Access the double property
Hello
By reading all the numeric values for all tests, I created a custom log file. Double values as reported by TestStand and viewable integrated reports look like this:
9.255963134932e + 061
Here's the CVI code that I use to read:
sprintf (keyName, "Locals.ResultList [%d]. Digital,' I have);
tsErrChk (TS_PropertyExists (seqContextCVI, errorInfo, keyName, 0, & propertyExists));
{if (propertyExists)}
tsErrChk (TS_PropertyGetValNumber(seqContextCVI,&errorInfo,keyName,0,&numproperty));
sprintf(szBuf,"%.5LF",numproperty);
}
What I get in my report is the following:
92559631349317830736831783200707727132248687965119994463780864.00000
Any ideas?
Thank you
CT
Hello Cimteker,
Online, "sprintf (szBuf," %.5lf"...",you specify szBuf must be written with 5 numbers of precision, that is why your report shows 5 zeros. "). To record the values in scientific notation, you should change the formatting of sprintf '% e '.

Accessing the context property of main.qml to a custom list in a file item separate qml
Hi all
Sorry if this is already covered somewhere.
I currently have an application with a list view in my main.qml. I put a context property for my class app c ++ to be "app" in my main.qml. My list uses a custom list item that is defined in a file separate qml. The custom list item has a popup menu. In this context menu, I want to call Q_INVOKABLE functions that are part of my class from the main application in C++. What is the best way to be able to do? Should I just set the context property on my file qml of list item custom like I do with my main.qml or is there a better way?
Thank you
I think that this has been repeated several times, but as it is not really intuitive:
a listitemcomponent lies in a different context, it cannot access the context property of the qml file.
You can use the reference to the listview to reach outside, see https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/reference/bb__cascades__listview.html ListItem.view -
How to access the instance property of the main class via child class
Hi I hv done 3 classes objecthandler, box and nav
NAV is child chass objecthandler, I hv make an instance of objecthandler box and now I want to access the property of box via NAV... See the code
Class Objecthandler
package code {}
import flash.display.MovieClip
import code.box
import code.nav
public class objectHandler extends MovieClip {}
public var container: box
public var navigation: navpublic void addObjects() {}
Navigation = new nav()
addChild (navigation)
navigation.addEvents)
navigation.x = 275
navigation.y = 400
container = new box()
addChild (container)
putcontainer ("default")< < works well here
}
public void putcontainer(page:String) {}
Container.OpenPage (page) < < when this function is executed it returns ("page is open"+ page)
}
}
}Class of NAV
package code {}
import flash.display.MovieClip
import flash.events.MouseEvent
import flash.display.DisplayObjectContainer
import code.box
public class nav extends objectHandler {}
public void nav() {}
}
public void addEvents() {}
homeBtn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, releaseFun)
galleryBtn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, releaseFun)
productsBtn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, releaseFun)
contactBtn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, releaseFun)
}
public void releaseFun(event:MouseEvent):void {}
putcontainer(Event.currentTarget.Name) < < showing the error over here
}
}
}You should review your logic.
It is not supposed have nav extend objectHandler and then has an objectHandler method that creates a new instance of nav.

Access the Text property in the class
I have problems to access the text fields .text property in my object. When I try to refer to the text box outside the service to create the text field, I get "1120: access of undefined property titleField.» Any idea is appreciated. Thank you!You have titleField declared as a variable for instance apart from this feature. (I think.) If this variable exists in your function addTitle. When it comes to your setPanelTitle that you can't simply make reference to the instance that you created earlier.
So I think you could declare titleField as an instance variable.
Or, in your setPanelTitle, you can use one of the functions getChildByName. I have not used enough AS3 it know right on top of my head, but since you have given a name - which is be the same as the name of the variable you used - you can find it by name later.

Can not access the context property of the Interior of the ListView checkbox - onCheckedChange event
I have a context property called "app" that connects to my C++ application. My listview has a box with onCheckedChange event listener. In this method, when I make a call to the C++ side. application app.runAction, the system displays not found error app.
If I move the box outside the list view, it will correctly trigger app.runAction.
Can you please take a look? Thank you!
On the side of C++ on how I set the context property.
QmlDocument * qml = QmlDocument::create("asset:///main.qml").parent(this);
If (qml-> {hasErrors())}
Returns false;
}QML-> setContextProperty ("app", this);
navigationPane = qml-> createRootObject

If (! navigationPane) {}
Returns false;

According to a value in the data model

You can solve this problem by setting your app variable in the global object Qt
NavigationPane { id: nav onCreationCompleted: Qt.app = app Page { id: mainPage Container { ListView { listItemComponents: [ ListItemComponent { type: "item" Container { CheckBox { // Determine whether the CheckBox should be checked // according to a value in the data model checked: ListItemData.checked onCheckedChanged: { app.testAction(); Qt.app.testAction(); } }
all code in a ListItemComponent will suffer from this 'framing' question

Is it possible to access the path property of a shape by CEAP API layer?
Hello world! I recently started depeloping AE plugin and try to access the path of the forms of the CEAP API layer. Sorry in advance if my question has already been asked by someone before, but I couldn't exactly find the answer to my question so let me ask.
In a publication, I have a shape layer, and the shape layer has a vector shape, represented by the pen tool. Looks like the constitution of the lower layer.
Apparently, these streams of the layer as an anchor Point, Position, and scale are accessible by AEGP_GetNewLayerStream. However, I don't know how I can get the pointer to the form 1 and get the path to it because these valuse aren't categolized in any types of AEGP_LayerStream.
Very similar question was asked in the following link and Informatics were advised to use MaskOutlineSuite, PathQuerySuite and PathDataSuite, although these suites are to make the effect, not for CEAP plugins plugins, so I don't know if they can be used here.
http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1068528
So could someone kindly enlighten me on this?
Thank you very much.
Hi hagmas! Welcome to the forum, where there are many existing responses
but never for exactly what you are looking for.
Firstly, each suite which is the name of functions start with ECAP, were in fact
created for the use of plug-ins of the CEAP, but most of them (including the suites you)
mentioned) can also be used in effects. (and not as you thought, the other
way around)
Indeed the shape layer flow are not indexed, and that's because then
are added dynamically by the user and can be re-ordered.
look in the "suite of dynamic flow", that helps, you will get the first
the shape layer flow and navigation well there early by getting the
broadcast the name, type, parent of the ect group...
You'll find 'content' group and in her groups "form."
and in them... you get them the picture.
Yes, it's a bit tedious, but since there is nothing in these groups order
determined in advance or guarantees, there is no other way to go (that I know of).

IAM having a ListView in the same page qml. IAM trying to set this property as the text of a label which is a listItemComponent.
My problem is:
When Iam trying to put the text of the label (the label is a ListItemComponent) with the property and then an error pops up:
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: imagePath
It's my qml file
import bb.cascades 1.0 import bb.data 1.0 import com.du.data 1.0 import du.image.slider 1.0 Page { id: homeListPage property string imagePath Container { ListView { preferredHeight: 4 * 350 id: homeList objectName: "homeList" layout: GridListLayout { columnCount: 2 cellAspectRatio: 1.0 horizontalCellSpacing: 12 verticalCellSpacing: 12 } dataModel: homeDataModel listItemComponents: [ ListItemComponent { id: myComponent type: "item" Container { id: homeListItemContainer layout: AbsoluteLayout {} ImageButton { defaultImageSource:listItemData.imagePath } //imageview Container { layout: AbsoluteLayout { } Label { id:lab1 text: imagePath //here Iam using the proprty imagePath } } //container } //container } //list component ] // listItemComponents } //list view
Please please help me solve this problem
ListItemComponents have different context, but it is possible to access outside properties indirectly via the id of the top-level ListItemComponent element. Please see the updated code, I have marked the changes with //---UPD---

How to access the property of ListBox inside the Cluster element names?
In LabVIEW 2010, I have a group of controls on the front panel. In this group, I have a ListBox. How can I access the Item property for the ListBox object names in my block diagram.
Of the bunch, I can get control ListBox, but which returns a value of I32, probably the index of the selected item.
In the block diagram, how can I get the name property of the item in the ListBox control since a reference to the Cluster?
Thank you.
using the table 'orders' in your cluster, you can access each item. Next, you will need to convert the reference to a 'class more specific' with a reference to an arbitrary list box (or a constant reference of the required type), then you can access all the properties of your listbox.

to access the property of the child of a display object
I need help to understand how to access a property of a child of a DisplayObject.
within a class, I have an object with the name of the variable: btnLMain
I assigned a name property: btnLMain.name = "btnL;
btnLMain also has a property: btnLMain.clickNum = 0; It's the one that I need to access
When I instantiated (btnL) class that contains this code in the parent class, I need to access the 'clickNum' property so I did this:
var dispObj:DisplayObject = btnL.getChildByName (btnLMain);
displayObj.clickNum ++;
but then, I get the error: 1119: access to property may be undefined clickNum through a reference with static type flash.display:DisplayObject.
so then I looked at the documentation and as I understand it, I am not able to access the child of the DisplayObject property as it is a static property... Please correct me if I'm wrong.
so now, I try to understand how to access this property in the child class.
do you have any tips for me?
Thank you!
For what you described, the following line is meaningless...
var dispObj:DisplayObject = btnL.getChildByName (btnLMain);
because you said that the name property, that you assigned to the btnLMain is btnL, which would make btnL and btnLMain representative of the same object. Or maybe I just missed something the explanation.
How you declare btnLMain first? If it is defined in a way such As btnLMain... var = new Something(), then you have a direct access using the btnLMain variable and should be able to use btnLMain.clickNum

Hello
I'm trying to access the stage property of an ActionScript file linked to a MovieClip in the library.
Document class: Boot.as
package{ import flash.display.MovieClip import flash.display.Stage; public class Boot extends MovieClip{ //this code does not work //throws 1120:Access of undefined property stage. public var stageRef:Stage = stage; //this code works private var mcBall = new Ball; public function Boot (){ //this code works mcBall.x = 10; mcBall.y = 10; addChild(mcBall); } } }
Ball.As (related to the "ball" in the library)
package{ import flash.display.MovieClip; import flash.events.Event; import Boot; public class Ball extends MovieClip{ public function Ball (){ //this code does not work Boot.stageRef.addEventListener(Event.ENTER_FRAME, moveBall); } private function moveBall(e:Event){ //code to move ball } } }
The problem is that I can't access the stadium of Ball.as. Thanks in advance for your help.
You must pass a displaylist reference (everything works) to your class to start if you want as the startup class to reference elements in the displaylist.

To access the nested UIComponents
The purpose of the script is to be able to access the component children and their children and their children, etc. by their index.
I tried the following:
script
public function deployNesting (): void {}
var container: canvas = new Canvas();
var chldA:Canvas = new Canvas();
var chldB:Canvas = new Canvas();
var chldC:Canvas = new Canvas();
this.addChild (this.container);
this.container.addChild (chldA);
this.container.addChild (chldB);
this.container.addChild (chldC);
return;
}
public function accessNesting (): void {}
trace (this.childAt (0) .childAt (0)) / / error 1119 *
trace (this.childAt (0) .numChildren) / / error 1119 *
return;
}
* 1119: access to property may be undefined numChildren through a reference with static type flash.display:DisplayObject.
I am aware that this nesting is generally not recommended, but in some cases, it is necessary, and I would be recognizing an opinion on this matter.
a.NekoWell... It's time to assume the therapeutic values of this forum in my particular case :) once more, just after recurring in all ways possible to solve, and then post a topic here, I changed my approach and find the solution...
In this case, it is necessary to cast the return of all the getChildAt() in nesting structure, except the last.
You can access a nested child to add a new child to his list to display as follows:
Canvas (this.getChildAt (0)). AddChild (chldC);
Access the name property of the deeply nested child is as follows:
Canvas ((Canvas (this.getChildAt (0))) .getChildAt (0)) .getChildAt (0) .name;
etc...
A bit complicated, but solve the problem of access nested children when, for example, the variables used to create disappeared, or to navigate freely through the nested lists display...
(Checked with Flex 2.0 Builder mx.* components, but I guess that it also works for objects of flash.display. *.)

Hi, I need help with a very strange problem.
I have a Server 2003 domain controller to PC and all the domain user can access any shared folder of the server using IP address or FULL domain name.
So I joined a R2 of 2012 new server to the domain as a workstation normal and not as a new domain on the network controller, and the problem is that one cannot access a shared folder on the new server by using the IP, but can be accessed using the name of the computer.
My Admin user can access the folder using the IP address or the name comp. on any work, but the user of my AD position may not use intellectual property.
I can using Ping IP or name of the computer for every user of AD.
Please check the attached images.
When I try to access it using IP, it gives me the following error:
\\192.168.0.2 is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resourse. Contact the administrator of this server to fing out if you have access permissions.
Currently, there are no available connection server to process the logon request.

To access the custom in another custom property properties
How can I access the value I create in a custom property in a custom property following - for example:
$report = get-VM-name acme *-Server $vcenter |
Select the name,
ProvisionedSpaceGB,
@{N = "vCenterServer"; E={$_. "Uid.Split(":") [0]." {{Split("@") [1]}},
@{n = 'Cluster'; E = {}
$rp = get-view $_. ExtensionData.ResourcePool
$parent = get-view the $rp. Parent
While ($parent - isnot [VMware.Vim.ClusterComputeResource]) {}
$parent is get-view $parent. Parent
}
$parent. Name
}} | Tri-objet vCenterServer |
Group-object - property {$_.} Cluster} | Select @{n = "ClusterName"; E={$_. Name}},
@{N = "vCenterServer"; E = {$vcenter. Name}},
@{N = "VMCount"; E = {(get-vm-emplacement $_.)} {{Name) .count}},
@{N = "AcmeVMCount"; E={$_. Group | Measure-object | {{Select - ExpandProperty County}},
@{N = "VMsPerAcmeVM"; E = {(get-vm-emplacement $_.)} Name) .count / ($_.) Group | Measure-object | (Select-ExpandProperty comte)}},
In the VMsPerAcmeVM, I would simply divide the value that I created in VMCount by the value that I created in AcmeVMCount. How refers to the value of 'VMCount' in a custom property next so I can't calculate more to for use in a division operation?
Hello, TheVMinator-
Well, you could do things a little differently in order to have available for your output values, you ask. So, something like:
## get all clusters in this vCenterGet-Cluster -Server $vcenter | %{ $oThisCluster = $_ ## get all VMs in this cluster $arrVMsThisCluster = Get-VM -Location $oThisCluster ## get the VM count $intVmCount = ($arrVMsThisCluster | Measure-Object).Count ## get the count of VMs with name like "acme*" $intAcmeVmCount = ($arrVMsThisCluster | ?{$_.Name -like "acme*"} | Measure-Object).Count New-Object -TypeName PSObject -Property @{ ClusterName = $oThisCluster.Name vCenterServer = $vcenter.Name VMCount = $intVmCount AcmeVMCount = $intAcmeVmCount VMsPerAcmeVM = $intVmCount / $intAcmeVmCount } ## end new-object} ## end foreach-object
It's also a little easier: he travels each cluster and gets the news, rather than deduce the location of the cluster by finding relatives (even if it's also viable). Anyway, how does do for you?

Scene 1 layer Actions 1120: access of the window using the undefined property!
I'm really new to Flash and I use the current CC of Flash to create a banner with the evolution of the images and a button that target changes for each slide.
I'm in a HTML Canvas and everything seems to work okay in test Ctrl + entry with the button goes to different pages.
5 errors occur when I export to SWF Movie
Scene1, layer, frame 1 line 4 column 2 1120: access of undefined property window.
Scene1, actions layer, frame 40 line 4 column 2 1120: access of undefined property window.
Go looking around, it seems to be the button actions that I used code snippets for.
Actions: Frame1
this.buttonOne.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToWebPage);
function fl_ClickToGoToWebPage() {}
window.open ("http://www.fireflybbq.eu/#!") ("product/prd1/2832376001/kansas-sweet-%26-smoky-bbq-rub", "_blank");
}
Actions: Frame 40
this.buttonTwo.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToWebPage_2);
function fl_ClickToGoToWebPage_2() {}
window.open ("http://www.fireflybbq.eu/#!") ("rub / c1faw", "_blank");
}
Im not sure what is wrong with the code as it runs in the test, but not in the export any help would be appreciated
This should work for a publication of html5, but not for a swf file
to a swf file, you must use actionscript, not javascript window.open is the javascript code.
Use the externalinterface class call javascript in html file swf or navigateToURL incorporation
