Account has been hacked and all (except $1) of my money.

Apple employee checked with iTunes for a refund of all kinds and said they couldn't do anything for me, employee herself has said that she will personally e-mail me it is easier, rather than having to go through the steps of support again and will try to do something for me. She has not contacted me in over a week, so here, I write in need of help because I don't know the time it takes for Apple to get back in touch with someone.

As to the question; Can I get a refund of all the money in my account?
