  In the wizard to copy a DA to another page, in my case, I have the type of selection "jQuery Selector", and the value of the attribute "jQuery Selector" does not get pre-remplis.

  I don't think that it is a bug by itself, even though I agree that this should be improved. We hope to improve the process of copying the dynamic Actions (as requested in the application Feature Requests) in a future version of the APEX, and we already have an enhancement request registered to do so, in which I've now also added a note and a link to this topic.

• Take action on another Page

  Hello

  How can I get the action to go to another Page to reference a PDF file attached to the form?

  My dialog box for an OK button is:

  Navigate to a page in another document

  -Folder: (location of desktop player file)

  -Page: 1

  -Zoom level: page fit

  I want to "Attachment PDF" file.  I know it's possible, as I saw it, but I can't seem to replicate in Acrobat.  How can I make reference to a pdf file attached to the pdf document?

  After you get the dialog box that has the button put in link, launch the attached PDF file and navigate to the desired location, and then click Connect.

• Way to disable the action if another action is executed

  I'm new to both animate and Javascript/Jquerey please bare with me if I do not explain it well or with the correct terminology.

  Basically what I'm trying to do is have a page where when you scroll over a div/symbol, it develops (by using the mouseenter action) and then contracts (mouseleave action).  I can get this animation works... kind-it hiccups when you move the mouse quickly top, causing animations sometimes lock in the State of evil, but the problem I have is when I try to add a click to the div.

  The idea, in a nutshell, is that when you click on the image, everything on the page fades and then news comes without the need to reload the page.  The thing is, whenever the content begins to fade or hide after the click is executed, action "mouseleave" on div triggers, reset the page.

  So long story short, is possible to make a div click disregard all other actions while the animation happens?  I've tried several "solutions" but none of them are perfect aren't really easy.

  More if anyone has suggestions or advice on the contribution of the bearing and off animations do not occasionally get stuck when you move the mouse quickly on it, also I would really appreciate that.

• Trigger a dynamic action of another dynamic action

  Hi - Maybe is there a better way to do it - but what I wonder how I can trigger something as part of the page to show or hide based on an event driven dynamic action...
  
  Let me explain:
  
  I have a page element which is a popup LOV. He selects a value (of course). It is ITEM1.
  I have a second element of the page. It is ITEM2.
  
  I have a dynamic action, based on the evolution of the value of ITEM1 - it searches of db (sql query/plsql function call) to extract a value related to this selected value of ITEM1 and dynamically sets the value of the ITEM2 with what is returned.
  
  So far so good.
  
  But I also have a third element of the page, ITEM3. What I want to do now is to show or hide ITEM3 based on the value of the ITEM2 (which has been defined by the dynamic action on changing ITEM1). So essentially, I need dynamic action on the evolution of the value of the ITEM2 so I can show/hide ITEM3.
  
  However, it seems that the dynamic action does not pull on the change of ITEM2, by the dynamic action of ITEM1.
  
  If you got this extreme grace, following! :-)
  Any thoughts on how to get there (even in completely other/better way)?

• USB-6211: analog input signal affecting another of the same map AI

  Hello

  I use the DAQ-nor-6211 map and DAQmx features to read a hammer and a signal of the accelerometer and then use other LabView functions to make the FFT of these analog input signals. However, it seems that the analog inputs where the hammer and the accelerometer are connected generate a kind of noise or influence in other entries of this data that is not connected to any other sensor acquisition board.

  I've had different experiences in order to check if the problem is with reading the card: put the accelerometer and hit the dog in another table where the DAQ card table was located (to avoid the vibrations on the map and a possible noise), ai1 entry was logged on the differential mode on the dog and the ai4 of entry is connected to the output (z axis) of the accelerometer. The other 2 ai2 and ai3, entries that can also be read by my LabView program, are open (i. e., any other sensor is connected to the card). When the structure where the accelerometer is located is struck by the hammer, the signal of ai2 ("x axis" seen in the first attached document) has a curve (on the time domain) which initialize almost at the same time that the hammer and the a3 of entry has a weak signal, but with the swing as well as the signal of ai4. The document "hammer ai1 + z_axis connected_ _x_axis disconnected ai2 + y_axis ai3 ai4" images that I captured the chart created in LabView. On these graphs, it is possible to check on the FFT the ai3 signal and ai4 has the same behavior (with different intensities), and enlarged figure of time domain image, we can see that the signal of ai2 increase almost at the same time of the signal of the hammer (ai1). The signal picked up by the sensors are probably creating a sort of noise on open entries ai2 and ai3.

  Another experiment was conducted to check if the signal from a single entry that may affect the signal read from each other near the entrances: the DAQmx task Create channel had a physical channel has changed: ai3 entry has been modified by ai7 (maintain the same connection mode: differential), and the results are visible on the second attached document. In the graphs obtained in this experiment, it seems that the entrance of the hammer (ai1) affects the signal of input ai2 and ai7, which are not connected. And the ai4 signal does not seem to influence the other inputs, because he has a different curve on the graph of the FFT.

  The same experiment was conducted using the CSR connection (change threads and create the DAQmx Channel Configuration), but the results were the same as those found using differential connection.

  Finally, if the output of the accelerometer is connected on the ai2, the signal of the other open entries ai4 and ai7 seem to be affected by the signal of the accelerometer on ai2 (last document attached).

  Could you tell me if the problem I encounter is caused by the DAQ card with this information that I gave to you? And if the answer is Yes, do you know if there is a way to avoid this noise create in one entry on the other hand, it please?

• How to keep the effects of layer on layer doesn't affect another layer?

  I am quite new to Ps and although I read as much as possible I could use a little more help.

  I found that when I use the layer on Layer Styles and then do a new layer or select a form that creates a new layer that when I go to add Styles to the new layer/new layer the previous is affected by how I put the bevel & Emboss, Direction, Altitude, Drop Shadow etc etc.

  For example, let's say I have a...

  BG > new layer > draw an ellipse, then add a bevel with a > Angle of 89 and at an Altitude of 30 and then I add a new layer > open Styles and go into the corner to say + 89 or whatever change and the Altitude to say 45... change the first layer/shape effects.

  Can someone tell me how I can keep a layer of affected by an another layer effects?

  I found that if I rasterize a layer in fact that I can add an effect 'double' on the same layer, but I have not tried doing this with separate layers. However, for the bulk of the work I do, I can't use the Raster because everything has to be real vectors.

  I'd definitely and really appreciate ideas/advice that anyone can have. If you need more information about me or a better explanation, I'll try to explain better.

• iPad actions affect also the imac

  One of our ipads works very slowly (it uses IOS 8.0.2) and I thought I want to clear the history/cache to see if that would help to expedite. It didn't, but what I also found was by disabling the historic safari there navigation also allowed on our imac!  How this happen? If we delete the e-mails since the ipad it also deletes the iMac too - that we discovered after ages. How this happen? Is there some way I can make sure that everything done the ipad user does not affect the imac? Is there control commands that I do not? I would add that this does not happen with our other ipad - who still uses IOS7. Our imac uses Yosemite 10.10.5 all help - in simple English please as Im not a tekkie at all! -would be much appreciated. Thanks Rarmy.

  Your iPad and your Mac both are signed to the same email address to emails you delete on the iPad will remove them on each tablet/phone/computer, logged in with this same email address including your mac. In addition, if you delete things on your iPad, such as the history of safari it delete on your Mac because they both signed in the same Apple ID If you don't want to do, you need to use a separate email and for Mac and iPad Apple ID.   You can do this by changing the landing page in the drop-down list "after sending.

  For example to insert forms into pages, and then change the landing page through the "after sending" affecting another page, while the front end user sends the form and then land to another page that has the next step of the form. This way multi-step form can be created.

  However, each form will notify you separately on the presentations.

  If you are using Business Catalyst to post then you can perform the same through BC by changing the action of the form url.

  I have a page master / detail using a listView. The first listItem is selected by default when the page loads. But I have a requirement to programmatically select a specific listItem based on a condition when the page loads for the first time. Is there a way to do this?

  By default, the current row is the selected line. By setting the current row when the page is initialized, you'd be able to get the proper selected line.

  You can do this by adding a link of Action to the pageDef and who invokes the executable section. Here is a link of sample action affecting the value passed to the attr rowKey to the current line.

  However, there is a limit to this in the user interface layer. When you set the current line, as shown data above is displayed correctly, but the UI doesn't highlight the current line by default. This has been fixed in 2.2 then you will need to go to 2.2 eary drop.

  My index.html (home) page has a carousel "bootstrap" in there. These pages as "organic,"updates and 'Contact' no longer the carousel. " Unfortunately, I made the file index.html first, when I then tried to remove the Bio "bootstrap" page carousel, it also messed up the carousel on the index.html page. -even if the index page was not open at the time.

  Fortunately, I made a backup of the site so I have a good copy of this index with the carousel page. But now I don't know if that will help me because how to produce the Bio pages, updates and contacts of it without the same problem? It is even possible to remove the carousel of following pages? If it is not possible then how one time to make a site with an element of "bootstrap" on a page and not others?

  Its impossible to remove something on one page which then affects another page as you describe unless you work with templates and removed a box model that is common to all pages?

• Dynamic action does not work with the item change event

  I have a problem with the dynamic Action. On my page, I have three points. (P2_X-> display only, P2_Y-> P2_Z-> button, TextField) and two dynamic actions. One of them is running javascript. When I press the button (P2_Z) this dynamic action affects textfield (P2_Y) value to display only the value (P2_X). (This dynamic works). And there is another dynamic action for the option to display P2_X. This dynamic action fires to P2_X point value changes. This DA (dynamic action) runs a plsql code and inserts the value of the P2_X element in a table (test_tbl). But when I try to do it always inserts the null value.
  
  The plsql code is below:

• Infinite loop of dynamic Action

  I have a page with the number of days, start date and end date.
  If I change the number of days, I want to put the end date, based on the start date + num days.
  I also want to go in the other direction, so if they enter an end date, it will calculate the number of days.
  I have dynamic measures for the latter and both work very well. The problem is that I get a stack overflow error a second about. I guess it's stuck constantly running dynamic stocks 2 one after the other, each triggering the each other.
  
  Does anyone else have this problem? And how do solve you it?

  Hi Richard,

  I would stick with your PL/SQL code to perform the calculation and follow these steps:

  
  
  1. Create something hidden, that will be used to store the calculated value.
  
  
  2. Ensure that your 'set value' sets the value of the element hidden, with the result of your calculation of PL/SQL.
  
  
  3. In the same dynamic action, create another 'Action', that fires after the 'value of the value"which copies the value returned in the element of the corresponding page. Use the action type 'Execute JavaScript Code', with something like the following:

     apex.jQuery('#P1_END').val($v('P1_HIDDEN'))
     

  
  
  
  This should circumvent the problem of infinite loop and still allow you to use PL/SQL to do the math. I also added an enhancement request to allow optional triggering of the 'Change' event deletion when you use the action type "set the value, in order to more easily avoid this type of scenario. Is considered for a future version of the APEX.

• I created actions on my xp machine, but I can't map of these actions

  I created actions on my xp machine with the appropriate settings for each user. Then, when I try the mapping of these actions on another computer, the problems occur. I can't map to actions that require me to use another username and password. When I look at the session of shared folders, it shows that the connection is as a guest. The actions that I have created have the same permissions as the ntfs permission.
