problem with my flash drive working and it uninstalled flash player.  So I tried to download the most recent flash player.  I get the message not supported 64-bit, you will need to run in a 32-bit browser and it won'w download.  To ensure that I have an IE 8 32-bit browser open and try to download again and I still get the same message.  Don't know what to do.  I defintely don't have the 64 bit browser open.

  Video is shown fine on the localhost test site, but when I download video on the production site the video does not play and

  I created a page for another site with the same video and no problem.

  Any video may not appear on this site.

  It must be something to do with the server.

  I don't really know how to use this thing, I'm seriously "physically challenged and a slow-learner." and my computer repair man keeps changing computers about me.  (In this I am not sure that it helps me.  Once I have to get used to some programs, there are 'new '.   His "real confusion.  For example, I got a real easy to use-address book that had all my personal and business addresses and telephone #s in there.  The computer got a 'blue screen' several times, so he came and changed my "Dell XPS" computer professional with a 'new' (a ' Dell 7 Ultimate' it was 'better'.    If I could afford it, I buy a new one and start over) so I rarely know 'where' I am, or what to do when I'm 'where I am.  With a full-time job and a serious hobby of computer repair, it doesn't have the time to help me with "operational" issues This put an unfair burden on anyone trying to help me, but I HAD TO GET HELP - SOMEWHERE, so if I'm not a gene with what will be long-term issues (because I don't know much about the computer operations), can I impose to ask what might be the basic questions?  Of course, they cannot be "basic", but what I know.     I read "... for Dummies" books, but they did not answer my questions.  I'll try to be brief, but it's not my nature.          So, let's go...
