  I bought a refurbished Acer Aspire AXC - 603 G-UW30 factory.  I can't find any documentation on this topic.  But when I typed in my S/N on the Acer site, he led me to the page Acer Aspire XC - 603 G - UW30 (note the XC, not AXC).

  I feel silly post about what I imagine is a simple problem, but I have an Aspire XC - 603 new desktop that will not turn off! There something automatic start-up that makes me nuts.

If you are unsure what drivers to update with, there is a link above the drivers listed that said: need to know the hardware on your system to choose the correct drivers?   I had to do a full recovery of factory on my acer aspire 4520, running on windows vista service pack 2. My player ligthscribe disappeared for months and thought would contribute to the update. Still, I can't get this problem is resolved. I really don't want to send to acer for repair of $200. Device Manager lists not and ligthscribe-rom drive or hardware. my laptop will not play or run any what ligthscribe. I go to acer to reinstall disks, but they don't that I need have listed and recommend that send it.   I have an acer aspire xc - 603 with a 2 TB hdd.  I was wondering if it was possible to install an ssd also.  Are there links for an additional SSD as well as preinstalled HARD drive or I have to chose to have either an SDS or hard drive?  Thank you

  Your PC has only 2 SATA connectors, you will need to choose if unplug the DVD or HARD disc drive to install the SSD.

  Sometimes you have to force the installation manually, then go to ACPI peripheral unknow, update/install drivers manually search for and navigate to the folder drivers and let windows choose the good.

  Any body could help me restore my computer back to normal?
